Just had Kelly Karpet install 2 bedroom rugs. Great Job as usual! We have been using them for 20+ yrs. First use in about 4 yrs...This was a smaller job and the guys showed up at the time they stated; very quick, thorough and even vacuumed before laying the new carpet. and after to clean up and shavings. Thanks Larry!

Very easy to work with.

I took two hallway runners that I bought from Target to get them cut into stair treads. When I got them back there was serious miscommunication with the person who cut them and I ended up without the rest of my carpet which I still needed. When I told them that I was still missing several feet of carpet, they were not apologetic.I told them that I would need to buy another runner (a third) from Target due to their mistake, he told me that I was “pretty and he trusts me” about the price but can only give me $50 off. It was rude and unprofessional and I had to pay for services that were wrong.I am looking for a carpet now and although they are down the street from me, I will not be going here again.

Not very much help

I had vinyl plank floors installed in March, and they are beautiful. Larry my salesman, and the installers did a fantastic job. My house was cleaner when they left then when they started, and I am a clean freak.

Absolutely the worst flooring install. It was actually done TWICE and they still couldn’t get it right. First time they came out the grout never took and came right up even after letting set for over a week. Second install (after the disaster of ripping up the grout) left us with uneven grout and tiles that are so uneven we often trip over them. The tiles themselves have a haze we’ve never been able to remove. We placed several calls to Kelly Carpets. They refused to fix the uneven tiles. Finally where the tile meets the carpet it looks like the carpet was hacked up by a toddler. How does a carpet installer not know how to create a proper carpet/tile transition???

I purchased carpet for my dining room and living room in 2014 and after 18 months, the strands started to come out of the carpet. Since it was under warranty, I called and Larry came out to assess the carpet. It was determined to be defective and it was to be replaced with the same carpet. When the carpet was finally replaced, they replaced it with a cheaper grade of carpet and it was a different color than the original. I immediately called to complain and had to bring in a piece to be analyzed. I was told I would receive a phonecall and after several months, I still did not hear back. I called numerous times until they had an answer for me. They determined it was not the same carpet and told me they would look into it further. I still never received a phone call, so I stopped in the store to talk to Larry. He still didnt have an answer for me of what was going to be done, and the manager ( a woman whose name I dont recall), didnt seem to want to be involved in this sale. Larry told me he would give me a call when he found out what would be done. Well, that was about five months ago and I never heard from him, and I am tired of having to chase after a resolution. I will never purchase there again, nor will I recommend to anyone looking to purchase from Kelleys Carpets. The customer service was a joke full of empty promises and excuses. Lesson learned and I will now go elsewhere for any other flooring needs.

The carpets are junk and beleive me they were not cheap last carpets last many years these the living room comming apart just before a year and still comming apart less than 2 years the den one is getting flat where you walk and the installers forget it.I would never send anyone there I made my mistake.
