After an exhausting week of searching & researching for a car for our Grandson, we had success on Saturday @ Ron Lewis Automotive. Sales associate Jordan Dean sold us the perfect used car at a fair price. The car was not ready for us to take immediate delivery so he & a coworker drove over an hour one way to deliver it to us today! I’m very pleased and we truly liked everyone at the dealership. They welcomed us and we felt very comfortable. Everyone was super friendly!I would not ever hesitate to purchase from this dealership in the future.
Recently purchased a 2017 ford f-150 and overall had a good experience. GM Tom made it clear that our experience mattered and he intended to make it as good as possible. Salesman, Austin, was also incredibly helpful. There were some minor miscommunications along the way but overall we are happy with our new purchase!
Tyler and Paul made my car purchase experience the best I’ve ever had. From fair pricing, to honest and transparent business practices to the delivery to my home and a thorough explanation of all of my paperwork, vehicle options and other perks that they offer, I was more than pleasantly surprised that a new car purchase could be such a good experience. Jack in financing was excellent in explaining credit, interest and the extended warranty offers. Never once did I feel pressured to do anything and they all worked to meet my goals for my new vehicle. I’ll never buy another vehicle anywhere else. Thanks so much for the professionalism.
Scott was excellent. Love our new Jeep!
Their team worked effortlessly and efficiently to mitigate a pricing issue to keep their word and satisfy a customer. I am very excited and pleased with my new to me vehicle and satisfied with their Manager Eric and his team.Felt the need to express this and mend my previous review as most business chase the dollar and not the satisfaction of a customer. Ron Lewis satisfied their customer.
First time dealing with Ron Lewis and I have to say Im impressed. My salesman Eric K. was spectacular. Very nice guy who was patient and helpful. The sales Manager Kevin came over introduced himself and was very helpful and more importantly was real. The finance manager took time with me explaining my loan. I never was pushed to buy anything they let me find the vehicle I wanted and went out of their way to get my loan approved. It was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I definitely recommend and would buy again from this dealer. Good job Guys and thank you.
Parts personnel were great!
Tyler, Tony, and Patsy were wonderful to work with. They helped find me the best deal possible. They also did everything they could to help find the vehicle I was looking for. I highly recommend going there when looking for a new vehicle.
First of the staff and management where great. I had no issues buying the vehicle although about 2k more than what I should have paid but it was exactly what I was looking for in a Truck. My issue is with the people that run all of Ron Lewis. I bought a 42k truck used from this dealership. All was great when I was pulling off the lot I realized I didnt have a full tank of gas. I went back in let the team know and they said sorry our policy is not to fill up the gas on used cars. Ok no worries reached out to Tom Cochran who runs Ron Lewis and let him know that is bad impression leaving the dealership. 2 Managers called me and said they are sending a gas card. I never received any gas cards. This got me thinking. What other areas are they cutting costs at this dealership? How is the service department, used cars coming in do they do what other dealers do or are they just cutting cost and hoping that no one has issues. The costs of selling cars and doing business is a full tank of gas. This is not an unreasonable request. Watch out you never know what other corner they are cutting to make buck.
Used car buyer beware! Ron Lewis does not honor their dealer warranties. They say they have a 3 month 3000 mile dealer warranty that covers any issues with the purchase of a used car. I purchased a 2016 Dodge Charger which I have had for almost a month and all four brakes need to be replaced. The General Manager Eric Kincaid, said they do not certify brakes as part of the 150 point Dodge certified vehicle process and they do not Give away brakes, we are a car dealership not Goodwill we do not do charity or handouts. Be very careful if you feel you need to buy your next vehicle from there. Please...get anything you are told in writing because once you drive off of the lot you will be on your own regardless of promises made or service contracts and warranties purchased.I am giving Ron Lewis CDJR one star because I am unable to give less. Ron Lewis has soured me on Dodge products. Ive wanted a Charger since they were reintroduced in the early 2000s I was happy when I purchased the car but now its a $30,000.00 headache.
Very knowledge very helpful staff
I want to give a BIG thank you to Chris, JP and Devon. We purchased two cars in two weeks from them! They were more than helpful! I highly recommend them and the dealership !!!
