This is my second time buying from Mattress Firm and both times were positive experiences. Great pricing and quality. David was great and extremely helpful in the process. Definitely recommended!

I originally gave a 5 star glowing review;however, after having to go back into the store, after realizing we made a poor decision on a firm mattress and to take advantage of the 120 day exchange policy we were told that we had to sleep on the mattress for 21 days and have no other choice (the policy states that they recommend 21 days, but it doesnt say required).The bad part is not in the policy, but on how we were treated this time. When we walked in we were yelled at by another associate as he pretty much asked why we were in the store?! Then our sales person from the previous time Kevin was very condescending and making jokes this time when I told him I had a medical condition which prevented me from sleeping on the mattress at all. We tried the same mattress and a softer one in the store this time and agreed the softer one was better and were still told we didnt have a choice.The absolute worse part is that you cannot even speak with customer service as when you call it specifically tells you that you cannot talk to anyone and have to fill out a form online. I usually dont give bad reviews unless truly warranted. Shop elsewhere for your mattress needs.Previous Review: The Gentleman in the store was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He kept our needs in mind to help us the mattress that met our needs and budget. Got to love honest people trying to make an honest living.

I highly recommend Mattress Firm. The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I stopped here first and drove to every other mattress retailer in Robinson only to return to Mattress Firm for the lowest prices and best selection. I am extremely happy with my new mattress but as soon as it is time to replace, I guarantee I will be back.

He took the time and was interested in our current sleep troubles and medical situations. Dave was great, he showed us all the different beds of the same firmness and style that we were interested in. He work with us to get us the set up we were interested in and explained very well all the differences of each mattress and bases.

Kevin was great to deal with and really knew what he was talking about. From the moment we walked in the door he was very helpful. My only complaint is that they didn’t ask what our budget was and we ended up falling in love with a mattress outside of our budget. Otherwise it was a great experience.

I came in stressed and overwhelmed with a last minute need and a very small budget. I left relieved with everything I need. Jim patiently answered all my questions and directed me to the best possible deal. Jim and Dave were both incredibly helpful and kind throughout my purchase and pickup. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone and will return if I’m ever in need of another mattress.

Nice mattress, but this place is a used car lot. Maybe this is on me, but I did not realize I was going to be haggled with over the price of a mattress. The salesmen were pretty slimy, as well as the owner, who was wearing flip flops and picking at his big toe for most of the time. They started very high on price and it took an accidental threat to leave the store for them to come clean with the real one. It was a weird atmosphere, one of the salesmen wouldn’t stop talking about how much he dislikes homeless people. The whole experience was uncomfortable and left a bad taste in my mouth. I won’t recommend Mattress Firm to anyone.

Was at my wits end with my mattress search. You can buy from anybody, even online, but I was looking for confident guidance from an experienced salesman. And thats what I found with Kevin Delancey at the Robinson Towne Center store. In just 10 minutes he had me and my wife headed in a new and better direction in our search. The answer was in adding an adjustable base to the deal, the one that lifts your feet and has the massage feature. Id never considered all that a base like that can do for your health and sleep. We got the financing, and delivery was quick and professional. Kevins the best, and is well worth seeking out.

Mattress shopping is so confusing! Stopped in mattress Firm and saw Kevin Delancey and he made it so easy. I never thought I would like temperpedic, but I do! And I love my adjustable base even more. Make sure you ask for Kevin, he was awesome.

