I wish I read the reviews before I decided to choose this place. I placed an order early today around 9am. By 12 pm the order was put in for delivery. Because this store is 8 minutes away from the destination I thought my friend would receive this within an hour. It is now over 2 hours later. I called the store and a woman answered stating my order was #6 out of 17 but the driver was not going in that order “because sometimes he does his own thing” like that’s acceptable. She said they go in a circle and he may be in the city. Which means this may be the last stop. I’m only giving 2 stars because I’m hoping my friend with a broken ankle is able to get his fruit before his family leaves his house.Update: duration of delivery was over 3 hours for a 10 min drive. His family left and he had to hop down the steps to get his gift.
I placed an order to be delivered today 04/13/21 between 4:00 and 4:15 because no one would be home, the person delivered the arrangements after 12 I never received a phone call or email sayin my order was delivered despite the specific delivery instructions. On top of the wrong delivery time the person that delivered my arrangements left it on the steps so by the time my boyfriend would’ve gotten home it would have been outside for at least 4 hours. That’s disrespectful to leave someone’s food outside on the steps in the hot sun not to mention some of the arrangements are chocolate covered so that means most likely it would be melted by the time he got home. Very unprofessional if I could give 0 stars I would
I wanted to surprise my friend with an arrangement but unfortunately the date I picked for delivery, my friend wasn’t going to be home.Thanks to Gia, her manager and the delivery driver at this Pikesville, MD location they were able to get the order out the door and to my friend just as she was about to leave home!! Because of Gia’s thoughtfulness and understanding, the surprise was a success!!! To see the smile on my friends face was priceless!!!
The woman answering the phone is BAD FOR BUSINESS. No one can come into the store, we have to call with questions/concerns that cannot be immediately addressed via the website. Shes going to divert all the customers with her DISGUSTING ATTITUDE! She should be warned, written up, or let go. Were buying overpriced fruit because we want to, not because we have to. Allow us a great customer experience please.

I had gotten home frpm the hospital with a new baby when my sister sent me an arrangement with fruit, chocolate, balloons and a bear.One problem... the Door Dash delivery driver smoked pot on the way here. Everything reeked, including the front porch.The bear and all the card were completely saturated and we couldnt even bring inside.I was soooo upset. I know its just stuff but I cried so hard because it was for my new baby from my family across the country that I miss so much.I let the store know and they got back to me within an hour. They were horrified and promised to fix it. The next business day we got a surprise of an Im sorry balloon with chocolates, fruit, and a new bear. All I was expecting was a replacement stuffed animal and a reprint of the ruined card Id had to throw out.These guys went above and beyond to make things right even though it was really Door Dash fault.Thank you. This was truly special.
Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Placed an order 10 days before the scheduled delivery. Thought the combination of that and the fact this store is less than 2 miles from the destination would mean the recipient would receive the arrangement perhaps earlier in the day. As of 1pm, it was still not delivered. I called the store and spoke to a very rude person who said they don’t guarantee delivery times but that it would be delivered by 3pm. At just after 3pm, I received an email saying it was delivered. One big problem with that...it wasn’t delivered at that time. In fact, it was never delivered to the intended recipient as delivery wasn’t made until almost 5pm, and the recipient had left the office. What a dishonest place to scan it as delivered when it wasn’t. Calls to the store weren’t returned after I spoke to that same rude person. I have had to file a dispute with my credit card company as a result. What a dishonest place this is. Avoid it like the plague.
The worst experience ever. Didnt really want to leave any stars but could not go forwards without at least 1. I was to receive an arrangement for valentines day. I know this is a very busy day for them so my gift was ordered weeks ago for delivery. Needless to say I received nothing. It appears by the line of angry people that mine was not the only order not delivered. When my husband went up there to cancel not only was it ridiculous but when a gentleman came In to get something made right then they told him they could not accommodate due to the back orders however when someone came from the back with an arrangement for someone else (who did not come forward) he said he would pay $40 for the arrangement cash. (the person working there took the money). Not a good practice when there were people in line who paid more for that same arrangement and had nothing to show. all around poor business practice.

Placed a somewhat last minute order...the store employee at this location went above and beyond to get my order delivered by a specified time due to a last minute change of plans...Everything arrived on time and perfectly! Some of the best customer service Ive experienced in a long time. The lady that helped me seemed to honestly enjoy her job. Will be a return customer!
I forgot to pick up an order a few weeks ago and figured it was lost money. The manager called me a few days later and offered me a store credit! I was so surprised and impressed. What other vendor would allow you get a second chance to fix your own mistake? Thank you Pikesville Edible Arrangements!

