Highly unsatisfied with my sandwich. I ordered a smoked honey turkey sub with mayo, honey mustard, lettuce, jalapenos, sweet peppers, onion, pickles, vinegar, american cheese, and only the bread toasted. The entire time the employee was making my sandwich, they kept looking back, talking to their co workers barely paying attention to the screen in front of them. Because of this my sandwich was not made how I ordered it. No sweet peppers, mayo, or vinegar. The bread was toasted so hard that the sandwich is barely edible. I understand this is gas station food so the quality of food isnt going to be immaculate but its still food that customers are paying their money for, and the employees should care enough to at least make the food how its ordered and make sure its edible. Won’t be patronizing this WaWa again.

This is a great place to stop whether you live up the street, in another town or another state. Whether you are looking for gas, a potty stop, a snack or a great B-I-G sandwich, this is the place to be. Have cuppa and enjoy your day.

The right sandwich the bottom bread was smaller and top was bigger but as well as last time on my sub that I got the toppings were just all over the place like cmon now get it together now

One of the cleanest looking, and well presented service stations. They have all your everyday needs. From snacks and pop to beer and wine. Plus an above average coffee bar. I give them a 9/10.

At 3:56pm I placed an order for Steak Mac N Cheese. I was informed at 4:20pm that they didn’t have the Mac N Cheese to make this order and that I needed to now wait in line to receive a refund. It took almost a half hour for them to realize they didn’t have the ingredients to make the order? Smh..

We just went to buy a carton of Winston and the cashier told my husband that she just have 10 packs. So he said, ok, give me the 10 packs. And she said no, because then she will have no Winston to sell to the next one. OMG. She just sell 3 packs. Can you be that dumb?

Not a good place for travelers. coffee is ok so is gas, but security is a bit over obsessive in its attention to customers.

As a lifelong Tampa sports fan we should hate anything from the Philadelphia area except this place, and cheese steaks. The only gas station you can say you bought a sandwich from, and not be totally ashamed. Though your toilet bowl will definitely be afterwards. Be careful Ive had a couple incidents where customers will grab my sandwich that is paid for and walk out. So you basically have to act like a security guard near that sandwich area.

Never usually have a problem with this store but it seems lately the new hires need to learn not to throw food at their paying customers 🤷🏻‍♀️The stank attitude that they have also needs to be checked, you may not like the job but atleast you have one and actually have money flowing in...Just saying

There is no place like it. Great if you need to grab something quick to eat, I recommend the quesadillas.

Went in to wawa after working a long day to order a smoothie, and was met at the door by a rude associate, and she proceeded to tell me they were closing in 1 minute! The store hours are supposed to be open 24 hrs! I asked if I could just order a smoothie real quick and she just said nope! I will never enter this wawa store again!!! I hate rude employees!

This location is NOT open 24 hours. I assume it is because of the flock of tweakers that hang around the store.

If you want to get sick, come here. The staff here let people walk in and out without even bothering with face coverings. They will mock you if you complain. Lots of fun flying airborne particles to inhale inside and land on your quesadillas. Not much care for public safety here.

So according to their own website while they are allowing fully vaccinated customers to shop without a mask, their employees must still wear them. I was fine with this until actually entering my local store. BOTH men working behinf the food counter were NOT wearing masks. One did not have one at all, the other wore his around his neck. I still almost braved ordering food until one couched LOUDLY and both preceded to laugh when I said oh come on, wear ur mask! Not only that but they actually ENCOURAGE people to go without a mask by posting notices on the front door letting them know they dont have to. Less then 35 percent of Floridians are fully vaccinated and yet 95 percent of wawa customers go maskless.

15 minutes just to get a pack of cigarettes. Line going to the back the store and one person on register at 6pm. That is just ridiculous.

I gave it one star but it dont even rate that. Very rude and very races.I am talking about the graveyard manger. I even have a lawsuit pending. I deal with a lot of Wawa stations and they are all great but that one. I called the Corporate office. They said the district manager would call me but he never did. Its been almost 4 weeks now. That just tells me that Wawa condones that behavior from there staff. That Wawa SUCKS.

