I just have to say this is the only dealership I will return to. We have purchased probably 10 vehicles from this place in the last 20 years. Every car is either still on the road or was returned as a trade to them. This dealership has reliable cars and staff. If there is a problem it will be resolved. Our latest purchases were an suv and a minivan. Both of which have extended warranty on. Lets face facts your buying a used car. Protect your investment. I can not say enough about the owner and staff wonderful people to deal with. We have been very pleased and happy with everyone. Don our salesman has been wonderful. Thank you and Scott and I will continue to do business with these guys.

On 02/22/2020 I purchased a 2016 Jeep Patriot from CarXpress, my salesman was Steve. He was awesome!! Don was also there and he was amazing also. I love my SUV and it has everything I wanted, low miles, automatic start, moon roof, heated seats, heated mirrors and blue tooth. Steve made buying a car easy and painless. I called them on Friday and picked up my SUV on Saturday. I was in and out in 2 hours. CarXpress gave me a fair price for my trade in and I am so happy with my experience with them. I would recommend them for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Stay away. Bought a Nissan Armada here that ended up having numerous issues. It had fresh inspection and emissions sticker dated the day before I took delivery. This vehicle then went to three different inspection stations and not a single one would pass it. Car Express made most of the repairs but saved the expensive ones for me. Dealt with Chad Scott, Steve Lindenberg and Joe. Even though the employees at Car Express maintain that they were not aware of issues that may have arisen with the vehicle; I later got information that parties at Car Express knew exactly a number of issues with the vehicle when it was sold. Informed and discerning buyers will likely not leave the dealer with a vehicle.

Salesman seemed nice enough. This lot looks to specialize in factory lease vehicles. I have my eye on a couple VW TDIs at this location. Now to see if momma likes them too.

I’m not one to post negative reviews, because everyone has different experiences. However, I would not want anyone else to be a victim. We learned our lesson the hard way, but be warned that this ‘establishment’ is what gives used car salesmen a bad reputation. They went out of their way to sell us a ‘good, family vehicle,’ only to find out hidden problems they knew existed, but didn’t reveal. (NOT cheap fixes, either.)When confronted, the salesman (of course) changed his tune and was so disrespectful, I ended the conversation.Save yourself the trip, no matter the deal or desperation, as you’ll end up with a lemon and no recourse. Don’t make the same mistake!

Bought a car there a few years ago. Good running car but recently discovered it was a flooded car and there are damages to repair. After further review the signs were all there and I am sure they knew all along and never disclosed it.

I responded to an Internet ad on your website for a low mileage 2011 Avalon. I was contacted by Bob McClain and we set up an appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted by him and we discussed the vehicle, which was being brought around for a test drive, which I then took. The 2011 Avalon, which was sparkling clean, was more technologically sophisticated than my 2002 Avalon.Bob explained the differences clearly enough for this geezer to understand. Because I operate a History Center and my wife, Anne, manages an 80 person homeless shelter, both of which are located in the eastern suburbs and have different hours, scheduling an appointment was challenging, but Bob was most accommodating. When Anne and I arrived early Saturday morning, Bob was most helpful and considerate. The final closing went smoothly, mostly because the car was priced fairly and Bob was firm but fair. After closing the transaction, Bob explained the vehicle to my wife Anne and she drove it with him explaining it along the way.(Anne will be the principal driver). He then contacted USAA, my insurance carrier, to initiate the insurance transfer. All in all, our dealings with Bob McClain and Kenny Ross Toyota were a positive experience and I recommend them to others.Robert T. MessnerDirector, Braddocks Battlefield History Center

People dont seem to understand, these places sell used cars. Nowhere is it written that by shopping at all of these types of dealerships, youre going to buy a trouble free, perfectly warranted vehicle. I just bought my 2nd vehicle from car xpress in the last 9 years. Same staff, same quality vehicles. Ive had to have a couple dents removed after the sale, and some minor repairs to the stereo, etc. The dealership paid for everything, no hassle at all. If you have half a brain youll be able to tell if its going to be a reliable vehicle or not. These places dont have crystal balls to know if the vehicle is going to blow up when you drive it off the lot. All they do is buy the car, service it to the best of their ability and sell it. And these guys always include a warranty of some sort to cover the unexpected break down or issue that comes up. If you want a brand new car with no trouble, youll need better credit and a good job. Bottom line.

