I loved this place! I went in to just buy some vape juice and ended up staying for over two hours. Jay the manager is really cool and the kratom tea was the best Ive tasted in the area. It was also very reasonably priced.

I bought a new mod from the shop. Jay was the guy that sold it to me and he was very nice. 3 days later the mod became defective. I had misplaced my receipt but still brought it back to return it. Jay had remembered me and pulled my receipt back up. He said it was definitely a manufacturers defect and gladly just replaced it for me. I dont even live in the area and he said if it happened again to just give him a call even from another state and he would work out something with me. You couldnt ask for better customer service and all their products seem to be very original and not knock-offs. I highly suggest anybody in the area who is looking for Vapor stuff to come to this shop!!!

I dont understand why this place is so highly reviewed, I understand you have to have profit margins but close to $30 for a $14 bottle of juice? I work too hard for my money to be taken like that. An upcharge I understand, this is highway robbery

The service was amazing. Very knowledgeable people. Great atmosphere. All personalities there are so different but mix together well in a melting pot of misfit toys. Will visit again. Highly suggested for a lounge/family feel. Feels like cheers meets the bartender from the shining (very welcoming with a hint of mystery and stories galore)

I really like the new manager Jay. I miss Katy at this location but Jay is very nice helpful and fixed my jammed vape tank FREE. I have tank issues so knowing I can take a issue to him and get it fixed is GREAT. I also enjoy thexKAVA drink. Looking forward to trying the CBD knfused coffee as well.

Was looking forward to checking this place out. Stopped by on a Friday afternoon at 4:15, all of the signs were on, the sign on the door said new hours 10-6, yet the door was locked. Hard to support a business when the lights are on but no one is home.

This chain is so amazingly friendly and overall well put together! Ive only been in one location out of seven and I spent hours there just enjoying the atmosphere that the owner and employees created, every aspect of this Vape Lounge is dead on. Changed it to 5 stars, you guys are amazing. I just wish you carried more than 2 nic salt brands. I have went through every Naked salt & beard at least 3 times and have had to start shopping around to get different flavors. I want to give you ALL my business. You brought the Space Jam in but the line was discontinued which really upset me. Try to get some new types on Nic Salt in so I can spend 100% of my money with you guys!

At @vaporroad at the Pinellas Park location this morning on Park Blvd before US19. Im making new friends, learning about kava and kratom and got incredible customer service from manager Katie (you need to meet her) This place is relaxed, comfortable and anxiety free. I also bought a new vape device that didnt break my wallet, got expert advice on usage and am very happy with it. However, I did have one complaint about my experience. As I was introduced to kratom and kava, I asked if it was safe to consume with a compromised liver from diabetes and was told that it was perfectly safe. Later that evening, I was in the ER with excruciating pain from essentially poisoning myself with what I was told was safe. The owner, managers and staff need to be more cognizant and educated about how their products will affect customers. It took a week before I was out of pain. Ill go back for vape supplies but after getting so sick, I will never drink their kratom and kava again.

Ive only been once, but the selection was limited, I asked one of the staff members for a lower nicotine level in one of the flavors and I was slightly misinformed he told me the company didnt make the nicotine level I was looking for in that flavor, but Ive purchased it before. I was a 2 pack a day girl. Now I vape 0 nicotine & havent picked up a ciggarette in over 6 yrs.

Charge way to high for there products and try to charge you more money for higher nicotine content of vapor juice which is illegal. Whether its 3 mg or 18 mg its the same price everywhere by law.

Charges 8 dollars for a coil - they just charge to much. I have friends who own shops and I know the wholesale prices and its just not necessary to set prices that outrageous

Yeah! A lie is worth a one star rating,. Bought a replacement vapor tank with the promise of any problems, no problem returning. Well my unit works well with original tank besides broken glass. This new unit works intermittently. Big reason for no return, didnt bring unit with me as proof that 2 day purchase was not working. (in other words, Im lying about a $26.00 Vapor tank return with its original box, bag, and receipt!!). Maybe I should have jumped into my broken down old van, and take the 5 mile ride each way to prove Im telling the truth.I wonder what the dollar value of bad publicity is going for these days???

I dont think their selection is great. I wish they offered more brands of e liquid. Otherwise they really do know their stuff and can help you with almost any problem youre having. I might call ahead just to make sure they in stock what you need first if its a coil or anything but juice.