I called this morning and they owned up to their mistake. Apparently it wasnt supposed to be delivered when no one was home. Theyre going to redeliver it tmrw when I am home. So bumping the rating, for them fixing my issue.Initial Review: Had edible arrangements delivered from these guys as a gift. They left it out on my porch on a 91 degree day for at least 2 hours. I was at a doctors appointment. It wasnt left in a cooler or anything. It was so hot, some fruit juice had leaked through the bag onto my porch. The chocolate was all melted, and the fruit is probably going to go bad soon at this point.Really disappointing. Why would you deliver when no one is home, and even if you do, why would you not deliver in a temperature controlled pouch?Called them to figure out what happened, but they were closed. Ill be calling again tmrw
The gentleman who delivered my arrangement was not wearing a mask. I thought that was quite irresponsible, considering the most recent spike in COVID-19 cases.I was not impressed with the arrangement. The stems on the strawberries looked withered and the strawberries were barely coated with chocolate.
It is smoothie week. Fresh fruit smoothies 1.99! The manager was helpful and accommodating. She might be my new Good good girlfriend but I dont think I got her name. Ill be back tomorrow! #Divasaidso
I placed an order to be picked up at 11am the instructions were to call the person that was picking it up at the time the order supposed to be ready. Its now 23 minutes pass the hour and she still havent received a call. I called the number that was giving in my confirmation email and the line is busy I then called customer service and I been on hold for 20 minutes now. I tried emailing customer service and the website is not working. What else do I have to do?

Our school Sunshine Committee placed an order for a fruit basket to be delivered to a sick coworker. After not hearing anything for three days, I called our coworker, only to learn that it had not been delivered. I went to the Pikesville location and spoke to the manager. She explained that the policy was to call after three days and of course she was going to call me that day. I could not believe that they didn’t call the recipient of the basket nor me to let us know that they “tried” to deliver it. I let the manager know how utterly disappointed I was of their service and to add insult to injury, they charged us for the attempted delivery. The manager just kept saying it was policy. So much for customer service. I will personally not ever buy from Edible Arrangements again, and our school will not as well.
I received this beautiful gift for my birthday from dear friends. It looked so tasty, but I was very disappointed. The mango pieces were extremely hard and I could not eat them, although the fruit was beautiful much of it lacked sweetness. I am glad I got this, it makes me know I probably would not send this to anyone. Looks were deceiving. For appearance I give it 5 stars but taste warrants two stars.
Granted, holidays are always busy for companies like this I suppose but I placed an order exactly 7:41am on 2/14/19 and DID NOT HEAR ANYTHING about the status of the delivery. The website says allow 6-8 hours for status updates, I checked the website periodically with nothing changed. As a matter of fact, as I’m writing this, the website JUST changed from “Order recieved” to “arranging your order now”...... damn near 24 hours after everything was ordered and anticipated to be delivered before they closed. Around 3pm I decided to give the place a call and the lines were busy...not a big deal for a major holiday, but I kept calling every hour there after and the lines were still not open. From the time I mentioned above up until they closed (7pm), I wasn’t able to speak with anyone. No carrier pidgin, no smoke signals, no email.......nothing. I don’t know about the space program, but if you are running an organization and you think there’s going to be hiccups, you should try to at least reach out to your customer. I still have no idea what’s going on with my order. I’m not even mad that they may have been busy, but for the price I paid, I think I should at least know what the hell is going on. I could’ve gone to a closer location near my home and brought it to my girlfriend my damn self had I known things was going to be this way. Bang up job guys!

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!!!!Let me start by saying if you order anything from this store good luck. I ordered chocolate covered strawberries from this store to be delivered on valentines day. A simple enough request it would seem. Haha it was not. The order which was sent to a business office that according to the website would be delivered by 5 P.M. was never delivered. I understand that they are busy and it is Valentines day. I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt. I called the store and was directed to the store manager. I was greeted by a rude hello and sensed a ton of annoyance and attitude. I simply asked to check on the status of my order because it this time it was approximately 3:30 P.M. and mind you my Girlfriend leaves work at 4:00 P.M. The manager without checking an order number simply told me that my order was at a different store which I thought was humorous because my receipt would say otherwise. When she was given the order number low and behold the order was at her store. Still being treated as though this simple request was the equivalent of moving a friends apartment with the level of annoyance I was getting from the manager I was told my order was en route with the delivery drive. Great almost a end to this horrible saga or least I thought.Fast forward another hour and a half and multiple attempts at calling, you would have better luck getting a decent priced beer at a ravens game than this store answering the phone. I was eventually connected with a store employee and voiced my concern. I was immediately stopped from talking and advised a refund was out of the picture. At this point I am a getting a little irritated. I attempted to explain that 80 dollars was spent for strawberries that were never received. One would think if money is spent a product is produced other wise the money is just a donation at that point. Getting back to the point I asked multiple times to speak with the manager to which I was given the run around until I told the employee that he needed to state he was refusing to let me speak to the manager. Eventually I was put on hold for about 5 minutes. The same employee answered the phone and said the manager was too busy to take my measly call. Ok Im not getting help at this point and a refund is out of the question. I then asked again the status of my order after producing the order number this time I was told the order was not even made yet. NOT EVEN MADE. Meanwhile the manager on the previous call stated the order was out for delivery so your guess is as good as mine. It is 5:30 P.M. at this point and my Girlfriend is driving home from work. They stated they were going to transfer my order to another store which Im not sure actually happened since no confirmation email was sent even though it was promised. So to end this annoying rant my strawberries are still in limbo with all of Thanos victims of the snap.To summarize please whatever you do dont spend money at this location unless you like to donate to charity because that is all you will do. Give your money to a rude manager and incompetent staff.

Horrible so unprofessionalI went there to get a smoothie the employee wasnt in the store the driver was looking for her. She stated that she ran to Giant. I told her what I wanted she still was adding what she wanted to my drink. I left without purchasing anything.
