I spoke with Alicia and was blown away by her customer service, expertise, and passion for ensuring she matches the right bike for each rider. Her attention to detail, time and attention to answer any question, and knowledge was unmatched! I strongly encourage anyone interested in purchasing a bicycle (or upgrading) to start here!
Love Kindred Cycles and all the help I got purchasing my forever bike, especially Alicias help. I biked in just to see what Kindred had to offer. Since Alicia saw my current bike she was able to suggest a couple options. They were not built yet, but were on the lineup to be built. I was not in a hurry to get a new bike. Over the next couple of weeks the bikes got built, I test rode them, and found my forever bike. All the folks at Kindred are very knowledgeable and helpful.
I went in today and put a down-payment on a bike. Alicia was very friendly and helpful. She went over the different options with me, answered all of my questions, and helped me make an informed decision. She also let me know about different promotions and service options that I can take advantage of with the purchase of my new bike. Overall, a great experience
These guys are amazing! Employees are friendly, service is unmatched and work is priced so reasonably. They hit every detail, you can tell Kindred cares about you and your bike!
Kindred Cycles went above and beyond in every facet of my visit. Customer service was excellent, they delivered in the time promised, and the cost of the repair was well within my expectations. They had a great attitude and were more than willing to help us with our troubles with a tire on a stroller (not even a bicycle!). Despite the fact that our problem was minor and we were visitors from Virginia - they made us feel so welcome I wished I lived in Pittsburgh again!!
I cannot recommend Kindred enough. Their attention to detail and personal service is absolutely fantastic.
The entire crew is awesome! I forget the names and the mechanic was very patient with looking into my 13 yo bike and was very upfront about the condition (I really appreciated it). Long story short I bought a new hardtail and I absolutely love it! I will definitely be back to have it serviced in the future.
Aaron, Katherine, John and the whole crew at Kindred Cycles are awesome. Their customer service and expertise are top-notch. For example, they were unfailingly patient as I worked through a tricky bike fit and helped me get a hub replacement for a wheel that was still on warranty. They know their trade inside and out and always go the extra mile to help. Make Kindred Cycles your go-to bike shop!
I contacted Kindred Cycles about getting my first bike. I am very new to cycling, and have not ridden a bike in probably 30 years. I quickly received a response with possible options, and I was able to stop into the shop to test ride them. I worked with Alicia, who explained everything I needed to know about getting a new bike, such as the different parts and what they did, why size/fit was important, and which options would be best. She helped me select a great option, and then walked me through basic maintenance and what to expect when owning a bike. It was clear to me that the staff really knows their stuff. I was nervous to go in since I knew next to nothing about cycling, but everyone was so incredibly nice and helpful. I had a great experience and love my new bike, and I look forward to working with them in the future.
Aaron and Katherine are freaking AWESOME! My wife and I (Aubrey and Danielle) just got into mountain biking and quickly decided we enjoy the pain and adrenaline, so we decided to make the investment and buy mountain bikes. We popped into Kindred Cycles and Aaron did not disappoint. Both he and Katherine are extremely passionate and knowledgeable about bikes. We left with two sweet full suspension Norco MTBs and we are IN LOVE. Thanks Aaron and Katherine!
The co-owners are amazing to work with. Whether you’re new to cycling, a seasoned commuter, or expert mountain bike racer, these folks will take care of you and treat you as their own. If you want to support a small local business, have all of your needs met, and leave with not only a twinkle in your eye but also the warm camaraderie of a few new friends, shop here.
Very friendly and knowledgeable. Great place for beginners or experienced riders.
Alicia is truly amazing. Her product knowledge is deep and allows you to make the best choice. Her passion is contagious. The time she took to ensure I was satisfied was something that just doesn’t happen anymore. She is one of a kind!
Great bike shop with friendly and informed staff. Picked up my first bike in over 10 years from them and they were great about educating me about the things I had no clue about. Will definitely be a regular customer.
Great Experience! Answered all my questions. I found a bike that fit my budget and they gave me some great trail advise.
