I was tricked into paying $50 for shipping and handling. I am a prime member. When I can get free two day shipping why would I pay $50 for shipping!? The company claimed they could do nothing for me when I contacted them. The item was listed at $9.99. Charging 5 times the cost of an item for shipping is excessive. When I got the item it was so cheaply made it nearly fell apart when I took it out of the box. This company will stop at nothing to steal your money. Please do not buy from Zoom Party.

Nothing but good things to say about Zoom party. I went to party city trying to find a specific item for my daughters birthday party. Of course they didnt have it in any of their Pittsburgh stores, and told me they had no idea when they would be getting more in. I thought i was going to have to settle for something less desirable. But i thought i woyld search the internet for local party supply stored. I found Zoom Party. Not only did they have the item but they had the quantity needed at a reasonable price. I called and left a message describing what I needed and the urgency of getting these items. Within 1 hour I received a call back from the owner, Alan, who personally got my items together and had them waiting for me to pick up. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for party supplies, especially in the Pittsburgh area.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESSSells low quality products, poor service and plays games refunding. I purchased on Amazon and they claimed the garland I purchased was damaged so only refunded 50% of my order (Amazon made it right for me of course).This was such low quality I didnt even take it out of the box, I took a picture and immediately returned. Waited weeks for a refund, nothing. Contacted them, they asked for tracking on the return (they would have had that already of course), I have them tracking, still no refund, 10 days later I gave up and wrote a well deserved negative review on Amazon ... then they gave me a 50% refund trying and sent me the message below on Amazon to blackmail me to remove the review in order to get a full redund:Hello,Thank you for your purchase. I am sorry for any confusion with your order. The item was returned to us damaged and Amazon said we had to issue you a 50% refund. I would be willing to give you a full refund if you remove the feedback you left for our company. Please let me know so we may be able to work something out. Thank you for your business.
