Wonderful store with super friendly and helpful employees. New product was out for the holidays and the sales were great!

Nice place to pick up soaps and air fresheners

Great location, right off RT 28, with ampel free parking. Friendly sales associates greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and they explained the holiday sales that are currently running. The store is extremely clean and smells wonderful and inviting. The selection is almost endless. With sprays, soap, lotions candles, hand sanitizer, and essential oil products, and all with enough variety that everyone will find a scent they enjoy in the store. From holiday specials like pumpkin and cinnamon to clean scents like cotton, to fresh scents like a lemon. I am a very picky person and found product I would use very easily. I had my order 17-year-old daughter with me and also my three-year-old daughter and they were very friendly to both period sometimes you bring younger kids into a store that is stocked with perfectly lined items and the sales associates give you a weird look like, you better not let you kid touch our stuff. Not the case here. Customer service is top notch!

They are definitely trained to watch black people in this store like a few other stores in Waterworks mall. Often times acting as if they are fixing the products on the shelves as they watch and or follow you. I have to give the them an evil stare so they back off me. After they see that I notice that Im being watched and or followed they become very nice. If it wasnt convenient I wouldnt shop at this location. Talk to your employees this could get you in a lot of trouble. Not acceptable!

I love bath and body works, the manager at this waterworks mall is the best. Diane is her name wonderful manager. The products last, you are sure to get compliments all day wearing their scents.

I have always gone to this Bath and Body Works for the proximity to me. Customer service for me is a hit and miss. My last 2 visits have been in the last 2 weeks and customer service definitely a miss. Now don’t get me wrong, most of the girls are friendly and helpful. The first of my 2 visits, just whoa! I understand Covid19 and social distancing but please do not treat people like they are lepers. Do not ask me if I need help if you are afraid to come near me! After all I had on my almighty mask and so did you! My 2nd visit was the manager asking me if I needed help and I didn’t, I knew what I wanted. She is the type who wears that fake smile, looks you up and down and speaks to you in the same fake way. Sorry Bath and Body, my money will spend anywhere but not at Bath and Body anymore. Up your game in the future!

I went there on $9.50 candle day. The line was going all the way around the store and looped back near the registers. I waited 1 hour and 25 mins in line. I expected the clerks to not be in the best mood because of how crazy it was but they were SO. NICE. They constantly checked on everyone in line asking if we needed anything, they were restocking constantly but would happily drop everything to assist us. Then when we got to the registers, the cashiers were very friendly and cheerful. They took all of the coupons happily and really took the time to ensure our candles were safe in the bags. I was very impressed with this store (especially on a major sale day) and will definitely be back!

I went there with my wife, she was very pleased with the selection and found what she was looking for. The staff was very pleasant and inviting. Being a guy in the store the staff made me feel very comfortable.

Super small! 50% of the employees, 1 out of 2, were kinda helpful. She at least asked if she could help. But then said she wasnt sure to everything I asked about! It was actually the complete opposite of what youd expect it to feel like. Far from bright, happy n airy. Kinda felt like a library or a mattress shop instead! Lol

The staff is friendly and helpful. For some reason it just was not as esthetically stimulating to the senses. The one in Miracle Mile with lighting and scent bombs was more enticing.

First time ever in a Bath & Body works! Shopping for a grab bag gift so I know exactly what I wanted before I walked in the door. Feel in love with everything! Too much to, to choose from. I will be back for myself!
