I get all my masonite panels for my oil paintings cut at the Home Depot. I typically get a 4 x 8 foot sheet of Masonite and have the staff cut it into 6 x 8“ panels. The staff is always very helpful and eager to assist. If you are an artist in need Of raw masonite panels, definitely consider coming to Home Depot to have the panels cut for you.
Loved going in there to look around that make you wants to spend just looking at the things that you will need in your home especially around the holidays I love browsing just look so beautiful in there the Christmas decorations I love looking at in there they set it up and I take my grandson in there and we enjoy the Christmas decorations because it is set up like you would set it up at home also Halloween you know that has different displays out and he can play with the things I took pictures with all the different D chords that they have around so its enjoyable even if youre not spending any money
After checking online for a product. They did not have any in the store. Their website had 4 available. Also employees were less than helpful.
Very helpful staff! They just need more staff. The people who work there work hard and friendly.
Always quality service when I shop here. Staff are helpful and kind. Keep up the great work!
The Best place to get everything you need
Overcrowded and understaffed when I stopped. Store itself was orderly and easy to find my supplies.
This Home Depot Store is Horrible. I ordered some items for a project. Part of the items ended up being shipped to my home which couldnt be cancelled. I had to reorder them and then will have to refuse the shipment when it arrives here next week. I received a email saying that the remaining order was ready. When the person working on my home arrived at the Home Depot store in East Liberty they didnt even have the order together. The order was sent Friday evening and he went to the store Saturday afternoon. The phone staff at the store was very unprofessional. One was actually eating while I was on the phone with them. Not a great experience.
I needed keys made for work. The gentleman who was the attendant for the key machine was very polite and spot on with his skills! All 5 of my key copies work perfectly!
Everything is clearly labeled so I was able to find exactly what I was looking for.
Convenient for the area to get home improvement things but service is lacking. I was standing in the self checkout line with everyone else and when it was my turn go to one of the kiosks and one of the employees is like no you need to let this other couple that hot there after me go ( and they werent in line). Very frustrating.
Clarence Peays gave us OUTSTANDING SERVICE in addition to others as we were searching for items! He was directing them right and left with the aisle numbers, etc; Truly impressed!
Never thought that store would last that long in that location. There is only probably two or three employees that know what theyre talking about. Jay in electrical is the best....
Like most home depots, not to busy. Big store. With everything you need for your home... love home depot, beats lowes....
One of the busier locations I have shopped at. No matter the time of day it is packed(that could be on me and my schedule). The store is always a mess but again may be on me. The staff is always helpful and seem to be trying to get things back in order.
I asked 3 different staff people about where the weatherization section was. None of them had any idea.
Excellent customer service. Full service home improvement center.
Home depot is my favorite big box store, this one seems slightly smaller than most, but thats expected with it being right in the middle of the city. We bought a sheet of plywood and had it cut down to size, the cuts were accurate and square, which was very important to my project, so that was awesome. The only problem I have here is with the cashiers, both times Ive went Ive had issues. We were standing in a line for a long time, and when it was finally our turn the lady walked away and never came back. The light was still on indicating an open lane, so I asked an employee who walked by if this register is still open, and they just walked away like I never said a word. We cued up in another line and waited our turn, this time the lady hardly spoke English, I told her that I was buying the sheet of plywood, and my partner was buying the rest, and she just scanned it all and didnt understand. We were both fairly irritated with the whole experience.
Lots of items in stock. If you look up items online, you can see if they are in stock and what aisle to find them in the store, which is really helpful in such a big place. Most things online can be shipped to the store for free, and the curbside pickup is very easy and convenient.
Dont rent anything big hard to call to get help when it breaks down them will say will come fix it or pick it up a week later still not fixed or picked up leaked oil all over new drive way of customer home. They them charged me I tried to call and call they could not find they keys I gave to closing manger once customer called me mad saying not was still there I had to return it on my own I wanted a week it lasted 4 days ruined a new driveway never picked up or fixed now I have to pay customer 3500 for ruined drive way and they still charged me a week and 4 days which I thought I would only have to pay a week at max horrible phone service
Best store ever for diy projects and renovation you can tell they love there customers because they make every thing affordable then regular stores the prices are cheap Im always comparing store prices and this store definitely is my number 1 go to store for basically everything I need or want for my home
Home Depot always has the merchandise I’m looking for. I also enjoy the military discount that I receive when I purchase my items. Every Home Depot is great.
Stood and watched 3 employees lean on a cart and have a conversation. None of which ever realized I was standing there waiting for help. So I proceed to go find another employee who dazedly stair into the distance as he tied his apron, never realizing I was standing there waiting for help. So I then decided to find what I needed on my own. That took some time in their terribly disorganized store. I will not be returning to this location. Id rather drive an extra 15-20 minutes to go to another Home Depot.
Eh, Home Depot is another Lowes, but orange. I havent found either store to be a step above the other store. Compare your prices and pick which is best. The customer service is equal atbith stores.
The Home Depot is a great place to buy home improvement items like lumber, paints, hardware, and home fixtures.
