Ive been using this place ( McIntyre) for the past few years and Im happy so far. I loved my old place but I had to leave my car all day ( sometimes 2 days) . Nice staff, fair prices, and I can walk around and shop while I wait for my fast service.

The guy behind the counter was very professional. Relates to me, but tells it like it is. Not many people do that, sadly. Inside is clean and open. Masks and shields. They took care of my tire air leak in 30 minutes or so. Not very busy with new customers so he talked with me almost the entire time. The wait just flew by. Im still thinking about returning for inspection. Nice experience.

I called to see if they had snow tires in stock in my size. They did have my tire size which I was finding to be a difficult task to locate. Chance at the front counter was a great help explaining the difference in speed rating and load rating helping me not spend more then I needed to. I was there in a half hour and they had the 4 tires on in about the same amount of time Great fast work.

First time coming here & I was impressed. I dropped my car off late at night & left my keys in a drop box. They supplied envelopes & it was a great method. I went in today to get my car inspected and get emissions done and Daniel the sales associate was very helpful. He wanted to make sure that there was somebody that would be able to do the work and if not he was going to have to schedule an appointment but I was able to get in today. He told me all the cost up front and he told me the approximate wait time. My car did need to have something replaced and then they recommended for something else to get done and I appreciated the honesty of letting me know that the second item technically was going to pass inspection but it would make a different sound each day because of the other new item being put on. Dan gave me an estimated wait time after having to get that done of an 1 hr and 30 mins. I was sitting in the front and there was even a waiting area in the back with vending machines, television and restrooms available to use as well.

I truly enjoy coming here because I know your employees can be trusted and they truly care about the customer. Today, Chance, Nick and Brian went out of their way to take care of me without an appointment. These three are going out of their way to help people and they deserve the recognition.

I have taken work vehicles to this location for oil changes and my personal vehicle for new tires. I normally stay away from corporate places but the staff at the McIntyre NTB is so helpful and friendly. They are very efficient and the prices are great. I will definitely take vehicles there in the future!

These guys always take good care of our vehicles for a fair price. The work is always finished quickly. Chance and Ryan keep you informed and explain, in laymans terms, what work needs to be done and how much it will cost.

I went here yesterday to get a state inspection. When I picked up my car the drivers side window no longer worked. It worked perfectly fine when I dropped it off, and I was certainly not informed that it was no longer working. Resulted in another trip back to the store the next morning.

I asked to get my car inspected for a squeak noise, while turning. They failed to diagnose and charged $50 for services rendered. In future I will go to FiresStone as they never charge for a problem which they are unable to diagnose.

I purchased 4 new tires and an alignment ntb was unable to do the alignment due to stripped adjustment bolts but said they would do the alignment after he had the bolts replaced I replaced the bolts and control arms I used moog bolts which were recommended by every parts site I could find. I put the car in line as best I could and sent my son to have it aligned. He was told the bolts were inferior and they couldn’t align the car they said they would replace them for $250.00. My son declined so per ntb are moof parts inferior or did ntb need to make money

I Brought my Subaru here. Service was Excellent! The Guys at the front Desk are very Knowledgeable and Most Importantly, Friendly. I will be Dealing with them from here on Out when it comes to my Subaru.

Great price on great tires. Only fly in the ointment is the corporate policy of replacing valve stems. They waived that fee for me, but that is nothing but a racket. $40.00 upcharge. But otherwise, great.

Needed a new car battery. Walked right in and got immediate service and a fair market replacement rate. Out 20 minutes later. Overall just a real decent experience.

So I took my car in to get new tires - I always hate going to Corp places, but I had to. I had awesome sales people, the manager (Nick - I think that was his name) Gave me good advice on tires since I’m in sales and drive a lot. I had an awesome experience and would recommend them!

Friendly service representatives, but carefully review your bill before paying. I, unfortunately, did not and incurred a $24/tire charge for a road hazard warranty that was never discussed. Tires were also mounted with wildly different pressures, which really shows a lack of care.

