Chris is amazing!! I needed body work done to my car and was on a 5 day time crunch due to moving out of the state. He took my car in and got it done in 2 days!! AND it looks absolutely phenomenal. I had to get my door replaced last month, and was worried that due to a new door on an eleven year-old car, the color wouldnt match. Not only did Pons give me a fair price, they did the job quickly and SEAMLESSLY. I couldnt even tell it wasnt my original door!Ps: as a woman, Im always paying attention to how Im treated at a mechanic or body shop. Everyone was super respectful and cordial, didnt talk down to me even once. Love to see it.

Alec was able to install some new front end components on my Acura TL and also perform an alignment. Ive had the car back for over a month now and the car drives a lot better with new components and is much safer with some high wear items replaced. Thanks again to the whole Pons team for always taking car of mine and my wifes cars for whatever we have needed over the years! Will continue to keep coming here!