The customer service is excellent. I had not been on a bike for years and was a little nervous about starting to ride again. They helped me plck out the perfect bike and provided great assistance with any accessories I needed.
Katherine was very cool and helpful. Will definitely go back for all my bike needs. Good shop.
The short review, amazing place you should go there for all your bike needs. The long review why you should definitely go to Kindred. So Ive been putting off getting a bike for over an year and I finally decided to get it in the middle of the great covid bike crisis. One of my amazing friends firmly recommended Kindred because of the awesome experience hes had there and buying a bike is more than just purchasing it, you also meet a community of people who live and love biking. So I go there on a Tuesday before the shop opens, and everyone from Kindred come in at 9 and welcome me in. Alicia (this magician, youll find out why if you keep reading) greets me and I tell her Im looking for a hybrid or gravel bike and my friend emailed them earlier for me. Of course everyone at kindred know my friend (and this is why its a community) she patiently talks bikes to me, a total amateur and we decide on a gravel bike with drop bars and not too aggressive frame(see I already know some bike lingo thanks to them 😋). She sizes me for a bike (Im around 511 - 6 with weirdly long legs and a short torso) lets me experience my first drop bar bike gauging what frame size helps me be comfortable. Decides on a 54 because of my body frame. She looks through the stock but because of the bike crisis I wouldnt be able to get one for a few months since shipping was greatly delayed from the pandemic. But she doesnt give up looks through a huge raster and magics this one kona rove which got delayed due to shipping (score!!). She feels very bad that she only got to let me try one bike and recommends at least trying out a few more bikes to make sure. I tried a few more shops (shout out to thick bikes theyre an amazing shop as well) called and got in my deposit for the bike. There was a slight delay in getting my bike ready because they were swamped from the demand, but finally they get my bike ready soon enough. (if anyone from Kindred is reading this, I apologize for bombarding you with mails). I go in to pick it up, and one of the staff shows me in (I apologize for not getting your name) double checks the bike to make sure its good and asks me to choose any accessories I would like (woot new bike discount) while Im completely lost in trying out helmets Katherine (who also helped size me) helps me pick out a super comfy helmet, some lights and a lock for my bike. Then since Im a total noob, she teaches me how to change gears goes out of her way to take me to a small track 2 blocks away from the shop, gets me acquainted to my bike, helps me practice gears, talks me through cycling in traffic, dos and donts personal rules and so much more. ( I really cant thank her enough) and helps load my bike into my bosss car I borrowed (yes amazing boss!!). If this wasnt an amazing experience I dont know what is! If you actually read through all this thanks and definitely check out Kindred!!
Just had my bicycle serviced by Kindred Cycles. Fantastic experience, I have had my bicycle serviced by other bicycle dealers in the city with a less than a satisfactory outcome.Kindred Cycles is also a new Giant Bicycle dealership!!Visit Kindred Cycles great people great energy.ToddFox Chapel
Had some repair work done on my brakes. Very competent.
I cannot express enough how positive of an experience my husband and I had at Kindred Cycles. After riding bikes loaned to us on a 14 mile bike ride we realized 1. we did in fact love bike riding and 2. those bikes did not fit us. We knew we needed to go to a store where they knew what they were talking about and could help us be properly fit. We went to another bike shop closer to home but were met with a very unenthusiastic cold salesman who really did not seem interested in helping us with two hybrid bikes. The follow weekend we went to Kindred Cycles and met Aaron & Alicia - among the rest of the crew too! Alicia greeted us with a super warm welcome & both Aaron & Alicia helped find some bikes for us to try and took us outside to let us try them and change up the fit of the bikes to fit both my husband and I best. This crew is down to earth and you can just tell they LOVE seeing people on bikes. Their passion comes through in how they treat their guests and they were there to answer ANY questions we had.. Alicia even suggested we go over general bike care (Something I didnt even think to ask, but she knew it was probably something I needed to hear!) Thank you Alicia! I now feel much more confident in maintaining the upkeep of my new bike that I love so much! And as far as sales go - these guys are top notch. During Covid, bike inventory was something my husband and I were very aware of, Aaron & Alicia were very transparent with us on when they anticipated more bikes (Colors) coming in. I left with my bike that day. My husband bought a bike still in the box (in the color he wanted!) that was assembled and ready for pick up early the following week. This is a long review, but these guys honestly deserve all the business there is to be had. I will always recommend this shop to anyone looking for a bike shop to support. Thanks Kindred Cycles Team! We love our Kona bikes!!
