What can I say about this place, I had a great experience. The staff was very respectful, contrary to many other dealers I’ve had to “deal” with in the past. I was helped by an associate by the name of Mike, and both him and the GM were kind hearted people with good intentions. Can’t say enough about these guys, they are as fair as they come and I can only hope they maintain their integrity throughout their business cycles. Great job guys! Highly recommended.

Love the communication!!! Bought an SUV in December of 2019. Had them add into contract 3 free oil changes, repairs to a couple scratches, a complete detail and tires for life. Now they have closed their repair side and not only do not honor their agreements but dont even bother to return any calls. I have left numerous messages by phone and email, all to no avail. Classy Outfit.

Very good dealer. When I put our car information online, David Cook the salesperson contacted me and showed his sincerity. Even though we got two more offers, we finally decided to sell our car to this dealer. They arranged to pick up the car from my home and prepared all the documents and money check for us. The whole process is super easy and reliable. Especially, when I found I left the garage opener in the sold car two days later, I told David Cook, he was so nice to mail it back immediately. Very happy experience!

I would say that im happy with the results that came out today in the end it all started with driving through the parking lot looking at cars not even thinking of getting one but what do you know here comes DD flagging us down running through the parking lot so we stopped and talked to her for a little bit and told her we would come back we got some stuff to do so we came back latter and picked a vehicle and then the next day later where in a brand new car its a 2016 Jeep Compass so I got very low miles on it excellent little car barely no money down overall had a good time and Good Vibes the whole time I was there so thank you to everyone that helped us out today special dd and Lolo and Chad Adams hundred percent recommend to anybody me and my girlfriend love our new car and even are nextdoor neighbors got one on the same day

When I started my purchase with this company it was amazing everyone was kind and helpful, when I got it inspected because the car was shaking terribly and I just purchased it they told me that the car wasn’t safe to drive let alone safe to even sell, how it shouldn’t have passed inspection mind you I lived on a military base so it is strict, I than called the GM and he tells me to bring it to a company he does business with well the guy gets me 1 used tire and sends me on his way, a week later I go to get an oil change and they continue to tell me how the control arm is bent and was bent prior to me getting this vehicle and that it needs to be fixed because I can get hurt really bad I tell the GM send him all the reports from the Chrysler dealership and here we are months later and I am still being ignored no response nothing, I am now deployed and it’s nearly impossible for me to get this fixed!!! I am beyond disappointed and disgusted how a GM can’t make this right when he had the chance!!

What a fantastic experience! I had my truck listed for sale on facebook for a private sale and Mike K. reached out to me and offered to purchase my truck. Has this dealership closed? I have been calling and leaving messages for over a month for service. I have not been able to even get an answer when I call sales, service, titles etc...No one has called me back and this is extremely unusual for this business as they are normally very responsive and typically if not available they return calls promptly!!

Rocky is a wonderful salesman! He’s very humble and cares about the importance of what the customer is looking for. You feel no pressure from him when browsing around the inventory. He does excellent at explaining about the vehicles as well as the amenities that come with it. I would recommend anyone to go there and work with him if you need a vehicle!

Unfortunately, I have to change my review: Previously, I gave a 5 star review. I commended Jordan for being upfront and honest. It gives me no pleasure to have to change this, but I have given New Wave many chances to make things right.I have called for the same issue 10 times. Each time I call, I am asked to explain the issue again, as it is the first time I call. Each time I call, I have been told that I would receive a call back. I have not received a call back and the issue has not been addressed.I bought a truck from New Wave, and was told by Jordan that the truck was inspected by New Wave. I was told by the service manager that this was not the case. I was also told that it was supposed to be inspected by the person who we bought it from: but that this one had slipped through the cracks and that they would like to make things right with me.The truck has 3 minor issues. Including mechanical problems and lights being out. Still has not been fixed.The windshield wiper fluid was not dispensing. We made an appointment and brought the truck in. Driving 45 mins in a Ram 1500 only to be told that they did not have time to get to it. So we had to drive back and forth 3 times to get it fixed. After we brought it in, we noticed the back door was not locking and the tail light was out. I have tried to reschedule a time to bring the truck in for maintenance and each time I call I get a different response. I have been told by both Jordan and the manager said they wanted to see what they can do to help and wanted to make sure the customer was satisfied. I would love a call back.ThanksBrian

They contacted me on marketplace they asked me all the questions about the car I have for sale they ask for the Vin number. I provided them with everything they asked I answered all the questions and they made me an offer on the phone. when I went to their place they acted funny and made faces and the car keys went from person to person. they came back with a different offer that was not the original offer mentioned to me on the phone and I accepted the new offer. They had me wait for another half hour and then they came back and said we have to pass. they are absolute scammers and crooks. Don’t go there!!!!

Sold us a vehicle and within a week it had transmission issues. I notified them multiple times during the warranty period and kept getting fobbed off and ran about after they had a mechanic look at it and was told it needed a new transmission. Low and behold the owner gets arrested for fraud and they move location to New Wave Auto Exchange in clearwater. I have communication with Michael and he is an absolute joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM as they do not uphold their warranty or their agreements.

