The bun was inedible - hard on edges, obviously way past fresh. The meat was still cold... I heard a microwave in the preparation of my sandwich - it obviously wasnt nuked long enough. I told the staff person (the only one) that I had to toss the sandwich and what was wrong with it. She said OK and walked off, offered no refund, much less an apology. Other reviews over many years reporting the same. Now I know why no other customers were there. Stay away. Drive to Greenville for the real thing.

Never opened. The lady working the counter said she has everything closed down because shes leaving in a few minutes. Its 1:30 PM. Just close this location. They are never able to serve customers. Have stopped multiple times for lunch and have yet to be able to purchase a sandwich. Whats the point?

Website show they are open but they were closed. We drove over 2 hours for this.

How is this place still in business? If I wanted to eat saw dust I would’ve just stayed home. Absolutely by far the worst maid rite I have ever eaten. But, it’s piqua. Not much hope.

This place has great food but it is a complete joke they are never open they close way before theyre closing time awful customer service but the food is good when you can get it I have been trying for over a month to go to this location to get food and still have not gotten my sandwich

Chain store delivery of mediocre food.The true Maid Rite’s store in Greenville OH is always AMAZING!Now THAT is the MaidRite to visit!!!!!

Im originally from Iowa, home of the Maid-Rite and have lived in Virginia for several years. We just transferred here and tried the other Maid-Rite place first (total knock off, bland, ick). Drove up to this one and it was soooooooo much better!!!! Not as good as back home but WAY better than the other one, and no gross chewing gum covering the walls.

First, if I could give a -10, I would. As a child, I remember the Maid Rite in Greenville, Ohio. Oh they were so good. Came to Ohio this last weekend and saw on the Maid Rite website that there was only one located in Ohio and it was in Piqua. So we thought, great....that is where we were going. After driving over two hours we pull up and the Maid Rite is in a gas station. Ok, well lets check it out.Walk in, the place smells of disinfectant. Get to the counter and there is a ring bell for service. Before I could do that a lady who was sitting in a booth comes up. Meantime we notice, no ice cream in the ice cream cooler, a mop right behind the counter, stuff piled up and no sign of food or food cooking.We ask her if everything listed on the handwritten sign available (which by the way is not even close to what the website says). Her response was ummmm, yeah. I stood there for a minute and I asked those with us, what do you think? Needless to say, we left and I was so disappointed.Maid Rite of you are reading this, I would so close it down and for the love of God, do NOT let them sell your Maid Rite t-shirts, it is a disgrace!

You want a real maid rite go to Greenville to maid rites.those are the real thing .they use fresh meat not out dated stuff.

Ordered two coney dogs no onion guess what onions this not the first time it seems to happen all the time, Order beef burritos, same dam thing Why is it so hard to make food the right way its not hard, Girl that work on the gas station side was rude on 2/25/2012 around 5.00pm to buzy talking to her friend on the phone to say hi bye thank you anything. I will never stop there again and i live in Piqua!