This place is awesome. The people working there or highly knowledge and helpful.. Its so great to know Ive got experts so close by
Woman I spoke to on phone said it was no problem to fix my rear flat and bring it down. But when I got there they refuse to work on my bike because it was an E bike. I told the woman that over the phone it was Ebike and she said it wouldn’t be a problem. I guess They need to figure out whoever answers the phone to be a little bit more knowledgeable.
Had just what I needed, awesome customer service!
Magic! Expert service! Kindred cycles recently installed a double kickstand on my Salsa journeyman bike, which I had attempted to install myself, but could not get it would fit. Im a very mechanical person, too. They were able to craft the kickstand into place and reroute cabling around it to make it work. They also tuned up the rest of the bike after identifying some other problems, all while charging me a very modest service fee. Very friendly and helpful staff, too. Highly recommended!
Although I am posting this three months after the fact, I am happy to do so. After crashing my bicycle going downhill on Mount Washington before even being able to start my planned GapCo ride, I was in a real bind. Not only was I pretty badly injured, I was now faced with some logistical problems having to cancel my ride, get a flight home, and arrange for bicycle and equipment transport. After spending an uncomfortable night, I called Kindred Cycles when they opened the next day. With that One phone call, I was able to arrange bicycle and equipment pick up and later mail delivery back to my home in Virginia. He couldn’t have been nicer, and more sympathetic. Everything worked excellently relieving at least part of my burden. I am extremely grateful!
After 14 years it was time to jump on a new bike, and no better place to get it than Kindred!Aaron and the team are awesome, going the extra mile to make everything perfect... See you on the trails!
I like this place. Took a tire to have damaged spokes replaced and rim trued. Great service. Also took another bike to have general service. Real happy with the service, price and results. Thanks!
I am new to road bikes and when I got a flat I wasn’t exactly sure how to fix it. I took my wheel to Kindred and I was acknowledged immediately. The staff treated me as a priority and I also learned how to change the tubing. I highly recommend this bike shop!!
I pass 3 bike shops to get to kindred. This bike shop stands above the rest. Mountain biking,or being on two wheels in general is one of the most communal activities which is what makes it so enjoyable. This shop embodies that vibe and provides great and friendly service. I’ve never been over sold, and I’ve even been told I didn’t need new parts when my ignorance was certain to the contrary.
Kindred Cycles did an amazing job with my bike. I am a daily commuter, and when my bike stopped working, they helped me out. They are quick, efficient, and professional. I strongly recommend their shop.
I havent been on my Cannondale much in the last 17 years that Ive owned it due to health problems but I wanted to see if adjustments could be made to accommodate me. Not only where they all extremely nice, they didnt make me feel like the novice that I am. A very thorough and non expensive service job was done to make sure everything was in good working order and they didnt try to upsale me on this and that. I didnt catch the girls name that ended up making the final adjustments to my handlebars and grips but she was very thorough and down to earth. I cant even describe how much better my bike feels! The shocks actually work now so I feel like Im riding on clouds! Thank you to everyone that worked on my bike and for being so kind in this crazy world.
They are seriously the best!! An absolute pleasure to deal with very experienced, and very patient, and well go above and beyond for their customer!!Definitely got me hook for life !!!!If anyone is in doubt of where to go ! Go to them!!
Since Kindred set up shop in Pittsburgh in 2014 and set up a corporate bike program at my company at the time and Kindred came through with several bikes, set of tools, and more. Katherine and Aaron did a great job and I bring my personal bikes there for the occasional problem as well. I purchased a nice Kona there just last year or so and have had a blast. Great people, great shop, and great selection.
