If I could add more stars I would. My fiancé lost his phone in a combine fire and needed a new phone ASAP! The manager was the best business person I have ever met! Very professional very understanding and so so quick and so so knowledgeable. We were in and out of the store in about 40 minutes and my fiancé was ready to get back to the farm! Thanks for everything!!
110% the best experience at the Pierre SD store! By the time I came into this store I was mentally exhausted from talking to reps over the phone for hours with zero luck .. nobody over the phone could get my numbers activated for my business account that had just been set up. I went in and Brandon and Jake were nothing short of PHENOMENAL … so friendly and helpful AND they got it ALL fixed in no time. And what a mess it was to fix… Very knowledgeable and just so accommodating… they deserve raises!If you are having issues online or over the phone you should go into a store . Wayyyy better experience . Thanks guys! You literally made my weekend so much better!
Jake, the sales rep, was extremely helpful and friendly!!!! Hie and Travis (manager) answered all my questions! The store, itself, is clean and welcoming! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store!! They won’t disappoint! 😊
The guys did a GREAT job with my new phone set up.The were able to answer all my questions, and offer advice about the additions I requested.They are very knowledgeable, patient and helpful!

I have come into Pierre at and t store several times over last 5 months. No one was able to help me with the problems on my phone. However today Travis greeted me nicely, and was very helpful and was able to get the problems solved with my phone. I just want the company to know how helpful Travis was. I usually end up leaving the store frustrated but not today. Thank you

Amended 1 year later.New Manager is trying really hard and got left a storm. I will try to work with them more. Best wishes to that storeIts a retail store only. They have zero ability and want to help with phone or account issues. They dont have much stock and cant answer harder questions. If you want to buy a phone, wear a mask and be ready to be pushed to buy more, and then pushed out the door. Outside that just call att.
The store representative helped us until the issue was resolved. He was friendly and professional. He didn’t know how to at first but he figured it out. All questions and were resolved during our visit.

The manager was rude & not helpful at all. It seemed like it was major imposition for him to help me. I wont go in there again while hes there. Theres another young man there who is always very eager to help and he goes out of his way to help you. Hes very knowledgable and you leave there feeling good.
Great customer service. Was greeted as soon as I walked in the store both employees were with other customers but since I only needed a charging cable the gentleman stopped what he was doing to get me checked out in a timely manner.
We came in to get some assistance in finding a new phone. When the man working finally addressed us we told him the phone issue and he basically said there was nothing he could do. We asked about new phones, iPhone specifically, and he said all he had was 11. Then he walked away and didn’t talk to us again, so we left. Hopefully we can find another AT&T in the center of the state. Clearly Pierre does not have an acceptable option.

After having a problem with my phone, I went into the Pierre store and a gentleman helped me right away. No waiting in line. Within 5 minutes my problem was resolved and I was walking out the door!
Absolutely rude and unprofessional. Beyond the extended wait to be assisted with my issue, not a single employee acknowledged me.My issue with my phone bill was a simple mistake I thought, turned into an extremely long process. I had the record of my previous months bill and yet they still argued with me that I had not made the full payment. Documents from the store itself did not seem the have any weight.
Went in this morning 5-26-19 with 3 questions regarding DirecTV, ATT Internet and offers on new smartphones and services, was treated very rudely and brushed off by a young man!My wife and a friend had similar experiences!Sure miss the old llocation and old staff who treated you right!Am considering switching to other servers!

Some heavy set guy waited on me..very rude, the guy I usually go to was busy.. Ive been with at&t ever since the bag phone, but I wont go back or get my new phone with AT&T if he is working there.Ok