Clay was helpful a lot every time I go there
Good, love therapeutic scent of fresh cut lumber
Just needed some hardware to attach some legs to a piece of furniture. Unfortunately didnt get to look for any magnificent pieces of poplar, though Im sure i could have found some and there were certainly bags available as those are how I always carry my lumber when leaving.
They wont lend you a pickup after 5 PM. Youre better off getting a truck from the local Uhaul to save yourself the hassle
Always a good place, employees are always helpful.
Busy but helpful, efficient staff kept things moving. Great that the app gives aisle locations of items.
Carts are hard to come by here. An empty one was sitting at the front of an aisle. I took it to load materials. An employee who was chatting with another employee about 20 feet away snapped thats my cart, give it back. I asked if he worked there, and he said, yes Im filling an online order, then he took the cart from me. So instead of the employee going out into the parking lot to get a cart, I had to do it. This pretty much sums up employees at this Home Depot. Do yourself a favor and go to Lowes.
Good supply house for all your home and garden needs. Staff is helpful and friendly.
It is the worth the time to travel five minutes more and go to Bethel, Robinson, or Bridgeville. That location is either under staffed and over worked or the work ethic is not as it should be.I have worked with some very good people there, so it is not all the staff- but ultimately it is up to management to make sure everyone is willing to assist and not act like the customers are bothering them.I had an order put on will call and paid for last week- and called in at 8:00 AM to pick up. I went in at 2:00 and the staff member stated, just because I pay for it and have it on will call, doesn’t mean they will have it. That’s exactly what it means! If you are a business owner, highly suggest the Robinson Township Home Depot Pro Desk- you will save more as well as get treated how you should.
Clean store. Nice people. I needed help and safi helped me find my products and cut my boards up. Excellent
I waited 30 minutes to get help for an purchase.Employee that helped was nice
The store always busy in mid day they stay closing aisle at the busiest time of day but the woman there are cute lol
I have been here a few times. The staff are friendly and the items are laid out well. However, telephoning them is terrible. There are long waits and difficulty getting to speak to someone who can help. After wading through much frustration, I came upon Toni in Appliances. She was fantastic. She took ownership of my problem (and boy did I have problems) and tenaciously took the bull by the horns and put it on the ground. She was resourceful and helpful and followed the problem all the way through. Wow. It is very unusual to find such a person working for a corporation where they can actually function as a human.
Home away from home. Nice nursery stock. Lacks certain things which Amazon has.
Well organized and had the moving supplies I needed.
Its Home Depot, what more can I say? Its clean, well stocked, and has polite organe aprons walking around offer help when needed.
Everything anything all that one could want! Awesome!
I live in the south side and if you are looking for Specialty Plants or fruit trees the Home Depot in East Liberty is the place to go. Huge selection and wide variety.
Not very happy with this place normally, but have a gift card to spend. The last time I was there was VERY frustrating to try and get some good assistance. Kept getting the brush off but today was a little better and when I finally found part of what I was looking for I got a VERY pleasant woman as a cashier and was happy I picked today to go .... she lessened my frustration and brightened my day......SHE gets 10 stars from me.
Home Depot was good. Got a new Sawzall. Broken tree in the yard. Saw for about 55.00. Good price. I already had batteries for worx tools so I got a worx sawzall/jigsaw. It worked great.
Great customer service when I went last night (Sunday). It wasnt too busy.Karen at customer service is awesome! I did a lot of online shopping so I had a lot of stuff to pick up, but also a lot of stuff to return. Karen was very patient in helping me out with all the intricacies of my many orders. Even I was annoyed with myself but Karen was so patient and made sure everything was right. Then I had more returns and orders to pick up and Jasmine was also patient and helpful with getting all my giant orders ready. Without me asking, she also got help for me to load my car. When I was loading stuff in my car, another employee walked from the garden area and checked in with me to see if I needed more help. The reason why I took a star off is because Ive gone to this home depot during peak times (ex Saturday afternoon), and it can be hectic. Parking is all the way at the end, crazy long lines, and very busy associates unable to help. But they always have a great selection, everything is mostly organized and neat, and have lots of things in stock.
I dropped some heavy boards outside while I was doing my trailer in the pro area because Im a pro and jaymere went out of his way to see if I was ok and proceeded to help me load the remaining 16 boards. He could have turned a blind eye but went out of his way. Thanks JayMere
I wish they would carry more mechanics tools in store
It was hard to find an employees to assist. Yes, employees were in some of the isles but they were either helping someone (that is good) or gave off the appearance that they didn’t want to be bothered (that is bad).I went it for one item that I could not locate. After a while I finally got ahold of a staff member and they did not know where it was either. They researched the item and stated they were out of stock.I left without making a purchase.Store was clean and organized.
Harry was clutch as hell! Made keys for me when he was clearly slammed. Good service!
GOOD Services I find what I needed
Great place! got all you need for home repairs. workers are very helpful.
Huge place, and no one who works there seems to know where anything is. Stuff is super overpriced, very long lines, and rude people
Home Depot has everything you need. I love the automatic check-out.
