Love this store, great variety, well stocked, friendly n helpful employees, and I can buy nearly twice the groceries I can in my local area. Brand names or store names are cheaper and meat selection n price is good too. Good store!

I love all of the super 1 foods here in Pine Bluff Arkansas. Staff is so friendly and helpful.

It is worth five stars i think there food to high on price for things that are suppose to be cheap but are so high but people got to eat so I really give a 3 stars but ill give five because it hard out there.

Great place to shop, pretty long lines and no cashiers a lot of the time. Overall everyone is welcoming and very helpful. Great customer service and everyone is always willing to help, they even offered to take my groceries to my car!!! Great sales and they have a great wine selection!!! I go in this store for their pharmacy only!! Ive tried several several times shopping here. DONT!! The employees are rude, dont even acknowledge that they just checked you out. I found one girl in the deli that spoke, smiled and said Thank you and have a good day! I wish now, I had gotten her name. Other than the pharmacy, which those employees are PHENOMENAL, just keep grocery shopping somewhere else. The employees make it known that the color of your skin, depends on rather they check you out or not! I strongly suggest grocery shopping somewhere else.

The store itself was okay, but the staff doesnt do much to enforce the new guidelines for social distancing. Aisles were crowded with products and other customers were right in your face. Definitely want to wear your masks here

If an item is not on the shelf employees are quick on going to the back to see if they have it in stock. I have been ready to walk out of a store when employees have an attitude that its too much trouble to search. I shop for other people for a living. Although I have probably never met the person before, I shop for them like Im their OWN personal shopper and go out of my way to locate an item they specify because they are trusting and depending on me to satisfy their needs. I expect the same from a store because I am their customer standing in for my customer. Super 1 does all that. I have not had one employee that doesnt smile the entire time I am speaking with him/her. And I dont have to wait for them to check the back stock. I can continue to shop and they will locate me to inform me of their findings. As a shopper I frequent all 3 of the Pine Bluff locations and all 3 do a SUPER job

Well i went in for western union and it was real quick and easy but it wasnt real clean inside.

First time shopping here but the store was nicer than where I shop in Little Rock! The only down was the supervisor that had to come and turn the key for her cashiers register when my sister didnt want an item. My sister said thank you maam and the young lady just walked off. Usually the mgmt is what makes me stop shopping in a place but because of the employees, Ill be back.

Closest place to go shopping if your executive motel 6 or any other motel around employees friendly courteous and kind

Super One Foods has always been a good place to shop. The employees are usually very friendly and they do their jobs without them gossiping or talking with the other checkout clerks about their personal business. Super One has also been in the community for a long time, at least long as Ive been here and Ive been here for 21 years. Back when I came to Arkansas they were called Brookshires.I gave a review recently that really didnt do them justice. I would like to now change that poor point of view. Like all stores that are serving the community, there are products with higher price tags that await someones attention, but along side of these higher priced products, youll find products with a lower price tag that fits the consumers pockets too. I also like that Super One has clean, fresh, quality food. If youre looking for a store that feels like home, Super One Foods should do it for you

I ordered a cake for my sons 5th birthday from here. I didn’t know what to expect because I had never had a cake from here before! It was awesome! Tamera was so nice and friendly taking my order over the phone! The cake was great! Tasted awesome and the colors where perfect!!