I just bought a 2019 Nissan Frontier with 15k miles from these guys. The price was fair (checked it on KBB), they gave me a very reasonable deal on my trade-in (also confirmed with KBB). The sales reps (Jermaine and Bobby K) were very helpful answering all my questions and going over options to save me some money. No high pressure tactics. I bought a 2013 ford escape Nov 14th and during the test drive the information light was on. My salesman Roccy assured me it would be taken care of. Along with a fill up of gas, a full detail, and my friend getting her $300 for referring me. None of this happened. Nov 16th my check engine light came on, I called Rockky and again was told it would be taken care of. I go to dealership yesterday as Ive.been out of town and was told the warranty does not cover and I expressed my frustration on how I was told during test drive it would be taken care of. Rocky turns around and tells me I never called him once ! I have all my call logs to back me up!! Service center will not call you back even after you leave a message every day for a week.I bought car Nov 14th. 2 days later I called about engine light and was told it would be taken care of. And continuously calling to no avail. Yet I was told I never called !

Great place to find a car dont get me wrong the people inside very friendly very polite nothing wrong with that but the only issue is the service department and the fact of the matter I have had my car for 3 months with the first month my bumper fell out of place they would not fix it they just said youre going to have to keep popping it back in when you could just realign it by Taking It and and fixing whatever the problem is second month the plastic underneath the vehicle is falling out the clips on the bottom near the front bumper all broke off dont know how dont know why and now with this third month the lining along my front windshield is peeling up and they said they dont cover that so pretty much once you buy this car just know its your problem once it comes off the lot

Buyer beware -- This dealership will lie to you and tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to buy a car. And then claim no fault when you find out they lied. For instance, they will present you with a Clean Carfax, and swear that the car has never been in an accident. Then mysteriously after you purchase the vehicle an accident will appear on the Carfax report. Then they will claim they had no idea and wont do anything to make it right.I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Purchase great, however the car has not treated me well.Also bought a $14000 car and was only handed one key and no FOB. I’m in trouble now with having to spend a lot of money to make a new key. Although it’s been 3 years since the purchase, I asked for help with the invoice and they argued about talking with the manager, then left me on hold for 10 mins. I hung up.Pretty rude in the situation leaving me on hold of you ask me.The least you can do is consider helping me with a spare key with my $14k investment. Never recommending or purchasing from these guys again. 😞

These guys strung us along for a few days and didn’t even bother to call us. We made plans, took time off work to make the 4 hour drive to purchase a vehicle. The day before the appointment they called to confirm the appointment time. Everything was set. Then a few hours later we get an email, not even a phone call to tell us the car was sold from under us. I called the manager Rob to complain and he was rude and completely didn’t care about us. Terrible customer service from this place.

Was a great experience at first got a car really fast. Told us to trade the car in a year. Well it’s been a year and a half and not one dealer including them will touch us because we are now $8000 upside down in the car because our car is only worth about $10000 and the sold it to us us for $18000 plus financing. Rip off.

I was not pressured. I was given time to quietly walk around and look for the vehicle I wanted. I already knew what I was going to purchase when I went in. Rocky was my salesman. No one behaved like a Vulture and it was a good buying experience. Although I did not choose a luxury vehicle, they had Maserati Maserati and Mercedes for those who want the higher end vehicles. Not impressed, vehicle that I looked at was never cleaned, still had sweaty dirt on the door from someones arm...rat droppings all over the engine compartment...I asked the salesman why the vehicle had not been cleaned....his response was to keep cost down. I did not look at anything else...

The images attached are just the RECENT issues weve had. Last year, prompt to our tire continuously going flat, we took to get the tire changed. Low and behold the rim that was sold on the vehicle looked just like the image. The tire couldnt be replaced due to liability of them changing the tire and placing it on the rim. We promptly called the dealership and they stated they would replace the rim. AWESOME!After waiting for the new rim to arrive, we drive to the service department, they put the rim on for no cost BUT ITS THE WRONG RIM. WRONG COLOR. We acknowledge it, tell them, and ATTITUDE. A few days later the CORRECT rim comes in, they install it and we were on our way, free of charge. Eh, maybe they were just having a day, hence the attitude.FLASH FORWARD to this week AND the same problem! Mind you both of these rims were on the BACK TIRES WHERE OUR KID SITS. We AGAIN take the car to a tire shop and LOW AND BEHOLD we were told the same thing, its a liability, its not SAFE to be driving on the rim, a blow out could happen at any point and time.My Fiance reaches out to the dealership and AGAIN ATTITUDE. So, in conclusion I bought a new rim and everything is now safe. However, FU for giving my fiance attitude and FU for putting my family in danger so you all can make a quick buck. #SCAMARTIST

We had a wonderful experience. Rocky was really nice and he didn’t pressure us to buy a car that we didn’t want. He also offer his help if we need it in the future. Overall all the staff was friendly and offer to help us. We will definitely come back if we need to buy another car in the future.