Can not tell you how unprofessional they are! They lie!!!! and then when pushed admit the lies. Excuses for everything. But no results!! Anyone we had spoken to “no longer works here.”Bought a 50k preowned truck to find out they never inspected it and everything we were told was not true. And you will sign a paper that says if not in writing it never happened!! So salesmen just tell you anything to sell!! Be careful!!!!!
Great experience so far. I bought a 2019 Cherokee and notice a couple of spots on the hood a week after I brought it home. I took it back and they removed all of the spots from my hood and also the top of the vehicle that I didn’t notice. Everyone there has been very friendly and courteous the times I have returned.
About a month ago, I traded in my 2016 Jeep Cherokee for a 2019 Jeep Cherokee (my lease was expired) and I am absolutely in love with my new vehicle. Bob Grimes and Kevin Skipper were wonderful to work with, and stayed long past working hours to ensure that I was taken care of with my new purchase. I highly recommend the Ron Lewis Automotive Group! Thank you!
I paid for a service, did not receive it and asked for a refund. They ignore me and wont refund my money. They are very dishonest people.
Tyler Stay and staff made purchasing a new vehicle a quick and easy experience. Never once felt pressured or overwhelmed during the process and Tyler gave accurate, honest answers to any questions I had. I would recommend the dealership, and specifically Tyler’s sales expertise to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.
Great service at an affordable price, customer service is top notch! Thanks so much Scott Luscombe 😊
If Ron Lewis has a Kia, Jeep, Ford and Alfa Romeo dealership why does he drive a porsche and Mercedes. I never trust a dealer that doesn’t drive their own car brand.
Scott my salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole sales transaction my overall experience was good 👌
John was a pleasure to work with during our car buying experience. I highly recommend him if you are looking to find an honest and knowledgeable car salesman.
Great team of professionals. Some really great cars on their lot.Test driving the Alfa Stelvio with Stephen was a great and fun experience, he is also very knowledgeable about the brand and the cars.Had the pleasure to meet and work with sales manager Paul, very professional and friendly.Overall a great experience at Ron Lewis.
My experience with this Dealership is the worst I have ever have, I am beyond frustrated with the incompetence. I have never had this many issues with purchasing or leasing a car. I am at the point I want my money back, and will not purchase another car from this dealership ever. I will also make sure that everyone I know will not go there as well, due to the experience. It should not take almost 3 hours to process paperwork to sign, when I have everything in and completed prior to my arrival. It should have only taken 45 mins. Then for them to have to come to my home to give me a temp plate, because they couldnt figure out how to get me one. This took over a week and said would work around my schedule, but couldnt when I gave them options. Then to say a manger would, call me by a certain time to not call. Then call me the following day to upset me even more, to not having a time to communicate to me. Now to receive another call, that they messed up the paperwork, so now I have to resign again. Which is another inconvenience for me. So my husband and I are beyond irritated and they can have this jeep and give me my money back. As this should never occur, with a large dealership. So now waiting on another call from a manger. we will see if they actually call when they say they will. I would rate them a negative stars.
I bought a 2016 dodge ram big horn in August from Ron Lewis dodge in pleasant hills. From day 1 had problems with the truck. Had to bring it in twice for a transmission problem which they first told me was the brakes. Then there was a crack in the glass in front of the cluster which my salesman pointed out to me. He said the truck has a bumper to bumper warranty and would be covered. There was also a crack in the ignition where the key faub goes. Took it in to have these items fixed under the bumper to bumper warranty. They took pictures and said they would get back to me. They called me back and said this was not covered under warranty and that I broke it and if I wanted it fixed I would have to pay for it. Remember my salesman already told me when I test drove the truck it was broken. It took my wife having to contact the gm, the owner, corporate, and the BBB before they would fix it. There service department and cashier are completely rude. I would give negative stars if it was possibleThis will be my first and last dodge. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone!!!