There was a guy who was supposed to be helping people check out but all he did was stand there with his hands on his hips and provided no help on why their card machines are not functioning properly. I will never come to this Home Depot again.
Home depot not responsible the thing after they sale ! Very bad management ! I wont go there anymore !
My favorite toy store. Thank you for being there
Ghetto fabulous, poor servicing, not knowledgeable about products.
I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The employees were really friendly and helpful.
Home Depot was great in and out, quick. Very busy
Pretty much has all your needs very friendly staff has amazing detail in the store even has plants and has delivery highly recommend
I have never wanted to escape a Home Depot so bad in my entire life. Im a handyman contractor part-time but Ive been heading Home depots intentionally and unintentionally for over 30 years this one is the worst one Ive ever been to. There is zero parking I dont know where these customers were but they certainly werent in the store and the parking lot was completely jam-packed. There was no contractor loading zone there was no contractor areas specific parking. I went into plumbing and started going through some things that I might need to rebuild a nozzle and a gentleman began helping me. He must have bent my ear for 30 minutes talking about things that made zero sense to the topic at hand. I was trying not to be rude but he would not go away stood 3 in for my face and just kept talking. It looked like another woman from Home Depot was coming to rescue me indicated that if I needed anything let her know and then walked away.
Staff can be a lil rigid/uptight but theyll generally help u & have fair knowledge of what they sell. After a abhorrent Lowes experience I was able to walk in apply for store credit, get approved, pick out the exact fridge I wanted & get the delivery scheduled all in under 20 mins!
This store often has the wrong inventory reported on their app. So if you check to see they have what you need, then drive over they dont actually have what you need and just shrug saying the inventory is off. This has happened often.
The plant I got was fruitful
I dont know why, but this store seems to be so disorganized. Website showing items in a certain aisle and bin location, and then its like completely different isles and bays (like not even close, 3 aisles away). Also, not able to locate inventory that is supposedly in stock. The inventory was not located where it should be. Sales team was good though - tried to help me find what I was looking for. But nobody knew exactly where the inventory of 20+ items were located.
Nice place to visit but if your looking for help dont hold your breathe.
East Liberty is negligent in keeping the motorized shopping carts charged and in working order. It makes it appear that they have no regard for disable, handicapped shoppers.
No one ever answers the phone. The line keeps dropping off and just cut the call for no reason. Once an associate answers and was transferring, no one on the other end picked up and the call just ended. Not helpful at all. Called again multiple times, same thing.
I liked it I got out the house for a while.
The staff was helpful in what I was looking for as well the cashier too...her good spirit made it inviting...will come back again
This Home Depot is not enforcing the mask mandate. Employees are great, but many customers are wearing masks under their chins and even blatantly not at all with no consequences. The community spread is at an all time high right now. Home Depot should be doing more to protect its employees and compliant customers by requiring PROPERLY worn masking or an escort out of the building.
Shelves are a mess! Nothing where it should be, nobody around for help
Its ok. Little dirty. I was never approached by staff to ask if I was finding what I was looking for. A little limited on power tools. Cramped.
Home depot is the best home improvement store
Poor uninformed staff that apparently dislike their job.
Tha peolple are very nice
Knowledgeable staff, but the store is smaller so they’re out of stock on a lot of items. Check online or call first before you make a trip for specific items.
I really like this home depot... Its my home store... Great layout and plenty of staff to assist when needed...
This post is to give a HUGE shout out to Angie at customer service in the East Liberty store. We had a huge shiplap order shipped by accident to her store when we needed it to ship to our home. After multiple calls to the store and corporate with no luck on changing the shipping, I physically went to the store and met Angie. Angie went above and beyond with back and forth phone calls throughout almost one hour to store manager, Joe, to locate our order. She was able to locate our product, with Joe, and get it shipped to our home! She did this all with patience and persistence to help me on a very busy Sunday morning. If it wasn’t for social distancing I would’ve hugged her as this product is out of stock and would’ve severely delayed our home project. Hopefully this post will come her way as a virtual hug! Angie, you are a true testament to fabulous customer service! Home Depot has a GREAT worker in you! Thank you so much!
A man named taru from plumbing helped me out and was super kind, friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the customer service, I will absolutely return.
Good luck trying to find somebody to help you
Got what I need service was excellent.
Everything you could ever want in DIY
If you are in a hurry to get the Rona, come on down to this cavalcade of jagoffs. Masks are down all around, and construction bros will roll right up on you. The staff is notably unconcerned with being polite or helpful. I die a little inside every time I have to go here.
I found everything that I needed and the staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable!
Didnt have much heat tubing
Needed some keys made. And they all worked, lol, bc I have had keys made at places that they didnt work, lol, and the coat was good for the keys .everything was fine .
Best HD in town
Great place to relieve yourself but mask rules suck
Busy store but they had everything I needed.
Lots of options and pleasant, helpful employees
Its good. Its Home Depot. Has self checkout. Get your stuff and get out. Check online for stock first.
