The young ladies here are amazing...Im a older male tattooed from head to toe walked in asking for skincare products for my face and the young lady was so helpful and delightfully same as the young female cashier we e en got into bit of convi about my daughters these beautiful young ladies made me feel welcome I thank them for their hospitality..Monster.

Make sure to dress nicely, was followed for 25 minutes and was discriminated upon. They placed the security guard in front of the store to intimidate me. I have never seen such behavior ever in any store. I never did anything that would arrive suspicion and was frowned upon by wearing sleepwear to the store.

I always hated having my brows done because I never like how they turn out. So I finally decided to have them done. I came to Ulta and met with Evelyn. She is the sweetest person. She explained the process and went step by step of what she was going to do. Im not going to lie was kind of scared but she did an excellent job and I love how my brows came out. Finally I have found someone who can do them right. Will be coming again. Thank you Evelyn!!

I love coming to this location. I started going a few months ago to get my brows waxed by Evelyn, I come in and we have the best girl chat while she gives me self care treatment, we talk about all the best benefits products for brows, mascara, new favorites. She is painless and quick. I love the wax it feels like a facial on my brows. I highly recommend coming to Evelyn and shopping in the store.

Everyone is super nice and I love shopping here, but I’ll be going to the Downey location instead now. I checked in for curbside pickup and never got my order taken to me. I ended up going inside after waiting and no one came out. The lady’s said the music was too loud for them to hear the notification for curbside pickup. Didn’t even get a “sorry for the wait”.

Service here is the best one ever!!!! The help from the girls is like talking to your bestie soo honest and helping me with my needs 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Terrible customer service! This is the second time they get my order wrong when I physically see the items in store and they say they are out of stock when I receive my pick up order. Making me not want to come back to this Ulta I’ll probably make the drive out to another location next time.

It’s just an okay location. The staff is not knowledgeable about having products in stock, I’ve went several times to look for a product and they never find it when on the website says it is in stock. They’re also better at retail selling than makeup artistry.

Sadly, Ulta has really lowered their standards for employees or maybe it was just this location. When I walked in I was only greeted by the security guard. This employee who worked there looked and dressed very unprofessional. Besides wearing socks with sandals, she had an attitude and did not offer any help as I was shopping. As we were in line to pay there was three girls behind the counter just standing around and talking, and not handling transactions or customers in line. The employe who was wearing the sandals just handed me the receipt and kept talking to the other girls at the front. Please learn better skills, that’s why it was not that busy when I was there.

I placed an order for curbside pick up, I arrive but my order was not ready, I wait 20 mins before I walk in and ask about my order and they let me know its not ready yet, as Im waiting for my order I notice the employees are just talking among themselves or on thier phones. As more time passes I see theyre getting ready to close the store. I get off and ask once again about my order. They told me my 1 item wont be ready until tomorrow morning. I asked if I can just get it since Im already there and waited for 45 mins. They refused and told me to return in the morning because they were closing already. Never again.

My wife always shop at Ulta Beauty for her cosmetic and other thing she enjoy. For myself i enjoy the mens cologne.

Im going back soon since since I just received the Ulta beauty catalog I received. I used to go periodically for my needs. But now Im looking for gifts for friends I have not seen due to Covid. Any woman would be happy with a lipstick or a gift of fragrance. If you dont receive a catalog just look online.

Went to pick up the Too Faced Enchanted set with the bunny design...I didnt want to risk ordering online & having it come broken so I stopped by real quick, hardly anyone in there, no pushy salespeople, & I found all the other stuff I needed...the only area that doesnt flow well is the checkout area Id hate to see the jam up on a busy day

This is a 5 star review from a previous Ulta employee. Today I went in for a 21 days of beauty item, and they had good stock. Every day I’ve been so far they’ve had everything. As I was checking out, a guest was holding up the line because a coupon she wanted to use wasn’t applying. Lauren did her best to figure it out but called over a manager, and helped other guests in the meantime. She was genuine and friendly.

Helpful staff. I went in looking for something they don’t carry and they helped me find an alternative that is less expensive than what I was looking for! Works just as well too 🤗

I walked in and asked for RUSK hair products. The receptionist walked me over to a sales representative who escorted me to shelf filled with RUSK hair products. She pointed out that if you purchased two you received the third hair product, same price range, FREE. The cashier signed me up for their point rewards program. As you accumulate points you can use them for products, hair services, facials, eyelashextensions. I also applied for their MasterCard. Everyone was cordial.

The only reason this store is getting 2 stars is because they have a decent stock but every single time Ive come here the store isnt that busy and rather than the employees approaching me to see if I need help I get the sense that they are watching me. The employees are either chit chatting or watching customers. I see they have a security guard so it may be an issue but its more effective to have positive engagement with your customers rather than watch them and make them feel unwelcome. The MAC employees are usually very friendly and helpful but I wasnt there for MAC products. I have to ask for someone to help me who then asks someone else and then that person rushes through assisting me and rushes off to go back and chit chat with another employee. Hopefully Ive just had some bad luck here but so far aside from the MAC staff the security guard is the most polite and hospitable.