Purchased a NEW Chrysler 300 in March needed inspected 9-30-2019 took car in for inspection has 3700 miles on the car . After the inspection Im handed a bill for 42.00 for the cost of the emission which should have been covered. After speaking with the service person hes telling me I have to pay the 42.00 because I havent owned the car for a year .....spoke to the sales manager or general manager who wouldnt cover the cost for the emission.Btw this is the 3rd vehicle purchased there got a jeep that had a bad motor used 3 quarts of oil in 3000 miles traded it in on the 300. So because of your terrible Customer Service your willing to lose a customer and this customer has tons of friends in the South hills and Jefferson area that will KNOW how NICE you are to good customers over 42.00. Thats just fine you lost a repeat customer .Ron Lewis doesnt have MY keysAdding to my post from September today 1-20-2020 stopped into Ron Lewis for the first oil change ( free one) after speaking with one of the presidents of Ron Lewis Jobie several times to get the 42.00 refund he promised and also said he would give us a few free oil changes for the inconvenience Well I questioned the person who assisted me with the oil change if there was any services added to my vehicles account SURPRISE SURPRISE Nothing there !!!!!?????? Wow Ohhh and btw NEVER RECEIVED THE REFUND OF 42.00 AS PROMISED WOW IM GUESSING THAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM AND THE PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY CALLS AND TALKS TO YOU AND TELLS YOU IT WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF IS A BUNCH OF FLUFF AND SMOKE . AFTER Conversation and now broken promises I Dont even want the 42.00 as PROMISED!!!!! Someone should be fired for NOT Listening to the PRESIDENT OF RON LEWIS ..........THEY HAVE YOUR KEYS GET THE SALE AND WHO CARES ABOUT A REPEAT CUSTOMER WHO PURCHASED 3 NEW VEHICLES. THANKS RON LEWIS FOR YOUR PROFESSIONALISM AND KEEPING YOUR PROMISES ........NOT
This dealership is definitely high class all the way!I will start off by saying that i did not purchase a vehicle as of yet, however, i feel it important to let others know of my experience. I worked with Bobby V in looking for an Alpha Romeo Giulia. What a friendly, warm, personal guy. I can see bullsh*t a mile away. Its my job! Bobby is the real deal! Very genuine and honest. He was a pleasure to work with and it felt like dealing with family. Also their dealership was classy yet simple. You can tell there was no need for the SUMMER BALLOON SALES or the wacky wavy arm guys, though there prices were more than competitive. After a quick test drive i knew the Guilia was the car for me. After a great offer i was ready to pull the trigger on a new car. Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond their control, (My insurance company increasing my rates by 50%) I did not go forward with the lease. However, i still look forward to doing business with Bobby V and the Ron Lewis Dealership in the future! Again class acts all the way around!!!
Long wait good service although they advertise features on vehicles that specific vehicles dont have.
I arrived at the dealership feeling overwhelmed knowing I had to pick a ride but had no clue what or even about a ride just that i wanted a Jeep, never bought a brand new car before and with thousands at hand, well anyway I went in and was greeted nicely by a man name Bob grimes he was really nice, after I explain what I was looking for he took me right to a Jeep Cherokee and I loved it, I had to come back in 2 days to get a cashiers check because I have my money was deposited in escrow . Anyway, they didn’t call me 100 times til then that was a relief! Most call you ev n if you stop in, haha 😆.. anyway upon my arrival I again was greeted but by a man name Jason Hails, he too was very Pleasant, Bob was tied up with another so he took care of me & as I waited he made my wait fun actually conversation jokes humor it was just a pleasant time and the time went by I didn’t even notice that I was waiting for my car to get detailed and everything ... and he went over everything making sure I didn’t leave confused . So I’d rate this place and the employees Their 💯💯& I am very hard to please . They also worked with me on price to ... I would recommend all my family and friends go there !! IF your buying a car it’s a must stop their first !!! You won’t regret it !!Sincerely, Janiece G .....
