Friendly and helpful pharmacist/staff. Came for the Pfizer shot, stayed for the guy with the British accent.

The pharmacy has went out of their way more than once to help fix mix-ups from the doctors office.

Absolutely would not recommend. The pharmacist with the British accent seems very professional. But the company sucks. Save your money and get the same thing at Walmart. The phone system here is not easy to use to actually talk to anyone either.

I unfortunately received new insurance. I’ve always gone through Kroger for my pharmacy. Now however we supposedly should be able to get it “cheaper” here. However, the experience I’ve had with CVS in Piqua is absolutely absurd. Can never get my husbands meds on time, it’s always something like you have to call your Dr, when in fact we have and it’s been sitting waiting for determination in his file and I’ve been there 3 times. Not like it’s narcotics it high blood pressure and heart pills. Unbelievable. I hope this works out or I will pay more money to go back to Kroger.

Very rude staff members of the pharmacy. Never has my meds on time and am shorted meds for the month..... Worst CVS pharmacy possible in miami county.... Will never return to CVS ever.

Slow and rude! I went to get my husbands pain medication filled after he had SURGERY and was told it would be a couple of hours. When I returned 2 hours later to pick them up, the pharmacist very loudly said I told them they wouldnt be ready till 8! Hopefully his nerve block last that long... We will definitely be taking our businesses elsewhere!

Great pharmacy I got my flue shot there and I have not got the flue so far🙂

Slowest pharmacy around, recently moved to piqua. Love the pharmacy in sidney very fast an friendly poeple unlike the piqua one. I gusse I will be making the drive

The staff is nasty. It is very apparent they do not care about the patrons. It is disappointing as when you need a pharmacy, you usually are in need of some help. The pharmacists are never friendly, the pharmacy staff always favor the people in the drive thru, and will visibly ignore you. It is a cold & hateful environment.

Terrible service. Pharmacy workers ignore people standing at the counter but continue to talk about their days. Not open when they say they will be. Shipped prescription never arrived, and no one would help me!!! Id give less than 1 star if I could.

Went in to get some Sprite Cranberries and was fortunate enough to see they had 12 in stock. The staff wasnt too friendly though, unfortunately.

You can get prints from your phone easily and cheap.

Friendly staff, clean store, good deals - a great CVS!
