Fastenal is an interesting company they have a business model like no other. They will supply your business with what ever you need. Even if that means they go out and buy it down the street just to supply your business with that product. In a way this is the best in customer service they give the customer what they want no matter what.

I used to love this place, you can get nearly anything industrial there. But not here, new blonde staff member knows nothing about the store. Asked to see a 4.5-six grinder he says there isnt one. Asked for the August flyer he said there isnt one, i know there is one i have it in my truck, then he responds that they have already expired those.Now the tall guy with glasses is very knowledgable, but i dont want to visit a store that you have to catch at the right time.
