I had a beautiful experience with Justin. I told him I would give him an extra tip for helping me but he politely declined and said to pass the positive on. He truly knows the art of cars and loves what he does...The meat and potatoes of what happened....He really showed me how to pass the positive on. I believed my brake light to be out when I came in-he not only checked my light to make sure it was the right one, he lead me to the right bulb, and installed my brake light.You guys have a great one! Stopped at Advance Auto to get some hydraulic jack fluid and a couple of quarts of oil for my truck, there was plenty of parking available, the store was well-lit and clean the items I purchased were easy to locate and I checked out at the front counter and I was on my way in no time at all👍👍😎

Service was awesome and everything was cool. My only main disappointment was the wiper blades do not last longer in FL which is understandable. I bought medium price wiper blades last time in the same location and they didnt even last even for a year which is ridiculous. I asked clayton the store manager to resolve my issue who was very nice and professional in saving money which I appreciated it but to pay a $37.43 one pair for my 2019 Nissan Sentra was a little high even with a medium brand. I wanted a 10% discount specially with the issue I had before which obviously he said no because I am finding a way to avoid this problem for future. The same $36.36 for 2017 Hyundai Sonata 10% discount so it is within my budget. I know it is not anybodys fault but not lasting the wiper blades in FL even with the middle price range is a huge disappointment for me. I would have graded a 4 star and may be even a 5 star but after my wiper blades failed that quickly with the middle range price I had to unfortunately grade it as a 3 starThanks,

Thought I had an alternator or battery issue with my jeep. The Service Rep Jesse came out and showed that the battery connection was just loose. He was able to secure the connection and reinstall the battery and saved me a ton of money as another store suggested I go through with an entire electrical diagnostic. Very happy.

Do NOT take your battery here! Our battery died so we took it to advance auto and they kept it overnight to charge it. We picked it up in the morning and they told us the battery was good so we put it in the car and then we started the car and then we immediately smelled something burning and the car died. We had the car towed to National auto and they told us the battery had a bad cell which made the battery back charged and it burned up the electrical components and the alternator and starter. The man who by the way is a certified mechanic said it was the bad cell in the battery that caused the problems after they told us the battery was good! Cost us $1700,00 to have it repaired! We went to Advance auto and talked to the manager and he referred us to the district manager who said they weren’t responsible even thou the mechanic said it clearly was as they told us the battery was good. We will not be shopping here anymore!

Destiny was very helpful with my battery issue. Luckily it was under warranty, so I got my battery tested, replaced, and installed quickly, competently and all with a smile. The crew there on 8/26/2019 in the evening really took care of me, and were very pleasant.

I went in with a vague idea of what I wanted and the nice young lady at the register came out and helped me. She gave recommendations and was knowledgeable and fast. I felt my business was appreciated.

These guys are the best of the three auto parts stores within blocks of each other. They have always been helpful in getting the right part for my Wrangler and my Silverado. I tried the others and came back here. You can also order parts online and pick up in store usually within the hour if in stock.

Theres like 5 other auto parts stores within 5 minutes from this Advanced location. I dont know the name of who I was dealing with but they:1) wouldnt accept a return with receipt dated earlier that day.2) wouldnt rent me a tool; said it wasnt necessary for the job.3) wouldnt sell me a new part. Associate tried to convince me that my part didnt exist and would not order the part I wanted.Absolutely trash store dont waste your time.

If you need tools to complete a task or either Hands-On help from the staff they are very knowledgeable and will lend a hand with helping you out with Anything Automotive or electronic.

Bought a cellphone holder and they got the packaging open for me so I could put it in place and take off on a long (1,600+ mile) trip. Now I can use my WAZE app hands free.

Worst Auto Part that I have been . Been there for minutes waiting on the line to completed a scan on my vehicle,to verify check engine. Once it my turn the rude employee told me that he need to take care of alllll the customer that came after me, so he can scan my vehicle. The worst customer service experience that I had in my life. 0 start

This is a good store, but checkout could be faster. Some of the employees do not belong at the store as they have absolutely no knowledge on items being sold or about brand differences. On a positive note, shelves are always stacked and if an item is not available, they are usually able to get it from the warehouse and have it in the store the same day.

Very helpful. Autozone did not have the part I needed so I came here. The lady at the counter ordered it for next day pickup and offered suggestion with fixing another piece I inquired about which helped save me money on an entire replacement & assembly at a dealership.

Only con is some of there prices are quite high but considering they have a lot of overhead internet stores dont, as well as staff that will come out & try to diagnose your car its understandable & why I still give 5 stars...

Please just go to Auto Zone next door. Battery from here lasted 8 months. Told it just needed a charge come back in 30 minutes. Ended up waiting an additional 45 for it to cool off. Battery wouldn’t take a charge no others in stock. Why not just offer a replacement from the start if they knew I bought one here 8 months ago? Horrible experience.
