APC Flooring installed hardwood flooring throughout my 1st floor and tile in a small powder room. I was satisfied with the tile powder room install, but not the hardwood. They installed hardwood in my Sunroom, Kitchen & Foyer. I did ask if they could make sure to discard any bad knots or bad looking pieces. Attached are pictures of what they chose, which to me are some of the worst looking pieces to be in such a highly visible & most important part of the home - the Kitchen. (FYI: I had two boxes of HW leftover that had perfect looking pieces) Also, see how they finished the quarter round at steps I wish there was audio so everyone could hear all the squeaks & feel the movement. I did point out the areas that were visually bad the next day at my house, but the solution was to CUT out the pieces in the kitchen, Im sure that would have looked worse.