Excellent experience
I began my search for a newer car about 7 months before finding the gem of a turbo charged VW I purchased a few weeks ago. For those who are picky, very aware of market value, expected condition, etc. understand what it is like trying to find the perfect used car. Prior to purchase, I had been to countless dealerships, took numerous test drives, and of course met a multitude of people in this process. I am sad to say that this was probably the worst of the experiences.Let me preface this by saying that the culture and atmosphere of this dealership could not have written a better definition of the stereotypes associated to being in a dealership. Before anyone asks, yes, it is possible to run a dealership without the secrecy, side deals, and shady hand shake agreements. Given that we can pretty much get Fair Market Value of a car on demand, there is no need for this.First off, the dealership people, in general felt, like they could have had anything better than to be even remotely nice when I walked in. They did give me a sufficient amount of time to see the car on my own, which was a plus. After the very brief test drive with a salesman who seemed entirely disinterested in what I had to say, I decided to let them run me the numbers on my trade so we can get to a final price point for both vehicles. The world is on the internet. They pretended like I as a tech savvy 23 year old working professional would not already know the pretty much exact value of my trade. Sure enough as expected, after a strange and very familiar process of separating me from the guy who runs the numbers on the trade (they act like he and the sales manager are both the great and powerful Oz and the salesman has to go collude with them in the corner), he returned with the final monthly payment and had already calculated everything out, also just assuming i was okay putting cash down (never the plan- trade only). All i wanted to know was the value of my trade. He didnt even know? After a few trips of the salesmen back and forth so stereo typically colluding with OZ in the back to make it seem like he was giving me a deal, he returned with the they under priced my trade in by over $2,000. How embarrassing for them, and how disappointing knowing anyone who wasnt as available to have this knowledge beforehand would get utterly scammed. After so arguably providing the KBB value, we agreed on the trade price that was perfect enough for me, and I took the car.The car came with a Ron Lewis 2 year or 100,000 mile warranty. Obviously, they require you to return to the dealership to perform their schedule of the routine maintenance necessary to uphold the warranty. I have yet to hit the next mile marker, but I presume that I will be able to predict the process of dealing with dealership service, especially considering it runs under the same culture as the show room. Will they up-sell maintenance, tell me things are wrong when they, in fact, are not? Will they actually perform a full engine oil replacement that ACTUALLY replaces the filter (another stereotype)? I guess i will find out, but so far the warranty seems like an easy reason to bank some extra service cash.
I also go to Cochran and Rahal but Ron Lewis is the best, by far.
Went to Ron Lewis in Waynesburg to purchase A 19 dodge ram. Sales department treated me with a lot of respect. Talk vehicle back 4 days later over brake squealing issue and door alignment fitment issue Drop it off on the 5th of June never heard another thing about my truck since then sells department was supposed to submit things over to the rand corporation or to Dodge corporation call them to see if they hurt anything never receive nothing from Ron Lewis Waynesburg very dissatisfying very and please in very frustrating situation with their service department so they are called me today and told me the vehicle was done I asked him about the door fitment issuethey said no I refuse to pick the vehicle up I will never recommend Ron Lewis Waynesburg to nobody and if somebody at corporate would like to contact me please do
Service is great. Sales people of you have average credit they really don’t care all that much.
Went to get an oil change. You do not need an appointment. They are quick and they wash your vehicle at no cost to you.

Great place to go people there are very friendly and honest.
Very good experience, thank you so much ron lewis staff and to miss missy...
I am incredibly dissatisfied with the customer service I received when attempting to trade in my 2008 Jeep Wrangler Sahara for a new 2018 Jeep Compass Latitude. After much consideration and mobile conversation with Internet Sales Manager, Tyler Stay, (including indicating our budget and the amount owed on our current vehicle) we were assured that if we made a 1.5 hour trip to Ron Lewis in Pleasant Hills, Pittsburgh, PA, they would make it happen. Here, Tyler told us bizzare facts about the vehicle (i.e., the 4WD automatically turns on after 7 swipes of the windshield wipers and that spare tires are no longer included in the Compass of this year). After establishing the numbers were just not where we needed them to be, we stated that perhaps this was just not the car for us. At this time, manager Ryan Dixon came out to further attempt to close the deal. Mr. Dixon was incredibly pushy and rude after we explained to him that the numbers were just not where we needed them to be. They explained to us that they would be lucky to even break even on my trade and refused to give me a cent more, all while holding the keys to my Wrangler hostage. After 20-30 minutes of explaining it just wasnt going to work, we recovered the keys and proceeded to leave. Unfortunately, while the final numbers presented were within our budget, the customer service experience was simply too terrible to be willing to agree to the terms. We decided to make the 2 hour trip to Zanesville, Ohio (where we made a purchase of a certified pre-owned 2018 Compass), along the way, we realized the people at Ron Lewis had removed a panel from the passenger side dash during inspection and had not replaced it. Thankfully McHugh in Zanesville was not concerned about this panel and offered us $2000 more for my Wrangler than Ron Lewis had. I would not recommend a purchase at Ron Lewis to anyone.
