I am so sick of their lies and empty promises. I bought my first vehicle from them with no problems 2 1/2 years ago. Decided to go back for another one right after Christmas & its been a nightmare. They lied to the finance company about income and other things. Our temporary registration is expired because they took so long to do their part (because of the lies they fed the finance company). My mother passed away & were out of state with the car. All the way across the country. What happens if we get stopped? They dont give a damn! They got their money. Anything to make a buck even for return customers. Matt (salesman) and Brian (finance guy) are really good at telling you what you want to hear then dont follow through with any of it.LIARS, LIARS, LIARS!!! Crooks to the core. DO NOT go to them for anything. I dont know how they sleep at night with how wrong they do their customers.

Good experience from beginning to end.We got there a little before open because weekends can be busy, and first thing I noticed was no one came running out to talk to us as we walked the lot. To some people, this may be a negative. We enjoyed being able to take a few minutes on our own to look over the cars. Its a tight lot but they have plenty of cars, trucks, vans. They are used cars, so if youre horrified by the occasional scratch and dent, it may not be for you. If youre looking for a solid car with a clean interior, youre in business.Things are weird right now with distancing and masks, but Nadeem still made us welcome and unrushed.Other unique experience was the way they handled the process. Being a place that helps finance those of us with less than perfect credit histories, I expected Nadeem to tell us heres what we can do. Instead, he worked from a selection WE picked out. On top of that he didnt toss the first number out and tell us to deal with it, again what I expected. He worked out a payment we were comfortable with and took the time to explain how we can improve our credit situation by staying perfect payers.Buying a car is an involved process whether you spend two hours on the lot or ten. Luckily, Nadeem keeps it on the low end. Really most time was spent selecting a vehicle. I recently decided to get a new car as my old one wasnt worth putting any more money into. Ive heard about Pittsburgh Auto Depot and decided to try there because my credit is way less than perfect. I came in an hour before closing and neither one of them tried to rush me out the door or into a car I wouldnt be able to afford. I went in 2 days later and they both helped me and were very patient with me as this was my first time ever purchasing a car. A few hours later I drove away in a 2014 Chevy Cruz. Matt and Tom made the whole process so comfortable and I wasnt afraid anymore that I was going to get screwed by just another car salesman wanting a sale. Very disappointed in how my experience turned out, I bought a car from them a month ago today. I got to drive it for two weeks before the transmission went out, warranty doesn’t cover a rental car and I still have to make a full payment on a car I drove for two weeks. The mechanic fixing it said it’s been leaking transmission fluid. Yet somehow that was looked over. Now that I’m without a car, they can’t do anything about it. I got one specifically with a safety check sticker on it, yet I’m still screwed out of a car. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

The approval process was a piece of cake. Went In and got approved a few minutes later. We then worked to find the perfect car to for our budget. We did just that. Pittsburgh auto depot has a ton of beautiful cars to chose from from every make and model. I like the variety you have to chose from. This is our second car that we purchased from Pittsburgh auto depot. Our first one we purchased exactly 1 year ago and have had not one problem with. Just normal wear. The only reason why I give Pittsburgh Auto Depot 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because the wait is a pretty dragged out process since they are dealing with so many different customers at one time. They try to accommodate everyone they can at one time with I believe only two finance people working on 9-10 people at once. So if you decided to purchase a ride from here (witch you should) be sure to prepare to spend a few hours here. Other than that, our visit was wonderful and I want to thank Matt Guttilla for making this painless for us.

The cars looked okay so I gave them a star for that. The salesman was rude and refused to show us any cars because we had cash. He practically threw us out. He was nasty. When I asked him if he was throwing us out he said yeah. This lot takes advantage of people who have bad credit and little money down. I recommend you take your business elsewhere where people are treated with dignity and not someone to be taken advantage of.

Got a car from there ..very good service ..but I didnt even have my car for a month and my brakes are bad. So after spending 3 grand on a car .another 200 for brakes. Go somewhere else. Its not worth it.

Was looking for a used vehicle and after years of hearing their radio ads I decided to get online to see what they had and I made a phone call in to them to speak with someone about getting financed. He told me apply online. I applied online and he told me I would have no problem getting financed and to come in at 10 the next morning. I stopped in and it was super busy. I asked for him and he told me go look around the lot and pick out my car. I walked around noticing that none of the cars on the website were actually on the lot. Everything on the lot was filthy inside and out. One car had piles of leaves on the floor and another had soap scum all over from the wash without the rinse. I got out of there in a hurry. Would not go back unless I was absolutely out of all options.

These guys made buying a truck fun!!! I had great customer service, a great truck and a great payment my salesman spent all day showing me the trucks and going over all my options they even feed me pizza. Highly recommended!!!!!