The staff is great! But someone needs to deal with the ten people outside the door every night. Smoking cigarettes and odviously dealing and buying drugs. Its sad cause I have to avoid this one and go to the wawa down the road on 34th. Especially right now with covid. Cause none of them are wearing masks. And people go inside without them and no one says anything. Just tonight I had to go in there cause the other one didnt have what I needed. And of course just like I said. People outside and two girls walking around touching stuff that they werent buying and not wearing masks.

I didnt get her name, but the young lady that helped me with a customers order was awesome! She went above and beyond to get my customers order correct.

I go to this Wawa store often just like a lot of other customers do, I like going to this specific Wawa store for they treat me like an individual person and always greet me with a smile even when I may not have a smile on my face. Every now and then my order of food is either missing something or something was put in my food that I did not order. If I could give a 4.5 out of 5 stars I would. Thank you.

Other then rushing you off the property after you pay there clean and treet you well but in there behalf it is a lot of homeless asking people for money so you cant blame them for runny everyone off

Horrible customer service at this location, would never go back. Cashier felt entitled to decide who they wanted to serve even after the other customer opted to stay on the other register. I even emailed their customer service because the experience was so awkward but never heard back, I guess Wawa just does not care about it which is fine by me as there are plenty of other gas stations around.

Worst Wawa around. Twice I got a steak sub here with cheese and both times they left it off but I paid for it. The first time I took it back but Im not walking back every time.I asked him tonight if there was cheese on it before I left and he said, there should be.No, there was not!! Thats two for two they screwed up. How hard is it to put cheese on a sub?I will never order food from them again.

Fantastic convenience store, great sandwiches and other grocery items. Nice atmosphere and truly courteous and helpful staff. Reasonable gas prices. Generally speaking a great place to shop for all your convenient needs. I would generally recommend this business!

8 diesel pumps 16 regular pumps, free air and food. They keep it as clean as they can, just on the wrong side of town. Often approached by someone just needing $1 or some undesirable trying to sell you steaks from the Walmart down the street.

Wawa, the franchise, is great. Ethanol-free pumps at many of them (this location does have them) for motorcycles, boats, and older cars that dont do well with ethanol.This particular location is awesome. Quick service and friendly staff. Getting out of it is a bit awkward, but nit worthy of a lost star.

Wawa in general is an amazing place so I rate this solely based on that.This location is not that bad. Sometimes it gets pretty busy inside and there is a bit of a wait for fresh food. A lot of times the only check out open is the tobacco side one and so you have to wait in line for a while. I think they might need more employees.

Its a good place . My food is always made hour I ordered it myself in the screen.

They have excellent food made to order. Such as breakfast bowls, burritos, hand crafyed drinks. The staff is excellent never any issues and Cleveland is the best you will always leave with a smile

Excellent customer service and cheap cigarettes. They have better soups than Perkins. So glad I no longer have to visit those people who dont let white people use the restroom!

Fast and friendly service with a smile! Gas was well priced and so is their food. It was however quite busy, but is to be expected in this area.

Ive been going to this store since it opened. I go there to fuel up my work truck and equipment everyday. I sometimes stop in the afternoon as well. My problem with this store is the amount of bums begging for change. They took the tables out to help get rid of the problem people. However, they still basically live outside the store. I call them bums because they look like they could work a job. They have all their arms, hands, legs, and feet. They also like to sit there and charge their cell phones. Last time I checked, real people in need didnt have cell phones to worry about charging. If you want to be harassed by people who look like theyve been on drugs for years then this is the store for you.

This place is very good and the people that work there is very nice. But not only that but the coffee also very good to like it taste so good.

Had a rough day, air pump at another Wawa removed air from my tire.. Came to this Wawa to get air after fighting with the last air pump and trugging with only 14lbs in my tire...lady was very understanding and offered me a cup of coffee which made things easier..just the principle. Thank you!