I wanted a car there in the lot more than anything!! Did my homework on pricing and came to see vehicle. When I got there I was asked to drive vehicle myself cause they were short handed. The drive was amazing but the vehicle itself on the exterior was not... was told all the scratches and minor repairs would be done but when we returned to car lot the dealer pulled my husband aside and said “hey there’s already a deal in place” I’ll call u tomorrow if falls thru. This guy knew we were 1 hr away sent us home and didn’t even give us a chance!! So the next day rolls around 9,10,11am no call I call them and Guy wasn’t available so I waited. 12, 1, 2 pm comes around I call again!! Talk to the guy very nice and apologized for everything etc etc, asking me do u want to finance cause the other people never showed!!! I say yes I did my homework on 3 different minivans with same mileage and extra features etc etc and I asked him to come down in price and he immediately changed his tone of voice and got super defensive stating noooooo way the price is as stands I won’t move....granite he sent me away yesterday when I would have purchased car and never kept up with me and acted like he didn’t even cared about my business by his actions... and to make me feel like I was stupid for researching a cars value told me I looked up wrong info and I didn’t do it right etc etc when I did. I am totally upset with this place very unprofessional shame on me for even wasting my time and drive there!! Make sure u research them cause in the end u maybe ripped off!!

Sales representative was absolutely awful!!!! Called about a car and the sale representative would not answer my questions straight forward. Very rude when I asked about accidents, flood, tire tread, ect.... I also asked if they had a carfax and he said he doesnt do carfax and if I wanted the carfax I should have looked it up myself. He became very rude when asked about reducing the price and asking if there was a reason the car was on lot for over a month. Sales representative acted like VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Will never buy from them!!!!!

DONT BUY HERE. Paid cash for van here for over market value, within one day the sliding door came off track. Within 5 days my brakes were totally shot. Within two weeks the power doors and windows stopped working. Then I found out that there was a significant oil leak that had been there for quite some time. The mechanic told me there was no way this had been inspected within the past month. Car xpress fixed the brakes, and 3 days later they went out again. Not honest or friendly once you buy. neighbor had similar experience.

I just bought a 2003 Elantra from Car Xpress. It was a very low pressure deal - they didnt try to sell me a more expensive car, or inflate the price with extras. Conversely they wouldnt come down on the price much either (though I felt that the initial price was fair, so its not surprising). All in all a positive experience and Id use them again.

We bought a 2007 Mazda CX7 here in 2012. They said the car had no accidents. They even showed us carfax that said clean, but it was a fraud carfax report from another vehicle come to find out. Now fast forward to 2015. $9,276.31 Later, Needing a Transmission, Diff, Wheel bearings, 2 struts due to unibody alignment issues, ABS Mod. ECM Computer. Turbo. We find out the car had a serious head on collision in Rochester NY at 27,000 miles. We ran our own carfax after the first $2,200 transmission repair, not R titled, but $17600 in repairs. Their B.S. warranty company faled to pay for half of the repairs and said they dont cover any accidents from prior owners. Nothing was covered in the 2 + Years we had the car. $1,800 down the drain. We ended up trading the car off on a brand new car. I never really like new cars until this. Carfax, Autocheck ect. are not always ok. And no they will not buy the car from you tried it. Dont buy a car from here.

I bought a 2005 jeep liberty june 13th from these snake oil salesmen and on the test drive i started noticing problems. The crook told me to take it home and they would fix it the following week. after giving us the run around for almost 2 months (conviently three quarters of the warranty they offered) they tell us to bring it in it has been over a week and a half and i have still not recieved my vehicle back when it only required one total day of work. they say tomorrow i will get it back but they need me to bring it back out because they couldnt get all the parts in. its Total BS. beware of Don and all the other snake oil salesmen

Unfortunately this was the worst car lot I ever dealt with in the 25 years of getting a car every few years. I wouldnt even rate it one star.