It was my first time at this store & I was happy to find Flower Beauty in house! I have been searching for a Ulta that carried it in store for months, so I was very surprised to be able to finally try the products first hand. Then one of the employees told me it was being removed off the store. If so, please add a Colour Pop area because I was disapointed that I couldnt buy any dualshock shadows. Other than that, the store was clean & the employees where all helpful. I will return as a reoccurring customer

The staff was so discriminative and profiled me as soon as I got into the store. I got followed around the whole time while I was in the store and felt extremely uncomfortable! The staff was so standoffish, snobbish and no help at all. I would never ever go to this store again. I did not feel welcomed and do not recommend this store to anyone.

I was excited to go there for my first time since I only go to sephora, unfortunately I left unsatisfied and irritated. There was no one around to help me literally no one, its frustrating when your in a rush, you dont know where things are, and theres no one around. Also when I was at the register the cashier was over charging me and I said something isnt right, he kept insisting it was correct until he realized he was wrong yet didnt even apologize or say anything, then when I payed, 2 receipts came out and for trying to compare the 2 receipts for like 2 mins he closed the register without my change, then I had to wait 5 more mins for someone else to open it and get my change. Like what does the 2 receipts matter, just throw one away. Ugh its frustrating as I think about that day. Sticking to sephora, unless I really need something at ulta.

They have makeupItems. Great selections o f women products. Little pricey.

I was walking around and the security guard was following me around for to long and staring at us and I told him I’m not stealing then a couple minutes go by he goes up to me and grabs my shoulders saying I’m a man I shouldn’t be here that makeup is only for girls and that it’s gross and the just keeps repeating that no one around me said anything I was to mad to check if there was workers but I was pretty loud enough for a worker to hear me and I called the manager and all he said was he would look into it so the staff doesn’t care about costumers it’s sad I love makeup and this is what I get for trying to spend my money there

Love this location Ulta. The employees were nice and helpfull. The girl in the benefit counter helped me find the perfect color for me and explained the makeup and how to apply she matched me perfectly. This is my new favorite store ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 12/06/18

Terrible experience this location only has one sales cashier associate for the entire store. I ended up needing to do a return and no one could help there was at least 40 people in line. I ask if they could open up another cashier and the girl at the counter told me there was a long line because they had a morning meeting. I didnt asked if they had a meeting I asked if they could open up another register. Disappointed! Just save your time and money and go to sephora.

I agree with the other review from today - I was a little taken back by the security guard as soon as I walked in. In fact, I swear he was following me at one point. I was by the hair section and turned and he was nearby walking in an aisle. No one offered to help me in any section I walked in. (not like any other Ulta Ive ever been in) Cashier girl wasnt very nice either. BAD FIRST IMPRESSION. The employees should be BEYOND NICE being that they are a brand new store and trying to gain customers. Keep it up and this Ulta wont be there for long!

It was ok...it was my 1st time here but maybe because it was after xmas the store items were out of place, empty, makeup used and like tossed. Ill go again in February it looks like they have alot to choose from when cleaned up, maybe it will be cleaner and staff more approachable🤷‍♀️

First time here. Walked in greeted by a gentleman. Wondering around, for a good 10 mins in store before i was approached. Nice girl, helped me out. At check out a female helped me. I said hello, i was ignored, her attitude was as if she had been there all day and wanted to go home. When she actually said something to me it was ugh, put your card in when youre ready followed by... when should i go to break( speaking to a gentleman)same breath, have a good dayyyy... no eye contact or acknowledgement what so ever. I think im going to pass on that Ulta for now on. Thanks chick

Would have given a zero.. don’t appreciate rent a cop staring while I browse for makeup 💄...thought I would give the pico ultra a try but I’ll be going back to Whittier.. having rent a cop as soon as you walk in gives a less than pleasant shopping experience.

I was there today and the security was making me feel uncomfortable everywhere I go he would follow me and he kept staring and it’s very uncomfortable I couldn’t shop in peace so I went to get a shopping bag from one of the workers maybe that would make him stop following me if I put the stuff in a bag and I bought everything i put in the bag I wasted $165 and he still kept staring at me and following me all over the store it was very annoying and uncomfortable. Y’all need to check him because that’s uncomfortable for customers

I love this Ulta! Just visited tonight and as busy as they were...I mean ALL checkout registers were going...they were very friendly! One staff complimented my purse (r2 d2 loungefly purse) n my checker was friendly w a smile. Excellent customer service guys! A++++ to all of you hardworkers!
