The workers at this store are so helpful and friendly. We just moved to the city and came to the store twice. Both times everyone was extremely helpful, especially Adrian. We will definitely be back again!Been back a few times and excellent service. Today I went trying to get shoes for all my kids and the girl who attended me was not so nice. Hope I dont get her service again Marissa I believe.

This used to be my favorite location!!! The customer service has always been great and the employees are really caring! Untillllllll I unfortunately had a bad experience! I went into the store and this girl! Not sure what her name was didn’t even bother calling me up to the register when she saw me standing there waiting to pay, she was too busy talking to her “friend” that had came in to pay her a visit! I’m sorry Shoe Palace but this is so unprofessional! I will never feel the same again about this location!

I had a very good experience here. The employees were very helpful and professional in helping me select the right shoes I needed. I am not giving them 5 stars because I feel the prices were a little high. I wound up buying a pair of Nike running shoes for $119, which is fair, but I needed a hoodie sweatshirt and they were over $50 which I think is too much.
