We had a wonderful experience with Crescent! We hired them to install new glass shower doors in our renovated bathroom. Our needs and shower opening were a bit unique and required a good deal of planning. Michael was awesome to work with - very kind, thorough and patient throughout the entire process! Along with JJ, who handled the measure and install with his son, they helped us come up with a beautiful design and they made sure everything was perfect! Highly recommend Crescent!
Worst place I couldve gone !! Personal design consultant, ok, that didnt get the height right for my vanity and vessel sink to work together!! Got vanity installed, had to have it uninstalled & get legs cut off vanity, then reinstalled!! So I had to cancel countertop installation & reschedule that. Then realized the doors on vanity had holes & deep scratches on them. Doors were replaced, and now not even 3 months after installed the track fell completely off 1 side of bottom drawer. For a vanity that was over $1000 !!!
I consulted with Lola yesterday regarding a bathroom renovation that is long overdue. Even though I was not physically in the store and had not yet made a purchase, she took the time to answer all of my questions and proposed a total amount that far exceeded the competitors. I will most likely order from them and exclusively work with her! She is friendly and was able to ease my anxiety about moving forward! I will update my experience after all is said and done!
We had a terrific experience with Steve. The selection is incredible.
Truckers. Place is not bad just kinda of tight location under the bridge you guys have to turn into bridge on little street dont get scare make turn on that street and go down under the bridge, store is on right side .But dock is behind the store so from now they will guide you throughOr when come to store than go ahead turn right when there is no more road to go then goto junkyard make right turn pass track as soon you passed make right turn right away keep going thats it you are at dock big room make u turnGood luck.
As an interior designer and industry professional it is very hard to keep all the details to a full large project in line. I love working with Lola and Michelle. I have been a repetitive client for 10years. The business is centrally located and the showroom has a lot of different more unique products to display. Lola always knows what to suggest to complete the project, she is my plumbing go to expert and I love her.
Lola has been servicing clients of mine for years. She is one of the most prompt and thorough sales reps I have had the pleasure of working with. Always calls back, always follows up, and always has been a joy to work with.
Great selection of bathroom and kitchen design features on the showroom floor and very personable and helpful customer service experience. Nice that several items were in stock for closer examination. Parking area is a little bumpy, but thats par for the course in Pittsburgh. :)
I was able to find a hard to find item. I am happy, my client is ecstatic.
Load/unloading dock area is a pain to get to. Lots of junk cars in the way. It is tight area. Once in the dock. Fast unloading tho
Very disappointed in the women downstairs. Too lazy to get up and help us and explain shower options. At this time, we were the only customers in there. The older woman had time to stand and complain about customers out loud to the other women that was there instead of helping us. We will not be going back for sure.On another note, the receptionist where we entered and exited was very polite.
The receptionist was a pure delight. Very friendly and helpful. The bathroom sales staff was unprofessional and rude. Talking down to us and complaining about other customers while we were looking around. At the time we were the only customers in the bathroom section. Will not return.
Horrible company. Our contractor recommended this place and I wish I would have looked at the reviews ahead of time. We bought a floor model Jason Microsilk tub from them and the woman Lola who sold it to us told us it was only a year old. Well, after having it for a short few months the microsilk broke in it. We had to call Jason to figure out the problem, to find out that the tub had been sitting as a floor model in the store for FIVE YEARS. On top of that, we also ordered a shower door from them. We spent over $2,000 for a custom shower door that was supposed to have thick glass. Instead, we get a cheap, flimsy door that shakes every time it closes. Again, another lie and screw up on Lolas part. This company is horrible and non-ethical. I will never recommend them to anyone. STAY AWAY!
Hands down the beat displays and choices of plumbing supplies in pittsburgh. Very good sales people!
We had a horrible experience at Crescent Supply. I cant speak for the representative for the kitchen area, but the woman who was on staff for the bathroom materials was extremely unhelpful. We even made an appointment in advance so they knew we were coming. She didnt seem to want to get out from behind her desk, and didnt even find a catalog for me to look at. It just seemed like she couldnt be bothered to talk with us to find something that would fit our needs. It was a really disappointing customer service experience. We went to Niklas supply afterwards and had an amazing experience! I would skip Crescent and try Niklas!
Heres what happened to me: I ordered a shower door (very expensive), including giving my credit card info for the deposit. I was told 3 weeks and a couple more emails were exchanged. When I called at 4 weeks, I found out the manager had broken his arm and had never ordered the door or let me know it was delayed. He had no backup and made no accommodation, such as to rush the order for me. I had to start over from square one after more than a month. Dont try to buy a shower door here.
TRUCK DRIVERS CALL AND GET DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO GET TO THE DOCK. NICE CHALLENGE.
Absolutely the worst customer service experience! If I could, I would give them 0 stars. They delivered our kitchen one week late. Then we contacted them several times in order to schedule a time for templating for granite countertops. They kept delaying us for several days, and then got back to us saying that the original granite countertop we selected is no longer available unless we wait for a longer period for templating and another longer period for the granite to be brought in, but another company with the same granite is available. They quoted a slightly higher price from the new company and promised to send us pictures and give the details of the new granite company. Interesting enough that they only sent the quote, did not confirm any of the other details in an email or sent us any pictures. Yet, they have immediately charged our credit card. After a day and our persistent insistence for pictures of the new granite slab, they send us pictures which showed a lower quality granite than our original selection and so we decided to cancel. Once we decided to cancel the same company that was not getting back to us promptly before, started to send us several pictures of the same lower quality granite, but never gave the confirmation on the cancelation despite our insistence on canceling the order. We are still waiting for their confirmation on our order cancelation and the corresponding charge to be taken off from our credit card. All the delay that they have caused has now compounded with the holidays and added another month on our kitchen remodel. If you have even the slightest time considerations or if you expect to receive proper customer service, stay away, far far away from Crescent Baths & Kitchens!
Very helpful explained all the differences of tubs toilets and vanity
Super helpful with advice and ordering.
Just like other review said .... no one can be bothered to ask if you need help or even say hello. Guess Ill spend my 40k elsewhere.
Apparently I didnt look like I had any money to spend at Crescent (under 62nd st bridge) no one even said can I help you ... wont be going back.
