Great service at a great price 👌

This company takes your order and then does not deliver everything 100% I have missing materials or replacement pieces on my jobs that we are still waiting on at both our locations and this has been going on for months. We ordered a panel just before Christmas and were promised to receive it for the past 2 Mondays and now the rep is not answering emails or phone calls. This is not how an efficient company should be ran. We need to complete our projects and this company already has all the monies for the products we purchased. Extremely unsatisfied with this company would not recommend to anyone!!!

After going to both Home Depot and Lowe’s, where the service was less than helpful and completely uninterested in my dilemma, I called this company desperate to find hinges for our 36 year old wooden kitchen cabinets. The gentleman that answered the phone asked me to send a picture of the inlay of the cabinet and the old brass hinges and he immediately called me back and helped me locate new satin nickel hinges on Amazon that would fit the out of date inlays. What an incredible experience. Although this wonderful company made no money by helping me, the gentleman couldn’t have been more pleasant and knowledgeable about what I needed. The hinges arrived today and they were absolutely perfect. I called to thank him and then felt that I had to put a review out there for others to see what a great company this is.

Disaster from beginning to end. Steve will promise you something, then not deliver. His granite people do not have proper instructions and just do whatever they want. When you tell them it is wrong, they treat you like dirt and make insulting comments in Spanish, assuming you dont know what they are saying. I would NEVER do business with either of them again. Three months later, I still do not have use of my bathroom, because they didnt measure and there is NO communication between cabinet and granite guys. Uuuggghhhh, avoid them like the plague.
