Only one tech and two regular pharmacists at this store even care about their customers. And thats not how it should be. You cant run a business when only a few care. Especially in Healthcare. The new manager doesnt need to be a manager or a pharmacist period.

They never answer the phone. When I finally got in contact with an associate I was placed on hold for over an hour. I went to up there only for them to tell me it would be another 2hr wait. If you get your prescriptions from them please switch asap horrible customer service

Attempted to get a covid vaccine. We got the run around with the insurance. Which shouldn’t be. Finally got the shot but good grief. Very incompetent. Just don’t go.

They NEVER answer the phone, I live 30 minutes away. I shouldn’t have to drive all the way to Pine Bluff just to check the status of my refill! It makes no sense at all!!!

I have been doing business with this pharmacy for over 7 years. Yes, there have been times when the scheduling of front counter personnel has been inadequate for the traffic present in the store. I have never and will never pitch a fit in store about how they have to handle their staffing needs. Life is too short to act out and leave a bad taste in the mouths of everyone present. I see people completely lose their cool at the slightest provocation. Having said that, the pharmacists and support staff are some of the nicest and most conscientious people I have ever known in any capacity. They have gone above and beyond the call for me and my wifes pharmacy needs dozens and dozens of times. They know me by my first name and inquire about the health of my wife almost everytime I go and pick our medications. I have to feel that I am not the only one who receives this kind of treatment. Walmart pharmacy, in Pine Bluff, is one of the most popular in the county. If your only gripe is that you have to wait for your prescriptions once and a while, go to one that is not as busy.

The service at the Pine Bluff pharmacy is horrible. Anytime I try to call, no matter what time of day, they rarely answer the phone. If they do, I am placed on hold for at least 15 minutes or more. When I go in, there is never more than 1 person at the counter, no matter how long the line is. The staff are not friendly. No one there goes out of their way to help anyone.If I had a competitive pharmacy elsewhere I would switch instantly. I do not recommend this location.

One of the inaccurate information pharmacy of Walmart in pine bluff Evey single time I have come to pick med and never ready even you call them before you come to pickup they say will be ready in hour but you go there after 2 hour still not ready this happen all the time I understand how busy they are but should not misleading with time .give proper time will help

Its so slow. You have to stand in line forever it seems like. The people that work there are nice though.

This is absolutely the worst place in the world to try to get a prescription filled. First it took them a whole day to find where the doctors office sent it electronically to them. Then I asked for a 30 day supply they had it filled for 90 days. The customer service is horrible, the help is rude and didnt even offer to try to help after coming back 3 times in one day and finally having to come back the following day and it was still wrong. DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO GET ANYTHING HERE !!!!!!!!!!