If you are thinking about buying a bike and you are anywhere within a 30 mile radius of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania there is no place better than Kindred Cycles! I really wanted to buy a bike but was a little hesitant because I literally had not been behind the handle bars of a bike since I was 16! The moment I walked through those inviting doors with the bikes out front I knew I was in the right place. I was greeted immediately by an energetic young man who even though he is part owner of the place treated me like I was the first customer he ever waited on! He wasnt pushy and let me figure it our for myself. I left with a bike and have been back numerous times to have the bike tuned up which they do with the same energy as if I was a new customer just walking through the door! Thanks Kindred Cycles and I look forward to the purchase of my next bike!!
I found everyone very helpful and knowledgeable and items fairly priced.
Best bicycle shop staff ever
Super knowledgeable and helpful staff. Also, a very warm and inviting atmosphere inside the shop. Most bike shops feel intimidating and unwelcoming but at Kindred you feel like your friends with the staff upon entering. Ive had mountain bike maintenance done at Kindred and feel like Ive gotten top-notch service at a very reasonable and honest price. I believe theyre also the only Kona dealer in the city which I consider a positive as Im a big fan of the brand.
Fantastic bike shop. Everyone here is very friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend.
Didnt know much about maintaining a bike, had some wheel trouble, and had heard a really glowing recommendation from a co-worker, so I went here. Called ahead, very friendly and accommodating on the phone, went in, super friendly, attentive, educated me on the problems I had, made repair recommendations, and took the part for repair. They got back to me that it was finished within a few hours, went back, was greeted by name, had multiple people check to make sure I was being taken care of. A+Update April 2021: A few years after I began using Kindred, Im still so amazed and impressed by the staff. I purchased a new bike from them and the entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable - multiple employees were involved in the sale / assembly and provided input or answered my many questions. Ive since had a number of additional repairs done here and some adjustments made - and they still provide the absolute best service in the city.Update August 2021: After putting 1k miles on the bike, I needed to bring the bike I purchased in for a routine tune-up and loose spokes. The loose spokes couldve damaged the wheel (meaning purchasing a new wheel) but the tech there was able to fix the spokes and true the wheel, saving me the extra cost. Also had some cable stretch and a different tech explained what that is, how its normal for new bikes - and explained thats why they dont charge for the service (labor) on such things within 6 months. I got it back and it was like new again. Always appreciate how the staff here is so willing to share knowledge and explain what they do and why. At another point - I had a bad tire from the manufacturer - they swapped it out and handled the warranty claim on their end, saving me time and cost.
My wife and I visited Kindred last week looking for a bike for some unique needs. We stopped in nearly all the shops in the Pittsburgh area and truthfully we felt best at Kindred (although we didnt end up buying a bike from them). Theyre just good vibes and know how to run a local bike shop that not only values their customers but actually lives the cycling culture. Visit their site and read their blog - youll see exactly what I mean.Aaron took his time with us, really explained everything thoroughly and respectfully, which is more than I could say for nearly every other shop in the city where customers are treated as commodities in a cold, corporate scene. He fitted me onto a bike style I hadnt considered previously and he was absolutely right.Kindred Cycles gets it. Full stop.We will be returning to Kindred 100% for all of our bike servicing needs and future purchases. This will be our LBS and I strongly recommend that you check them out too.
Super helpful and knowledgeable staff
I had a great experience at Kindred cycles. I dont know alot about bikes so I was nervous asking questions. I wanted to get a ebike and the person that helped me (sorry Im horrible with names) was so nice and she was so knowledgeable. She guided me to try 2 different ebike and I bought one that I really liked. I am very happy with my experience there today.
I am so happy with my experience at Kindred Cycles! I was in the market for a new bike to get me back into it, and they were great help. Aaron gave me tons of info to help me pick the right one for me. I am very happy with the service I received and my new bike! I highly recommend anyone in the Pittsburgh area to come here for any of your bike needs. Thanks so much guys!
