They did a very good job with my car the front and side looks brand new they detailed and clean the inside of my car from when my kids trashed it they were very nice professional and courtesy have to back and fix back of my car now

Poor quality of work. They will give your car back to you with literally miss matching lights, Or a chipped door guard. Good customer service, bad quality of work

Im sure this establishment gets alot of business due to the fact that the 3 men that work here love to speed and drive all over the road everyday. At least if youre going to sideswipe my car trying to speed around me and swerve into the oncoming lane, dont speed directly to your place of work. Everyday, its one of the same 3 vehicles. Would never bring my vehicle here, especially after experiencing Erichs firsthand treatment of drivers on the road.

I dropped my car off to Gerber Collision 2 weeks ago. They didnt do anything with the car. When I called they pretended that my voicemail was full. Insurance company never even heard from Gerber Collision once.

The staff called me as soon as they had the estimate and were flexible with my schedule on me coming to sign papers and collect my car. Their secretary was extremely helpful and was able to answer all of my questions!

They went above and beyond to make sure that my car was repaired with love. they kept me informed the entire time

If you are looking for excellent collision work and communication, look no further! I recently brought my Ford 500 into this location. Upon entry I was greeted by Kelly. She was very friendly, efficient, and provided prompt scheduling for the dropoff. Coffee and tea are available while u wait, which was not more than 15 min if that. They updated me every other day on where they were at on the job and when to expect completion. I just picked up my car today, and she looks soooo nice! Looks better than new. Thanks Gerber Collision and Glass staff. Excellent work and service. Paint is pristine.

They have done an excellent job on my car within a reasonable amount of time (I had a big dent on driver’s door). Everyone there was so polite and helpful. They did everything to make sure that the repair is done with quality.

I took my Kia Sedona to this place to have the whole driver side of the vehicle worked on and I could not be happier about the way it turned out. Nice office with friendly, professional staff. Im giving 4 Stars because I didnt end up having any work done here, so I cant speak to that, but everyone I dealt with during my trip there for an estimate on some damage to my vehicle was very helpful & considerate.

Lady at front desk was really kind and knowledgeable. (Brydie sorry if I spelled it wrong). I was disapointed in some of the buffing work that was done to my vehicle, she totally calmed the situation and fixed it. I thought she was the manager, she should be anyway. Thanks, vehicle looks good now.

Im halfway sure they will fix our car great however wouldnt work with us as far as a payment plan was concerned not sure what the other people in the past have to do with me but I honestly needed my vehicle and I was upfront about the fact that I wouldnt have the money and it didnt matter they could care less about it so they will be working for nothing because its gonna be there for quite some time 🤦🏾‍♀️

They were fantastic! And thats not hyperbole. From the time I had first contact with their team, they were helpful and professional, especially in a stressful circumstance. They did a great job on the car, and were prompt in getting it repaired.

Took my car in for guaranteed work. Bumper cover separated. Took it back. They repaired it. But upon inspection i noticed that it wasnt a good fit. Pointed it out to the customer rep and he said it wont be perfect but now it separated again. Totally disappointed.

Being one who expects nothing but the best from professionals, I have to say I have not experienced this level of customer satisfaction from many other places Ive worked with in the past. Firstly, this place offered the most reasonable price repairing my vans scratch. $350 vs $800 at alternative repair shops. Secondly, they were very gracious in accommodating my need of picking up my car as well as dropping it back off since I couldnt get out with my three little kids. They were so flexible with billing me too-- just paid over the phone. Truly impressed with the high standard of customer service this place offers. If I had to have body work again it would be a pleasure to return...but hopefully I wont have to :) Recommended with confidence.

Well....Here we go,First, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! If you get a man named Rody He is nothing short of a thief! I hit a deer and was told by him that he wont fix my car unless I pay $1,500 to get something repaired that wasnt even broken, I was also told, that if I want to take my car some where else to get fixed that I would have to pay them to put the car back together and pay for something else i cant remember.In short! My car does not start the same it did before taking it there and he refused to fix what ever mistake he made..They call him SARG!! Whatever that means.....TRUST ME !! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! It also took them 3 separate times to just get a headlight fixed!!!Trust me people, I am not a hard person to get a long with...these people are just thieves!!!Oh, by the way for some reason this place has two different names. I went to Gerber collisionI might just be suing these people shortly!
