They are both in their 80s (mom only drives) and Rohrich treats them like family and have reasonable prices for services. After my car was stolen (in Cleveland, not Pittsburgh), I was in a major bind with a single Saturday to get a car or go a month without one. George at Rohrich Toyota was immensely helpful, polite, and easy to work with. I had called to inquire the day before test driving and we discussed a particular car. He was honest about the small inventory available and really worked with me to find a car I was excited about on such a short timeframe. When I came in to see the car it was already pulled up to the showroom. Not sure if it was a coincidence, but I was impressed. Unlike other dealerships I visited today, George took the time to tell me about the car rather than just tossing me the keys and walking away.Once deciding to purchase, George made the process streamlined and we were home with the new car before we knew it. I appreciated most that he didn’t pressure me and gave me space to decide what I wanted (even though it was pretty clear I was in a desperate situation). I would highly recommend this dealership!
George at Rohrich was the best! He accommodated me for the test drive. He was exceedingly patient as I almost literally checked over every inch of the car. He got me a good deal, and despite it being a long process, and having to zip back and forth between customers, he always had a pleasant, and humorous outlook. This dealership was nice, well kept, and had nice, affordable cars. It was well worth the 45 minute drive from my house. I was also able to see a great deal of information about the car on their website. Im spite of my own initial uncertainty, and forgetting my checkbook and having to come back, everyone was amazing, and so easy to work with. As of now, I would go back again.
We are return customers at Rohrich because of the customer service. This time did not disappoint. Sales consultant, Julius R., was wonderful. He was knowledgeable and patient. I never felt like he was pulling the wool over my eyes, which happens at a dealership more often than not. Julius was extremely personable and created a safe space to ask all of my questions. He made what is typically a stressful experience very comfortable and easy.

George was a great communicator all along the way, and made sure to check all the boxes to meet our needs. My experience with Rohrich Toyota was incredible. I worked with a Sales Associate, George Isaac, who helped explain different financing options to me and explain the differences in the trims of the cars. He worked with me on my timeline, met all my needs, and was friendly the entire time.
If I could give it -5, I would. We have a Prius 2018, bought from Rohrich. The car has barely 15K miles on it, we drive it very little. But of course the incessant due for maintenance message came on, we needed the inspection renewed and off we took it to Rohrich. Hours later, they call us to tell us the car is ready, and off we go, in rush hour to pick it up. We turn on the car, all the hazard lights are flashing. Service person drags his unwilling self to take a look, and declares it a problem, gives us a loner. We get another call back the next day, car is ready. We go back again, interrupting work, to pick it up. We bring it home. We drive it for one mile in the morning, all the hazard lights come on, flashing. We drive it back to Rohrich, at which point the manager tries every teflon strategy in the book to deflect any responsibility from her service station. So let me get this straight, a perfectly working, good as new car is brought to your service station, after which the car has a major electrical/battery issue, and you are going to insist it just happens. In the same breath she says we replaced a battery cell, she contradicts herself and says, we only changed the tires, did not touch the car. Which one is it? Which one is the true statement? Never ever going back, and I will file a grievance with Toyota headquarters as well. Horrible customer service, horrible maintenance service.
I was looking for a used car for my daughter, stopped by to check out the used car inventory and found her first car.They treated us right, and the process was not as long as I thought. We were done with the paperwork in a couple hours.Shes so happy with her first car, and it wasnt a hassle getting it.
UPDATE: the service manager reached out to me and scheduled a time to pick up my car and bring it in to the shop. My car got washed and Ive been told the oil was changed (again?) for my peace of mind and fluids were checked. Obviously not enthused it came to this but happy Rohrich took the time to make sure the services got taken care of.Brought my car in for a routine service and was told my oil was changed, tires rotated, and all my fluids topped off. All the paperwork had check marks that the mechanic had look at all these things at they were good. As I drove away I got alerts that my windshield fluid and coolant were low. Clearly someone just checked off the paperwork and never looked under the hood of my car.
Very accommodating and fast service. Went in for Toyota Care service and added in a service to an already scheduled appointment without issue. It was still taken care of faster than expected which was nice.
Julius had a lot of knowledge about the car. He was a great listener and knew what I wanted. He did not pressure me. He was very patient with me and it made me feel better in purchasing the vehicle. He did not judge me or treat me differently because I am a woman.
Went for a state inspection, and they made me replace my entire front brake rotor and pads ($500+). New brakes were squeeky, and they told me it will break in. Several months later, and they still squeek and there is a lot of brake dust depositing on my wheels. Clearly they didnt clean the new rotors properly, and I dont think I really needed a new brake rotor (old one was working fine with no squeeks). Never get your car in a dealer, EVEN FOR AN INSPECTION.
Worst experience because of nasty dealership tricks. Can you still trust their business after hearing my story?We called the dealer and the salesman Garrett K. answered saying yes please come to see, we have the last model that you are interested in, and there came to our nightmare. (Trick 1: they dont have the one they claimed to have) When we arrive after 20 minutes after the call, Garrett said the last one was just sold. Oh, snap! But there is another one that will come soon. All you need to do is to deposit $500 and I will call you when it arrives a few days later. So we did. (Trick 2: no, no, no, no car will come) After deposition, Garrett never picked up my call. I call the dealership and the manager said he will ask Garrett to call me, which of course never happened. Finally, after 10 times of calling, Garrett said no car will come and he will return the deposit. (Trick 3: this is a lie!). And guess what?! The deposit never returned after I patiently waited for a month. Lucky I can have the credit company dispute the purchase, but I feel disgusted with their selling tricks.