I checked out the shop for the first time today and was very impressed by the warmth, courtesy, and professionalism of the people there. I really enjoyed it. I think I’ll be back to buy a bike!
I had a great experience here. Walked in without calling to have two wheels repaired and trued. Service was done quickly and cost was more than fair. Awesome bike shop with lots of accessories and the staff was a pleasure to talk to.
Go here if:- you want to be empowered to understand the full breadth of your options by super knowledgeable, warm, relaxed, thoughtful people who are ready to answer all your basic questions.- you feel at all intimidated or unsure about you want, youre a beginner, and/or you dont fit into any bike-riding stereotypes.- you dont want to feel pressured to make a purchase. These folks clearly set the standards high for how they engage with their community. Go!
My new go-to bike shop. Knowledgeable plus friendly. Respectful of all biking experience levels. They feel like they want to help your riding experience without being sales-y. This is genuinely the kind of place you want/like to support.First time I was there, I stopped in with a friend for a visit. I had recently replaced my brake pads on my own for the first time. We were just having a casual conversation and one of the employees looked at my bike and noted that my brake pads were on backwards (oops, my bad). She just immediately gabbed her tools and spent the next few minutes fixing them. And that was it. No charge, no judgement, just saw something that was easy to fix and fixed it. Like I said, the kind of place you want to support.Cool logo too.
Best bike shop in the Burgh! The techs are super friendly and will take their time talking you through whatever your issue may be. Their selection of bikes and accessories grows every time I stop in. I had a shopping list of parts I needed for a tuneup, and Aaron personally helped me pick out everything on my list. And the two parts they didnt have Aaron ordered for me on the spot.Stop in and chat or ring your bell as you ride by!
This place is the best! Its the only shop I go to have my bikes looked at if Im having a problem. They do a great job and are genuinely excited about a job well done. They have a good selection of bikes and anything youd need for commuting. Check them out!
I am not a cyclist, and I was a little apprehensive about going here because I thought they might turn their noses up since Im not an avid biker.I was wrong. They were SO nice! I just brought my bike in for a tune up after it had sat in the basement for a year. They were friendly and helpful, got my bike done in a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable price. She suggested I get new tires but wasnt pushy and even told me ways I could make the old tires work better for me (I ended up getting the new tires anyway because I trusted her judgement)Such a pleasant experience and I will definitely go back.
Professionalism is unmatched in Pittsburgh. Clean smooth customers survice would reccomend anyonr to service their bikes there.
Super knowledgeable and helpful. A short visit made a significant difference in the quality and safety of my ride. Thank you John!
Are you curious if all of the wonderful and positive things youve heard about Kindred Cycles are true? Well look no further! They are! I have been loyal to this shop since moving to Pittsburgh almost 3 years ago. Both Aaron and Katharine, as well as, their friendly staff go above and beyond with their knowledge and experience. If youre in the market for a new bike, need a tune-up, or just want to ask some plain old advice, stop in to their welcoming shop in Pittsburghs Historical Strip District!
Top shelf Bike shop in Pittsburgh featuring a full line of Kona bikes. Superlative shop skills and absolutely friendly customer service. This is definitely top five Bike Shop in Pittsburgh material, and I cant play favorites.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Not only sold me the parts and tools I needed, but made sure I knew how to use them and gave me several good tips to make sure I did things right.
Took my older/vintage road bike there when rear wheel wasnt working right. They put new free wheel on it plus new derailleur and chain and it seriously rides like a new bike. They even adjusted the brakes. The price seemed low to me, so that was great, and it was done the next day. Also, staff is super friendly without being overbearing. Will definitely be back.
People are great and do what they can to keep customers happy.
They do such a great job at bike repairs here and their customer service could not be any better. Very timely and kind folks. Couldn’t be happier with my bike repair!