Good service and reasonable prices. Only negative is that you will have to restore all of your settings. I understand things need checked but put it back the way you found it.

Ive been having alot of work to do on an old set of Ford Tractor tires. Heres the thing. This is my Dads first tractor and he passed away nearly a year ago. After being told countless times he couldnt buy tires and rims for this thing, I found them about 5 months after he passed away.I didnt buy them from NTB, but they are key to this story. I finally fix up the rims so they fit the tractor and just when I go to mount the AG tire to the rim, I cant get it on. Just not strong enough. Every tire place in the area says they cant mount it.I call NTB and they said they could, but they thought it was a little garden tractor tire. When I got there, the guy said Ill give it a shot and he did and nailed it perfect.You have to understand, this one little moment made all the difference to me so I could use Dads tractor again and NTB helped me do that. This was my first experience with them, now I know where I will be going to get my tires and service done at theyre McIntyre Rd, Pittsburgh PA location.

I was a walk-in with a leaking tire. They were having a sale on tires, and were able to fit me in. I got a nice deal on some new Michelin tires with same day service! Very satisfied!

Will never patronize this business again. Turned me away with a flat tire and was told it would take 6 hours. There was no other customers in the store. Had to drive with a flat to another store in the snow. VERY DISSAPPOINTED.

They are a little pricey but the manager of the shop was super nice and helped me out when my check engine light came on and told me once it goes off to let him know so he could give me my emissions sticker. Since I had previously had the car and they looked it over and told me what needed to get fixed to pass inspection they put the inspection sticker on too when I came in for the emissions one.

I wont be going here to be serviced in the future. I called the morning of, I was going to schedule an appointment and they said I would be serviced by walk in that day and I would definitely get in tonight at the time of day I would be there. When I went in at the time I said would be there, the man at the counter didnt even look at me and said, There is no way that I can get you in tonight but you can schedule an appointment. As you can imagine, I was frustrated as I could have scheduled it over the phone earlier, so I left and went to Midas instead. Turns out inspections are a better deal at Midas anyway with and without coupons.

My wife was in for an oil change and tire rotation last week. They stated she need brakes and rotors. They also stated that if she didnt get them her SUV would fail inspection. Its funny how it passed inspection 3 months earlier at the dealership. We declined the service. Took it back to the dealership the did there brake test and check. The dealership called back saying the brakes and rotors are in great shape and her car would pass inspect. The dealership also said that we have roughly 10000 miles left on the brakes. I dont know what funny business there trying to pull. Ive dealt with them in the past without an issue. Its sad that this kind of shady business still happens in todays world.

Friday evening my family was on a trip north to Erie for a fun relaxing weekend. long story short, we ended up with a flat on SR79 around 6:30. The only store close to us was this NTB about 15 minutes away. I called and spoke to Dan who told me that if we could get it there they would look at the tire. Unfortunately after I got off the phone we realized we had to put the extra tire on. it only took us 20 minutes to change the tire, and we got to this store by 7:15. When we walked in there was only 1 customer in the store (who left shortly after we walked in) and immediately told them we were the ones who called about the flat. Dan was very short and rude and said that we called way to long ago and they couldnt help us any longer. The other person -Nick- said the same. They let their Tire guy go at 7. I was NEVER told we had to be there by or before 7, and the place was supposed to be open until 8 pm. They wouldnt even look at the tire to see if they could fix it. Because if they had, they would have seen it was to bad to fix and we would have purchased 2 brand new tires from them. Yes, I was needless to say very upset. Dan was extremely rude and had a really bad attitude. I just dont understand how you turn away business 45 minutes before closing. And turn away a family on a trip with 2 younger boys excited to go on a trip. We ended up having to turn around and go home. I will never, ever use an NTB for any reason. The tears my boys shed on the way home were heart wrenching. I hope Dan and Nick had a great Friday night...because my family and I did not!
