They were closing this location had a few good things left.

I am very upset our BBB is closing in Waterworks, it was so convenient to Aspinwall, Fox Chapel, OHara, Sharpsburg, Indiana, Harmar twship and Highland Park, E LIberty folks, now we have to get in that horrible traffic to go to the N. Hills or Monroeville, we need stores in our area that service our needs, like we need a flagship Walmart and Lowes or Home Depot.

Prices were really high. The items werent with the right tags. For example the toilet seats were regularly 9.99 (their price/tag) and to be 20% off. When rung up they were 29.99. Find a price scanner before you go up to check out and still pay attention. I was given that tip by a lady in the store and Im glad she did.

Had social distancing in place. Very attentive staff. Ccx was in and out in under 10 minutes

I have been going to this store for years always finding what I need and this last time we stopped in October the staff was very helpful and we bought a stand and we were very happy with it and he took his time with us to order it online.

I know the store is closing, that said, I expected the discounts to be greater. Disappointing.

The one in Waterworks is going out of business. Everything is 52 80% off and theres not a whole lot left especially big items and all their fixtures are also for sale.

The staff was friendly and polite, we found everything we were looking for.

I got a shark corded stick vacuum as a Christmas gift along with a gift receipt from bed bath beyond. This is a smaller model and it stops and bogs down when I vacuum our shaggy rug, all I wanted to do is return it an buy the bigger shark model because I hav a older shark model that works fine on the shaggy rug. When I tried to return they said I was 15 days past the return policy which is not on my gift receipt! They gave me the number for shark and I called and they said only bed bath and beyond can return it because it was bought there. I would not recommend buying a gift from there because return policy not on the receipt and if your product breaks after a certain day your stuck with it.

Sad to see that this store location is closing permanently. Not much left in the way of merchandise. Huge, nearly empty space.

The place is a wreck! Stuff all over the place. Not too clean of a store either. Its going out of business! I guess thats why its not being kept up!

Went to this store to buy a new upright vacuum cleaner & was mainly looking for a branded shark model. I asked a man on sales floor named Rob if they carried the certain vacuum I wanted to purchase, he said “we don’t sell shark vacuums go ask someone else I’m busy” in a rude manner. I think he just want to be left alone since they had displays of exact vacuum I wanted but didn’t have them on floor. I will not be returning to this location & will take my business elsewhere.

Love this store! If your a member(credit card) you can use their coupons they mail you even if expired at least at the fox chaple location. I bought 5 items and was able to use 5 coupons.

It was a waste of my time today, they did not have things organized or flowing at the checkout. I ended up just leaving without making my purchase.

Worst customer service & would highly recommend not shopping at this location!!!I asked a gentleman With name tag of “Rob” if they carried food saver bags & was told no! In a rude manner “we don’t carry that go order it online or ask someone else. Then he mocked me asking if they carried this product when I walked away!. I went to ask another associate & they showed me exactly where they were in- store. I don’t understand why he couldn’t of just politely assisted me to where they were originally.

The manager was very condescending . I had to return an item that I purchased online. he took 45 minutes to refund back to my debit card. he checked the entire item, every number on the item, the Box, the receipt, the invoice, my ID, my phone, number, my email address Etc. so forth and so on then. all the man was supposed to ask for West a receipt or the invoice slip.and then had lost prevention come out and tell me that they were just checking to make sure I didnt return anything previously; however this item came strictly in a box to my door to my home address and they gave me such a hard time. I was there for maybe 45 minutes to an hour just to return a Comforter. Im wondering if they do this to everyone who returns. I was very uncomfortable. I was or should I felt like the preferred customer that day! ( They preferred to pick me for profiling)Thats the last time going there for returns or even purchasing any online. No thanks!!! There are enough stores online to grab a comforter.

My Aunt, Cousin, her daughter and husband were at the store today and were treated like criminals by a staff person/attendants, named Sarah, because they were speaking Spanish and were of color. I would like to say that this is an unusual experience but its unfortunately all to common. The fact that this woman so profiled them was completely racist and this person should be fired and the family should receive a public apology not only from the store but from this woman! What she did is inexcusable! My Aunt, Cousin, her daughter and her husband are all Citizens of this country and should not be treated like they were pieces of trash! I am irate! I do not live in Pittsburgh but the stores in my hometown will no longer be getting my business and I have shopped there regularly! This is just inexcusable! My Aunt took her granddaughter and left the store in tears that her nearly 3 year old granddaughter, her daughter and herself was exposed to this kind of racist treatment! I have advised them to contact a lawyer.

Had a few good deals going on when i went in. Had a few alarm systems in i was interested in but no one to ask and the tickets werent helpful so i bought my bin, pop socket & left.

Wow I went in to buy a bridal shower gift, they went out of the way to tell me I could wrap it for free, and they even helped me wrap it. Very friendly and they have a pretty good selection with all price points!!

Its a Bed Bath & Beyond. Its a nice story. Lots of this and that for the kitchen and bedroom. Great place for a wedding registry as they have lots and it is easy on the guests to find stuff.

I like this place cause they got all kinds of cooking utensils and gadgets for bathrooms towels pillows curtains etc. The place surprise me every time I go there I find something new and unusual go look around and be surprised oh by the way they sent me 20% off of one item coupons which I accumulate and they take them even if they are expired

My family and I had a terrible experience at the Bed, Bath, & Beyond at the Waterworks in Pittsburgh, PA (Fox Chapel/Aspinwall neighborhood) last night. Ive always loved your store but now I feel very unwelcome. My mom, husband, 2-year-old daughter and I went in to get a couple of things and browse. We had one of the attendants, Sarah, follow my mom and I around. She did not look at my husband once even though he was the one who was carrying rhe items we were buying in his hands. She was completely focused on my mom and I. She was rude and nasty (kept hiding behind things and glaring at us the whole time). She followed us around and looked at us like we were criminals. Although the store was mostly empty, there were other people walking around completely unsupervised. Its not a coincidence that she chose to follow around the only two brown people in the store who were speaking Spanish. If it wasnt racially motivated then why didnt see look at my husband, who is white, once during this time? He was with us the whole time. He mentioned to me afterwards that at one point he decided to walk away to see if she would follow him, but she didnt even though he was the one with items in his hands. This was such an offensive and dehumanizing experience. My mom ended up leaving the store in tears. When we spoke to the cashier, she mentioned that she has heard complaints about this attendant doing this before. Clearly, this woman should not be working with the public. This is completely unacceptable.