This location is poorly run they are very rude and very uncaring I called the manager today and she game me an attitude of i dont care and seemed very happy that i was dissatisfied and left the story unhappy and ended the call unhappy I called corporate right after and they seemed to care this store is going down in quality cleanliness and running out of food and unprofessional staff i highly suggest if you are going to visit a wawa dont go to this one find another one

Today I visited the WAWA on 62nd Ave and 34th Street North. There were 2 girls working on the register and both were extremely rude. I went up to ask a question but they were to busy laughing and having a side conversation on the walkie talkie and completely ignored me. This happened twice in a matter of 5 minutes. They were to busy gossiping and talking about ANOTHER CUSTOMER over the walkie talkie to pay attention to my concerns and question. Very poor customer service. Then I called to tell a manager and was placed on hold for 6 minutes for nobody to ever even come on the line. I get they could have possibly been busy, but someone could have acknowledged that I was still on hold and asked me to continue to hold.

This is hands-down my Wawa. They have meatballs when you cant find meatballs anywhere else in the city. They never let me down.

Great food and fast service. When my son and I cant agree on what we want to eat, I know we can both find something we like here due to the wuse selection of foods. From sandwiches to bagels, soups, bowls, burritos, etc., theres something for just about everyones taste. Plus the frozen drinks are amazing!

Gotta have a Wawa! I love sip-topia! And unless we have lengthy power outages across our county or a machine is down, i can always count on them to have what i want

Great place for quick food, coffee, conveniences, or even gas. All Wawas offer a fee-free ATM, though your bank may still charge for using an ATM that isnt theirs.

I love Wawas that have great Subs I believe their subs are better than Subway or Publix they have fresh Subs Rush toppings fresh bread they make them right there on the spot the way you want them and theyre not very expensive at all. And you can also do your other shopping and get gas there as well.

Food is not that great and they took away the outside seating so handicapped people such as myself cant sit for a few minutes anywhere. The tables were the one advantage they had going for them, its nice to be able to sit and eat your sandwich - not all of us have cars we can sit and eat in. Also, theyre a bit on the pricey side - (Hint: If u smoke, u can walk across the street and get your cigs much cheaper, and Racetrack had everyone in town beat!) I wont be back to WAWA

Awesome, great customer service, I order a off the list drink from their special coffee bar. Sometimes cold sometimes hot, is located 49 miles from where I currently live, yet every time in evening 1 gal sees me and says hot or cold, that is above and beyond !!! The rest of staff Takes time listen and comes out perfect {keep in mind its a complete special order not even on the menu of course in there their menu is you have to punch it in on a computer so all I do is hit special order } they also have a very good sandwich bar there with a variety of different stuff that you can order fresh and then they have other stuff that for fast eats as well everybody is extremely nice great customer service and yes their bathrooms as well are clean and wheelchair accessible . I have poor sleep habits coffee or not, this Wawa gets 100% all the way every part of customer service,,,,, wish I could say the same about the one closest to me, but 3 tries and each one was a horrible experience!!

Its convenient, not in the greatest area. You get a lot of people that ask for money, for their habit, whenever I stop for gas or coffee. I am not a fan of this area though.

I would like to offer praise for one of your associates, LEONARD. I stop at thislocation almost every morning on my way to work and pick up a coffee and a newspaper. Leonard is always cheerful with a Hello! or Good Morning! andhe seems to genuinely enjoy his job and pleasing the customer. I have the opportunity to shop at other WAWA locations (or a competitor for that matter)but I choose to take my business and my money to this store.It deserves recognition that an associate like Leonard would represent WAWAin such a positive manner.Thank-you very much!

I love wawa let me set that straight first and this store is awesome! With that being said I was very disappointed that you dont have changing table in your bathroom. My daughter had messed her pants, I was stuck taking her out to my van and changing her in the middle of the parking lot. Why would you not have a changing table at all. This needs to be fixed otherwise I will be forced to go to other gas stations. Which bothers me because I live not even 5 min. from this location.
