The experience was great, Ben walked us through everything, we tried out the different types of mattresses and Ben answered all of our questions. Matthew jumped in to help us to get checked out so Ben could help another customer.They were both so knowledgeable and courteous.
The sales experience was fine but then we didn’t need “sold” since we had am 18 year old bed. However our sales person messed up our delivery address and everything is going to our previous address where the first bed wen to in 2001! The sheets went there yesterday and the residents at our previous residence sent them back. Ever disappointed in this staffing as I told him repeatedly our correct address! I am annoyed as well as being hospitalized with liver/pancreatic cancer and need the new bed for my release to home.
I did not buy a bed there but the staff was great. They spent a lot of time with me.
Bent windmill in garden, left tape around bottom of sofa skirt,did not take large pillows off sofa going through doorway threw small pillows on wet porch (The porch was wet from rain and their shoes)

I arrived to the store knowing very little about the beds but interested in purchasing one. As soon as I entered the store the sales associate, Garrett greeted me very friendly and began the process of starting me find my perfect bed.After talking about my needs and concerns Garrett showed me three beds he thought would be right for me. Of course I fell in love with the most expensive one which unfortunately was out of my price range. Garrett was able to recommend a bed in my budget that I loved just as much and work with my in regards to a payment plan. We scheduled a delivery date and I was on my way! My bed arrived a week later and I am in love.Thank you Garrett and Sleep Number!!If you’re interested in a sleep number but aren’t 100% sure I highly recommend visiting a store and having a sales associate help!
The gentleman who was helping me was amazing and patient. Even though I went in knowing what I wanted, he still had me try a few different pillows just to be sure. I will definitely be a sleep number customer for life and reccomend them to my friends and family.
This location was great! Very clean, and whole staff was super professional. Gary was a wonderful help—he gave us answers to questions, but also gave us space to make our decision on a mattress! We were there for several hours discussing our options, and no one made us feel pressured to leave or hurry up. Very much recommend!
I liked this store. Our salesperson Judith was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It was a little bit of long process to select a bed though. Dont expect to be in and out. It took about an hour to go over the beds.
Who wants to give away $400? I didnt but had to because Sleep Number is very deceiving on their delivery and return process and fees. In the end, the mattress wasnt for us but the horrible part of it is that they do not return your delivery fee ($199) and you have to pay for pick up ($199). After taxes and other fees, I had to pay $421 for a mattress that we didnt even keep! After contacting customer support, I was told that I had to speak with the sales representative from the store who then told us that hed call us back in a few days with a resolution....its been over a month and we havent heard a peep from him. I contacted the store manager who also has not returned my messages. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a mattress and definitely look into the policies on delivery and returns....after extensive research, Sleep Number is the worst!

When purchasing our mattress we asked our sales person how much it would cost to if we ended up not being satisfied and wanted to return it, the sales person said $150. So after a month with the bed my wife and I decided sleep number just wasnt for us and we went online and started the return process only to find that it would now cost $440 for us to return it. We contacted Customer Service, our salesperson just to be told well you signed the papers. Our sales person tried to explain it as well they charge u to pick the bed up and you had free delivery to your house that they charge you for now. Nice to know that while spending $3000 on a bed everyone at sleep number is very kind and respectful but once youre not a customer it goes out the door. Were still waiting to hear from customer services and management about why theyre taking an addition $300 from us but im sure as most coporations go ill hear nothing. Would never reccomend the company, the bed just wasnt for us. Fyi purple and puffy do free returns and donate the mattress to people in need if u return it.
