I purchased cabinets from St. Pete Cabinets and unfortunately had the worst experience with quality and service Ive ever received. St. Peter Cabinets buys the cabinets un-assembled and as a service, assembles them before delivery. When there employee assembled my cabinets, they damaged the cabinets. I asked for replacement of the damaged cabinets and they refused. I then purchased (from the same distributor) the the replacements and asked there policy on cabinets that were not installed. They said they would pick them up and reimburse me the price I paid for the cabinets. That was a lie. I have called dozens of times and spoken with both of the owners and was again promised that I would be reimbursed. Ive attached a photo to prove my point. That was August 15th 2018. Here we are January 9th 2020 and now they wont pickup the phone or return a call. This is the worst company ever. I will continue to speak out, spread the word and use my connections in the construction industry to make sure everyone knows about this.Steve Stratton
