Ive never had a bad experience at the drive through. They have always gone out of their way to help me.. If you show kindness & patience Im sure youll get that back.

The pharmacy is incredibly slow. In the drive-through and they are allowing people to stay at the window while waiting to get a prescription filled that can take up to 30 minutes. Why not just have a person come back? Clearly management does not pay attention to this. If I could read this zero stars I would

Im never there longer than 15 min. I love this place.

I’ve only lived here 4 months and still haven’t had them do their job correctly. Keep having to go back repeatedly for my prescription with them saying they have it, and then being told to come back later. Just sat on the phone for a good minute and was immediately hung up on when they finally answered, I didn’t even have time to say hello back.

Sat in line over 30 minutes. Then was told to drive around and get back in line (REALLY?!) or come inside b/c they needed to redo something. Went inside. In less than 2 minutes my item was ready. Was it necessary to make me that trouble? This woman made no sense!! Will not go back there. I hear Super One is a good pharmacy.

Sorry folks, but with the exception of the young man, Maggie, and I believe Chastity [ young black lady], some times the level of INDIFFERENCE borders on RUDE ! My wifes experience was actually rude employees. That being said I find that the three techs mentioned have excellent people skills and make it a pleasure, even if there is a waiting time in line.......

I cant think of a word strong enough to describe how much I dislike CVS pharmacy. If spent a good four hours trying to get some prescriptions filled for my mother. I would switch to Walgreens pharmacy, but they are no better.

Very poor customer service.. The wait time is extremely toooo long.. My son had a ear infection not once did they tell me they didnt have the medicine in stock when I dropped off prescription..I received a message saying my perscription was ready waited in line for 30 min to find out medicine was out..then the cashier had the nerve to catch a attitude..I WILL NEVER USE CVS PHARMACY ON EDEGEWOOD DR AGAIN!!!!!! THANKS TO WALGREENS ACROSS THE ST THEY FILLED IT IN NO TIME!!!

They are the best at making people feel like they are doin something wrong for getting meds filled..

This particular pharmacy is absolutely HORRIBLE. Completely rude staff except for maybe two of them. My prescription that I have to take regularly was on back order and they did not call or tell my doctor so he could order a generic brand. And I was stuck running around town to see if anyone had prescription and when I finally found someone they had to wait to hear from CVS to even get my medicine. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Do not use

You can never get anyone to answer the phones been waiting over a hour each time you call and no answer.

Be very careful at this particular pharmacy, anyway. Maybe other cvs pharmacies are ok but not this one. Make sure you check the quantity of pills youre supposed to get for that visit. They often get that wrong. In my case one time, they claim that my doctor called in three different dosages of my medication, maybe so but this CVS asked me which one did I want! They should never have asked me that, leaving it up to me! How dangerous is that? They should have said, theyd call my doctor and clear it up! The list goes on! Just watch them!

Always friendly and helpful switched to this store because staff is helpful, knowledgeable and prompt with service I had family switch to this pharmacy.

I get my medications filled here. They are friendly and sometimes prompt. Should call in prescription in advance to avoid waiting!

Dropped medication off at 1230pm asked if it would be ready at 2pm, called at 5pm to make sure it was ready. Spoke with a pharmacy worker who stated it was ready, came in waited in line for 10 mins only to be told at the register that it was not ready and they would work on it now it should be 15 more minutes. Ridiculous! What a waste of my time!

Bathrooms are not clean!
