B&M repaired my truck after a small accident. I chose them because they were just down the street from the accident but Im so glad I did. They were very kind and professional at every step of the way. My truck was ready on-time and looks just like new. They even cleaned it inside and out which was a really nice surprise. Thanks again!

Great inspection!! The staff were incredibly professional and friendly. They provided accurate information on the process of inspection in terms of how it works with government regulations (super great for an out-of-stater perspective). Outside of the work done, they were generally friendly and provided great insight into the area of Pittsburgh on a variety of topics. Will definitely be coming back!!

Good and fast service

I went to get my truck inspected. It failed because I needed brakes, rotors windshield wipers and the door that was just fixed didnt open. I was told that it would cost 600 something but I could not afford it so he rechecked to see if the rotors would pass to help me out and they did. So I was told it would be $ 402.00 still couldnt afford it. When I went back to pick it Up and i commented on the door just being fixed and was told well it doesnt open now. I also asked some questions about the charges if they fixed it because I was told that didnt include fixing the door and there was a charge of 78.40 but I was quickly told in a very demeaning way it was just to find out what was wrong with the door. Then a charge of$ 32.95 plus 2.00 hazrdous waste charge for a oil change. Did not ask for one.I was charged for the inspection sticker emissions sticker the inspection itself and emissions even though I was exempt from the emissions and wasnt getting any stickers $63.13. TotalThen I was rudely told if I have someone else does the work that I would be charged again for the inspection. Had my son do the work and when I went back to have it reinspected I was charged $33.17. needless to say that I will never go back.

Took my car here for a quote to fix the AC. They charged $120 to diagnose and for the quote. They wanted $1800 including $500 for a refurbished compressor. For comparison, a brand new compressor from the manufacturer is only $450. The lady at the front desk gave me major attitude when I declined to schedule the repair with her.I went to a reputable shop who charged $200 for the compressor and $400 for installation ($600 total). One third the price of B&M.

I had a really great experience here. Im a first time customer and I live in the area. I took my car in for inspection/emissions knowing that a little bit of work might need done. Everyone was so super nice and helpful, and very welcoming. Later in the day they called me with the repairs, walked me through it all offering alternatives to keep cost down, and still had my car done by 4pm for pickup. The quality was fantastic, the cost relatively inexpensive, and the customer service stellar. I was very impressed and am now wondering why it took me so long to try them out. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

We dropped off a vehicle with a power window that was in operable. My daughter was the one who reached out to the shop. They tried scaring her into a $700 bill for a job that two other shops offered to do for $~400. They said it would not pass inspection and really tried to take advantage of a young lady. She offered to have them fix it for $500 or re-assemble it for $100. They decided to grab the $100 and sent her home with the door panel not attached. They apparently broke all the clips removing the panel. I would not suggest bringing a vehicle here unless you are prepared to play hardball. They do not deserve even one star. How ironic given their Five Star Insurance Approved banner

My wife and I have been going here for about 9 years. At this point, if I say my first name and car model, they know exactly who I am. I think weve always had mechanical work done, not body work.We have the benefit of having a professional mechanic in the family who has done some of the larger jobs for us during this time period. B&M has a higher labor rate than our family member (hes in a more rural part of the state), but they have been impeccably honest and accurate with their diagnoses and recommended repairs. If they say it needs something, its always just as they say when we get it to my wifes fathers garage.For the quality of the work and how extensive their services are I have generally been surprised by how promptly they can get us in, and how willing the mechanics are to give us personalized attention and explanation. Were very satisfied.

Highly recommend for collision repair/body work. The work was done on-time and they helped negotiate with insurance co. Everything was thoroughly explained and the mechanic clearly took pride in his work. I received a car that was cleaned inside and out, and 3 candy canes in the cup holder.

I needed a front end alignment and didnt want to get burned at a chain shop or drive to the burbs. I was able to make an appointment within a few days, they gave me a thorough explanation of the issue and didnt try to upsell me on any parts or service. Prices were average and service was friendly.

A friend recently got a part replaced in their car. B&M told them there were no aftermarket parts available. They agreed to the genuine part replacement. After a discussion with my friend, I looked online and in store and there were plenty of the exact part that was needed that were aftermarket. When my friend informed them of this in person and on the phone they swore up and down there were no aftermarket parts avaiIiable. So theiswas certainly off putting being lied too, so my friend asked for the proof of the genuine part. The garage refused to give it. I take giving a one star serious though, especially as my friend had a decent experience with this garage in the past. However being lied to and kept in the dark is not excusable. So until this is corrected my review stands

Always great service. Ive been here twice for repairs. My car came out looking brand new. They even cleaned the inside of my car. I cant recommend them more.

I was charged 332.00 for 1 tire and a tire sensor I was astonished they do this to their customers I will never return here or give any kind of referral to anyone to go-to these rip off artist they seen that it was an Audi an assumed I probably had money but I dont I take care of my dying mother in law so I needed the car that day and it was good Friday so I had no choice but to pay....Well had to add to this review after I spent all this money on a tire not even 2000 miles after this tire these ripoff artists put on my car it happened to be a defective tire it got a huge bubble in the side wall so I call these people to see if they would rectify this, and they are actually giving me trouble about replace there shotty merchandise ... I mean a tire doesnt get a bubble in the side wall unless its defective its a write off for this man to rectify this problem but he is actually going to push the issue with me, first of all I was grossly over charged 331 dollars for 1 tire and 1 sensor, the sensor is 70 brand new he charges me double and the tire brand new is 95 brand new and he double that too and actually had the stones to charge me 85 bucks to take the tire off and put it back on .... I will keep everyone posted on this outcome if he makes it right I will eat my words and take this bad review down but the way they acted on the phone,seemed like the are going to make me take this to court ..... Unbelievable
