I had a terrible experience at Economy transmission. I took it in to get a new transmission. After doing the work I felt that something was wrong with my wheel. When I asked him to check it, he said everything was tight and the car was safe. I took it to another mechanic and they found that he had left a bolt loose and eventually it would have caused me to lose control of my steering wheel. Major safety issue! I went back to him and asked if he could reimburse me for the work they did to find the lose bolt and he said he would pay me after the New Year. I took him at his word and called back after the New Year and he said he still didn’t have the money but would get it the next week. After that when I would call, he picked up and would say that the owner wasn’t in. He was lying to me over the phone. I think there’s a good chance they are in financial trouble, which may cause them to cheat people. I would not recommend anyone go there! He also didn’t return my calls whenever the work was finished, I always had to call him. And he didn’t give me back a safe car.

Do not go here! They had my car over a month for a transmission problem. Always got a different answer every week to why I couldnt come get it. You can tell they are hurting financially just from visiting The office is an unorganized mess and the garage is rundown and leaking. Which is just one of the pathetic excuses I received to why my car wasnt done. The garage is flooded and there is no heat for my workers. So I assumed they just used my $2000.00 to heat their damn garage because my car was definitely not fixed. Disgusting business.

They had my car for 3 weeks theyre terrible! Dont answer the phone makes excuses on why your CA isnt done I regret taking my car here worst service ever!

Worst place ever. Took 3 months to find a a working transmission and he didn’t even find it our family mechanic had to. After he Put it in, the transmission died after 1 day
