They worked with my insurance and took care of everything from start to finish. Great shop! I got into a car accident and was able to make minimal effort to get the coverage and drop off/pick up taken care off. The called and coordinated with progressive and did a amazing job fixing the damages. Plus I opted for a car wash and they cleaned my car better than I do and that’s hard to do. My vehicle was damaged when someone attempted to steal it one night. I had a lot of issues with my insurance company getting it towed but they recommended City Collision II. I had it towed middle of the night and called them in the morning... they were very professional and knowledgeable. They gave me accurate information and estimated time. Due to the work needed, it was a lot of waiting for a part, and also towing it afterward to the dodge dealership for calibration. It was estimated to take a minimum of two weeks. Being I didn’t have good insurance coverage, I explained to them my high deductible and needing to rent a vehicle in order to care for my children. I called nearly every day for an update and to see if we could rush things along lol. These guys put up with me so kindly and professionally, and in the end it was done days sooner than expected! Very good customer service and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about how great my experience was. Had hail damage (tiny dents all over) to my car and took it here for repair.Very professional and easy to work with. Someone sideswiped my SUV and did some significant damage to multiple sections of the vehicle. City Collision 2 in the strip district is centrally located and staffed with some of the nicest pole Ive met here in Pittsburgh. The staff was professional, communicated throughout the transaction and worked well with my insurance company. Once I dropped my Fiat off, CC2 handled the rest. City Collision repaired my 2019 Buick Enclave at the beginning of this year and did such a phenomenal job that I had my insurance company bring my fathers wrecked Honda CR-V all the way from Youngstown Ohio to City Collision to be repaired as well. I trust no one else with body work on my card but these guys here!!! My paint matched perfectly and my car was showroom new when I got it back.

Every part of my experience working with City Collision was thorough, professional, and helped relieve a great deal of stress. I was prompted to use this repair shop as a certified repair place through my auto insurance. At first, I was skeptical of the level of service I would receive. From our first call I could tell I was in good hands. They also arranged for my rental car to be present at the shop when I dropped off my vehicle so I could load my kids right in and drive off. The work was completed in a timely manner and I received a detailed packet outlining the work that was performed. There was more damage to my vehicle that was discovered during the repair and they made me aware of that right away. I got my car back looking great and added on the detail with a wax- which I was also very happy that they offered. How convenient to get the car back with a fresh wax and wash. I would HIGHLY recommend using them for any repair needs. I also was able to return the rental directly to the repair shop (Hertz) and get in my car and drive away. Super convenient. The shop was also meticulously clean and professional.

Well recently Ive had my second visit to collision 2 in the strip district again it was amazing the first thing I always noticed is when I walk in the door how clean their actual shop is it is cleaner than most restaurants Ive been into where you sit and wait where you sign in and where you see your car being worked on so I think that speaks volumes for this particular place besides doing an expert job on the damage that I have done to my car unfortunately they are experts all around they do a wonderful job always friendly and I just cant get over the cleanliness of their building and when I receive my vehicle back how clean it was cleaner then I could probably do on my own I thank them for their service and for their work

They did an excellent job restoring the front end of my damaged car to like new condition as well as detailing it prior to its return. Moreover, they performed some non accident related car repairs at a highly competitive price. All of this was done in a very professional and courteous manner. Great job guys! A+ service.

My car was keyed recently and not having the spare funds to pay myself I had to file a claim through my insurance carrier. They recommended 3 shops and I chose City Collision based on their location (easy access to public transportation) and great reviews and glad I did! I was very concerned that the paint wouldnt match, my car is a metallic blue that has a purple sheen in the sunlight and I shine difficult to color match. I neednt have worried, I waited a few days to pay this review because my experience with my previous car is that a shop will fix the thing you bring it in for, but then youll find something else they damaged. Not the case here! Perfect color match and they were ready faster then their estimated time and on budget. They even spritzed the tires and cleaned the floor mats a bit, which was unexpected but a pleasant surprise. They also worked with my insurance carrier so after the initial claim I had no need to try to catch my agent to resolve the claim. Super friendly staff too! Thank you City Collision for helping get my car back to perfect condition!

Upon having my very first accident and being very leery about the process of having my car fixed and fixed properly, my experience with City Collision was pleasant and easy. I was updated every couple of days and they took great care of me and my car! I was extremely satisfied with the work done and with my experience.