Helpful, understanding, polite and very knowledgeable about the vehicles they represent ~~~ I rate this dealership 1st class !
Excellent service. In and out in less than an hour without an appointment.
My experience with ron lewis has been unpleasant from the day I purchased my vehicle from them. I bought a 2011 kia sorento, I noticed a pull to the right during my test drive and repeatedly told them I did NOT want this car if it was anything more than a simple alignment issue. After being reassured that it was an alignment issue and that it was taken care of, we agreed to get the vehicle. We were stuck there for hours and even until after they closed. When I left and drove 50+ miles home with our child in the car I noticed the pull was still horrible. I called and explained what was going on and they said it was the tires that were the issue and they would go half on 4 new tires with us and would call us that following Monday (as it was Saturday when I was able to call them again). No calls were ever returned nor made to me. So, 3 days after making the purchase and being told it was aligned before I pulled out of the lot, I got an estimate for over $800 worth of repairs. They still refuse to call back, clearly lied about the services performed on the car before I left, and I even purchased a warranty they offered but cant seem to get any help with actually getting my car repaired with issues it had while still sitting on their lot.
BUYERS BEWARE. RON LEWIS DODGE HAS A SALESMAN NAMED RYAN, WHO IS AN UNDERCOVER RACIST, ENJOYS RACIAL PROFILING, AND HAS A VERY POOR OPINION OF A BLACK PERSONS CALIBER AND CHARACTER. I truly wish I could leave a review with no stars. Let me start by saying that I am so disgusted with the treatment I received from this dealership. I will start with the way Ryan, the salesman, looked at me when he approached us. I told him I was looking for a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL Sahara or Rubicon. At that point, he led me to his desk, because he only had one Rubicon on the lot, and it was white with a cracked windshield. As soon as we sat down, I described my ideal Jeep, and my husband got up to use the restroom. Ryan then proceeded to tell me how he was from one of the most culturally diverse states in America, New Jersey, and that he loves R&B. WOW!!! I was immediately confused because it became evident that my skin tone was a focus. Why he even went in that direction was beyond me because I never asked him what kind of music he liked, or if he was used to black people. I asked him to find me the Jeep I wanted because I came to buy. WHAT DID RYAN DO NEXT?!? He proceeded to tell me how I needed to understand that the Jeep I wanted was $50,000 and up, in a most condescending tone. As if I was unaware of the price, or would be dissuaded because I may not be able to afford the vehicle. When my husband returned from the restroom, he and Ryan exchanged witty banter, and I overlooked the previous remarks because I was determined to purchase my Jeep. Not to mention, I am not as assertive as I should be in those kinds of situations because of how outlandish, unprovoked, and surreal they tend to be. In the end, he came with an outrageous monthly payment that included money down. Listen friends, this is not my first time at the rodeo, and I could clearly see I was being treated unfairly. The whole situation was a circus, full of benighted racism and unwarranted disrespect. I was racially profiled from the moment I was greeted, and Ryans school boy behavior was inappropriate for a professional establishment. I am a professional registered nurse, with thick skin, but when I left Ron Lewis Dodge that day, I felt dejected!!! It was the end of business and Ryan was leaving at the same time as us. So, to add insult to injury, Ryan pulls up beside our vehicle, blasts rap music, and speeds off. I didnt know what to make of that behavior, but as I have previously stated, the entire situation was racially charged, so I imagine he considered his display to be entertaining. Fortunately, I had the pleasure of purchasing a Jeep from Monroeville Dodge. The young man’s name was Garrett, and he treated me the way I should have been treated when coming to purchase a high-end vehicle. As a matter of fact, I got all the features I wanted and a few extras for the monthly payment I requested, and NO MONEY DOWN!!! The whole team at Monroeville Dodge treated my husband and I like family. I was hurt from my experience with Ryan, so the reception at Monroeville Dodge was the sweetest redemption.
As always a quick and very complete service done
Sales and management team went above and beyond for me. Great group.
