Had been dealing with a broken phone for months and insurance was being a complete hassle. Went in on a Sunday and there where a lot of people needing help and only one employee. He helped everyone in the room and multi-tasked very well. He helped me through with the insurance agent and I was not in a great mood. The employee gave me some options I could do and how he brought them to my attention and helped I walked out of the store with a new phone and a better mood.

Went in and saw Nate this evening after my boyfriend broke his phone hunting. We went in 30 minutes before closing and Nate gave us the very best customer service! I was thinking about upgrading as well so both of us walked out with new stuff phones that we are 110% happy with. Nate not only helped ya pick good phones but also filled us in on the best deals. After we got both phones set up and transferred it was 30minutes past closing and Nate offered us a beverage for the road, and said he was happy to stay late to help us out. He’s the best! Would recommend to anyone that is looking for great service and is tired of the corporate Verizon branch stores that seem to be busy and you don’t get the best service. Nate even let me try on all the cases he had that fit my phone and choose one before purchasing. Just so many great things I can say! I’d give him 10 stars if I could!

Asked about a price difference on a device from Verizons website to the higher price on the display. Kami made a snarky comment and when asked for her supervisor, removing her name tag to conceal her identity. Refused to assist and asked us to leave. So glad Wyatt saved the day. The store may need a change of roles.

I was very impressed with how Nate Johnson handled setting up my phone. He was working on another customer plus answering questions and walking me through mine I was very impressed at how easy it was to follow his instructions. He did a great job.

Service was great I felt very welcomed but, there was a very long line and ended up waiting close to an hour to get helped they said that they were short staffed but it appeared even with another person there would have been a wait but I appreciated that masks were not required would definitely go again just not on such a busy day

Looking online, I saw that I could upgrade and pick up st the store same day. So, instead, I just went to the store. Out the door in 15 minutes with all my contacts, photos, etc on a new phone. I highly recommend this way of upgrading/buying your new phone !!