Took my bike in for a brake adjustment and to install bar ends. Performed the work on the spot. Quick, friendly, and reasonable/fair pricing . This is my new “go to” bike shop
Staff was super friendly and helpful without being overbearing. After trial riding a few bikes, I walked out with exactly what I was looking for! Not only did they stay exactly within the target budget I outlined from the start, but they found me a bike that was to be marked down by $250, so I technically got a better bike than I had intended to go home with! High fives all around.
I have been going to Kindred Cycles for several years and and they never disappoint me no matter what my needs are when I show up. They are all about customer satisfaction.
Always good service. Glad to support this local business.
Great shop, everyone is super nice and I couldnt be happier with my new bike. I came in today being virutally a total bike newbie, but Aaron couldnt have been nicer while setting me up with a great bike within my budget and I never felt intimidated or like they were trying to take advantage of me. All around great shop with great people who definitely know their stuff.
Great bike shop, I will do repeat business here. Came in with an idea of the bike I wanted after a few suggestions they nailed the bike I wanted
Wandered in to look and left with excellent equipment and knowledge. If you are considering getting a bike, I truly believe in what these folks are doing. The prices was absolutely fair, and attention to detail/quality was better than expected. I would reccommend this shop to anyone, and they will certainly have my repeat business too.
Love this place! Bought new bike and also use for repairs for my older bike. Owner works there and knows his stuff. Great inventory selection, repairs and service. 10 stars!
I have been to almost every bike store in the Greater Pittsburgh Area, NO ONE and I mean NO ONE compares in service, attitude, and honesty. They remember your name, bike, type of riding, everything! Best of all they do not have an elitist attitude when talking to you about your bike, they take time to explain to you upgrades on your bike and what/how they will improve your ride. If you havent been here yet, you need to go. No place better!Keep it up guys!
Wow, Katharine did a full tarot reading on my bike! So knowledgeable!! And honest. I brought in an old basement junker road bike and she knew all! New loyal customer .
Kindred has such a welcoming atmosphere and everyone is very kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Im having such a great time with my Jake the Snake. Thanks so much Katharine and Aaron.
The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Catherine, in particular, is very patient and helpful. A great place to learn all about the world of bicycles.
Katharine is great. Very friendly and made great recommendations for me. Was honest and upfront. Pricing very reasonable on repair / tuning. Will be going back!
First time. Getting my bike servicedHope it turns out well.
Crazy cool little shop. They have competitive prices and top notch service. Passionate mechanics who care about the bike and its rider. I drive over 30 miles and pass multiple shops for my bicycle needs.
All the great things you hear about this shop are true. I wanted to get a new bike but I really wanted to get another season or two out of my current bike. Explained my issues and we decided all I really needed were two new wheels. Also made me feel better about my current bike, that it wasnt all that bad, just needed a few things to make it better than new. Ill be back for sure and I cant wait to get a new bike when the time comes. So, if you are looking for something new or if your worried your old bike is too far gone, just take it in and they will give you some great advice. Either way, its worth the visit.
Super helpful and friendly staff. If they dont have what you need they will happily order it for you.Aaron and Catherine are awesome!
Ive bought two bikes, and had numerous alterations done. Never had anything less than perfect satisfaction. You can go in with a vague idea of what you want, and Catherine and Aaron will spend time discussing, then offer a really solution. If you love bikes go here first!
These folks are pro. I pass by the shop on my daily commute and knew that my more than questionable brakes needed some attention. I swung by to get a new set of pads, and they were willing to replace pads, a rotor and bleed the brake lines while I waited. I was expecting a temp fix but they were willing to help me out with a some much needed maintenance. Best shop in the PGH.
Not knowing where to begin with bicycles, I met Katharine from Kindred, who spent almost 5 hours fitting me on bicycles, showing me various rides, giving the breakdown on different bicycle parts, and explaining how a bicycle should work with the cyclist. More than selling a bike, they were getting me excited to be a cyclist. Definitely recommend, whether youre buying your first bike, or need service on your eleventh.
Really knowledgeable and welcoming staff. I came in on a Saturday with a flat tire that needed fixed. They were able to fix it and Save the tire. In and out within 20 minutes.