Got all the information I needed about each type of mattress. The sales associate, John, was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Showroom appeared very clean- no anxiousness about COVID risk- masks in use and sanitizer readily available. Kevin at the Robinson location was a breath of fresh air! After waiting two months for delivery of a product from another furniture store, they delivered the wrong product! Fed up with their lack of customer service, I called the Robinson Mattress firm where I spoke to Kevin. Not only was he sympathetic to my situation, he gave me several options of both product and pick up/delivery options. I was not only able to get a better product but in less time and was able to pay with an EZ PZ link he sent me. It was by far one of the best customer service experiences I ever had. However, if you need a Cliff Notes version, its this: Dan Powers is the man and should get a raise.My husband and I bought a mattress from mattress firm a little over two years ago that comes with a 10 year warranty. The past few months have been rough for us as our Serta memory foam mattress started to compress so much that we could literally feel the slats underneath us by morning.We followed the necessary steps for the warranty process but we were eventually turned down. Twice.Upon speaking with Dan, he told us he would do everything within his power to help us navigate the warranty claims process and help us come out the other side happy and sleeping soundly.And he did exactly what he said. As a consumer, there is nothing more valuable than being heard and having promises followed through.Dan is an exemplary, polite and helpful man and we couldnt be happier with the service he provides.Mattress Firm should truly recognize him for all the work he does and for his ability to uphold your companys reputation.Thank you, Dan!

Easy process and professional

My fiancé and I stopped into mattress firm after hitting the Loves up down the street. We thought we made up our mind at Loves, but wanted to be sure before we pulled the trigger on a new bed. Stopped in and was immediately and warmly greeted by Gabrielle M. We told her our budget, the type of bed we wanted, and within a half hour we were in an out. Cannot speak highly enough of Gabrielle, extremely friendly and not pushy in the slightest like all the horror story you hear of people in mattress sales. She got us hooked up with a bed that my fiancé loves and surprisingly so do I. I normally prefer a firm bed, but this was very plush and it was so comfortable I actually laid on it again before we left. Price was just right, actually fit within our budget due to the fact we saved almost $300 on sale. Delivery to door is free, something every other store we shopped at was charging $100 plus so that was awesome as well, and we should have our new bed within a week, which every other store we stopped at had 4-6 weeks or more lead time. Overall, extremely pleased with Mattress Firm and Gabrielle M., will definitely purchase my next mattress from them and I am telling everyone I know to go there!

The salesman was very nice. He set up my delivery for Sunday which is today. My bed was supposed to be delivered today between 2 & 4. It never came. I never got a phone call. When I called them the lady on the phone said drivers didn’t show up to work and my bed was placed on a truck that didn’t have a driver and I’m lucky I called or I wouldn’t have gotten a reschedule. Now I have to take off work to be there. It’s such an inconvenience for me. I’m getting a 5,000 bed and they couldn’t get it delivered. If I didn’t pay for it already I would go somewhere else and give them my business. I will say I called back and spoke to joe and he was nice and did refund me my delivery charge. Which I paid platinum for. I’m still so upset so I’m giving a bad review. Now I’m going to tweet about it and go to their Facebook page.

My wife and I were standing at register trying to pay for a mattress we picked out and we had to pick it up at mifflin store that was fine with us but being the only customer in the store the gentlemen that was waiting on us left us waiting at the register with cash in hand only to take phone calls and give price quotes to people on phone for fifteen minutes ignoring us as if we were going to wait for him to get back to us to pay for mattress need less to say we felt unimportant as customers and had to interrupt his phone quotes to tell him he lost the sale with us I dont need to spend money there to be treated poorly hope others are treated with the respect a paying customer deserves I will never go back to Mattress Firm very dissatisfied

Dan Powers took his time in explaining each mattress type, how each are constructed, and walked us through what would be best based on our preferences and sleeping habits. He even stayed late with us past their normal closing time to allow us to finalize our purchase. Todd Prehoda also helped us in deciding to choose their upgraded protective cover to allow for prolonged protection with our new mattress. They were both wonderful to deal with. I heard about Mattress Firm on the radio, so I decided to stop in the other day. Ashley was very helpful, and not pushy at all. She showed me a few different types of beds, but the Black Ice was hands down the best for me. Ive been sleeping on it for a few nights and its THE BEST THING EVER. I can finally sleep. Plus, my dog Buster really likes it too. Win win. She even said I can try it out for 4 months to make sure its right for me (not that Ill need to). This bed is awesome and so is Ashley!