I couldnt have asked for a better place to buy a car. Nadeem, didnt give me the run around. He was straight to the point on what I needed. I didnt spend hours there like you do at most car places. My first visit I was there 45 minutes then my next visit to pick up my vehicle was 30 minutes. They have nice cars with low mileage. I couldnt believe I got into the car that I purchased. My payments are so low and let me tell you my credit was horrible to the point of embarrassment. I still needed to put cash down but not where it killed me. We went in not knowing what to expect, thought they just wanted a ton down on an old car with over 100 thousand miles, but boy was I wrong got a 2013 with just 12,000 miles and then after we decided we liked it Ryan worked hard to get the payment where we needed and even waived the sales tax and title and plate, that blew us away. Soo my sister got a car from them the one year and it was ok to a point. Some years later get the same guy and he tries to sell her something she didnt need. His people skills are so so. When it comes to looking out for a family to get a car this isnt the place Id recommend. You cant give a mother with 4 children under the age of 18 something smaller than the car she rented and then it has to get fixed too on top of that?!?! Yeah I wasnt feeling this dealership at all because then when it came for her to test drive the vehicle that he finally agreed to let her have after I told her to get her money back...they didnt have it on the lot because it wasnt coming til Monday and instead of him telling her that when shes was on the phone with him...wasted a half of Saturday we couldnt get back. Needless to say we left there went somewhere up the way opposite of them got her a family van and came back and got her money back. Again if youre a big family...this isnt somewhere you should come to.

I just have to let anyone & everyone know of the horrendous advice they gave me -- I went to Pittsburgh Auto Depot to look at trading my car in. I still have a balance I owe on it so I wasnt sure if it could be done. The sales person looked me right in the face and told me that I should intentionally return my vehicle and take a repossession on my credit!! So -- this Pittsburgh Auto Depot that does a lot of advertising & is all over the radio that they help people with bad credit or no credit is advising me --- and I can only assume many, many others --- to do things to destroy my credit on purpose just so they can make a buck. Absolutely ridiculous. BUYER BEWARE & STAY AWAY.

Initially they will sell you what you think is a good vehicle If I were you I would take your own mechanic to look over the mediocre cars that they will try to give you. They will not fix your car if you have an issue after purchasing and I mean the day you drive off the lot they will DO NOTHING. they will tell you that they dont work on outside cars the day you drive off and come back. I went back to them within weeks of purchasing my vehicle and told them something was wrong . When they looked at it they told me it was the natural noise that the car makes and then 2 months down the line when I went to get the tires changed I was informed by another mechanic that they gave me the AWD vehicle with 4 completely different tires which in turn messed up my transfer case and now the transmission. Really?? Ive only had the vehicle for 9 months and now they are pushing me to the side. Oh I forgot to mention the two employees that initially sold me the car conveniently stopped working there within two months of my purchase so who knows what theyve done with the records of my phone calls and visits to the lot. DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE FROM THEM THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY AND WILL DO ANYTHING TO NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY OR EVEN HAVE A BIT OF INTEGRITY. ITS A SHAME . I even referred friends whove purchased cars and now they are looking at the same issues with them. DO NOT GO HERE.

We visited two days ago to buy a car. Nadeem was instrumental in making the car buying process as smooth and quick and efficient as possible. He helped us find something within our price range and had us approved in about an hours time. It’s been our experience that visiting a dealership to buy a car has been a grueling process. But not here! Kudos to Nadeem and his team for ensuring everything went off quickly with no hiccups. We will definitely be buying from here again.

ATTENTION PLEASE READI am speaking on behalf of a good friend who has just experienced major fraud from Pittsburgh Auto Depot:“I purchased a vehicle three weeks ago and they inspected the vehicle, claiming everything was ok.After driving for 2 weeks my tire light went off. I assumed it a slow leak or weather changes, so filled it up with air and carried on with my day. After exaclty 1 week, my tire light went off for the same tire.I decided to take it to Mcullough Tire to see what was the issue. They let me know that the “new” tires that I was promised were actually 2006 tires that were completely dry rotted, which could explode at any moment while driving my vehicle. They did not want to try to fix it because it could explode on the spot and risk the safety of employees. The condition of my vehicle is not only jeopardizing my safety, but also puts anyone in reach of my vehicle at risk. Pittsburgh Auto Depot guaranteed my car had been inspected. What else had they mislead me to believe?Upon finding the news I contacted Pittsburgh Auto Depot and there is no one available. I have contacted them everyday, since finding out on Tuesday 2/26 and every time a representative tells me the manager is unavailable and to leave a messege.If anyone can give me advice or help I would sincerely appreciate it.