My first experience with Kindred was when I was looking to have a wheel built around a specific dynamo hub. Other shops tried to sell me what they had - but Aaron and Kathryn listened and built the wheel I wanted. Then I bought a bike there. Small issue with the front derailleur not shifting smoothly. The bike came from the manufacturer with a 10 speed rear and a 9-speed front derailleur. Aaron went to bat with the bike manufacturer and got them to send a matching 10 speed front derailleur. He went above and beyond. These are the folks I want supporting my bike hobby. I dont bike to live - I do have a day job. My time is way to valuable to be condescended to etc. when walking into a bike shop - this has happened at several other shops.
Its in the name. They are kind and the service was fast and for a reasonable price. Had a flat and left with a new inner tire, tuned brakes and a smile.
The staff are friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable. I went to this place because it was highly recommended, but I’m having a bit of a problem with them.I dropped my recumbent bike off with them to get a tune up, shifters, and cables and housings on June 17. They said that since it was peak season it would be 7 to 10 days before they could be done. I had to leave town for a 12-day business trip starting on day 10. I told them when I would be back, and they said they wouldn’t mind holding onto my bike until I got back. When I stopped by to pick it up yesterday, they hadn’t even started work on it and said it would be done today. When I called today, they said it would be done tomorrow. I hope it really is done, tomorrow is day 25. You can imagine my frustration at being without my bike for nearly a third of the summer over a relatively simple repair.
WOW walked in the door after a intense long walk. Was impressed with all the awesome bikes in front of me. Nate the bike tech is very knowledgeable, skilled, and well trained as a bike repair technician. Took a greenway on a test ride. Was impressed purchasing a high quality bike designed for traveling could get no better. These guys and lady are the best they have my Services for a life time.ThanksKindred CylcleLondon
Everyone is super helpful. The owner is always there making sure each customer have the best experience with the shop and the service
Stopped in to have my brakes replaced. Everyone there was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. The breaks and cables were replaced in about half an hour. I will definitely go there for all my cycling needs.
Aaron, from the store, was extremely helpful, kind, and easy to talk to. He was knowledgeable about the products I was interested and gave me great suggestions. I am happy to purchase anything from the store again, as well as, reccomend their service to all family and friends!Adrian
I purchased a bike here a few weeks ago. Amazing service from Katherine. Everyone was helpful. I am having so much fun with my new Breezer.
If you need a good tighten and true on your wheels... Kindred cycles is a good place to bring your bike
Great Service 👍
This is a store that is welcoming and truly cares about bike riding at any level. Service is top notch that goes the extra mile so one can get more miles on their bike.
Bought a Kona sutra Ltd here last fall, fair sale price, great service, fit me to the bike comfortably, bike works so well only had it in once for shifting adjustment. 2700 miles since Sept 2017. Quality bikes, smart staff! Get in there, test ride your new bike soon!
No attitude ... very welcoming and fair prices. If youre looking for a shop that offers a square deal, great customer service and a wealth of technical knowledge, look no further.
Knowledgeable and helpful staff with a good selection of bikes and biking accessories
Always helpful. Care about the quality of their work. Stock cool bikes and parts.
Kindrend Cycles deserves more than 5 stars, Just a fantastic shop. Aaron and Katharine along with their staff will assist you in any facet of cycling. They rehabbed my 28 year old college Mountain bike and it rides like new. My Girlfriend purchased her ride there and received great service. She took it back a few times to tweak this, add that, or change a thing or two, all with great assistance. I just purchased a new bike that had a freak manufactures defect and they really stepped up. Katharine actually gave me the rear wheel assembly to use off of her personal bike ( we have the same exact bike) until the replacement arrived. Like I said more than stars! Mike...
Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff with the experience and parts to back it up and get any task done.
Great atmosphere and genuine conversation. Got a new chainring installed while visiting from out of town and was completely satisfied with the service. Thanks yall, wishing the best for Kindred in the many years to come.
Wonderful people, extremely helpful, they really know what they sell and go the mile to make sure the customer is satisfied.