Very good on sales..Thank you for the two Mr. Magic basic car wash certificates, as my car was not washed a couple times, I need to remember to request it, along with reminding service desk what to do at my appointments and then confirm at checkout and review invoice in detail. And thanks for the email clarifications, service manager Christine.Regarding servicing I completely agree with another recent post. Seems they check off as being completed things without actually doing it, things youd expect, cutting corners as explained they are short staffed, like checking fluids yet do not top off wiper fluid. My wiper tank completely empty to my surprise after a recent visit. With ToyotaCare they dont always DO the oil change either, merely check it, even though they change the sticker, redate it, and up the mileage. Ive now been told they only do it every 10k miles while Ive been bringing in my 2019 every 5k thinking I got oil and waiting over an hour each scheduled time. I trust they rotated my tires as expected. However Im now over my 25k free Toyotacare so now it switched to RohrichCare where I will have to pay to rotate tires (one will be free if I remind them) that I just purchased for over $650+ from them unexpectedly while waiting on my free PA inspection. Two hour visit.As for sales, George Isaac before I even met him sent me a personal link to a personalized video of the Prius we wanted from his showroom. He met with me several times with a couple family members and showed a couple car options, while I negotiated a price including discounts and a good rate. He even followed up a year after via text to see how we liked the vehicle. Only one thing now is he had told me the prius used conventional oil but now servicing says I only get synthetic oil.. 10k miles not 5k. Ill still give him a good 4.5.Thats all. Lol

They were friendly but I never heard back from them? My salesman was looking for an Infiniti QX60 that was in the computer, but not in any of the used lots or detailing. Went in on Saturday and was told Id be called Monday. Nothing.
We drove an hour from out of state to get a vehicle at Rohrich, mainly because our local Toyota dealer was jerking us around a bit too much. What they didnt know about a new vehicle, they made up to tell us what we wanted to hear. But at Rohrich Toyota, George Isaac was so helpful in finding all the right info about our desires vehicle, and really made the car buying experience a breeze. We got our desired vehicle, a decent trade-in value, and the price was competitive and fair.

We really appreciate how kind and knowledgeable everyone there is. We are now leasing a car for the first time after trading in the first car I got from Rohrich over 4 years ago. We have never leased before, George Isaac and Amy were so helpful! We are excited for our new hybrid car and grateful to Rohrich for always helping make it happen (I am a self employed small business owner and getting loans can be very tricky! When I got my first car from them, I did not have a long credit history and they helped as well with that!). The first car loan helped us get a home/business location, and now we are able to get a more efficient car. Any who, thank you for the work yinz do!
Michael Morris was very helpful with our purchase of our used 2019 Rav4 XSE hybrid. He took the time with us to go over our what features we wanted in a Rav4, since we were looking for a new Rav4 hybrid at first, but they were out of stock at the time. Michael gave us time to think and didnt push us to make a purchase right away. In addition to going over all of the features of the Rav4 we were looking at and taking us for a test drive, he also helped with our trade in of two cars. Once we made the purchase, he helped us get certain things fixed on that were there before we bought it, such as the some wheel paint damage and some paint chips and scratches. Michael also checked in via text and phone calls a few times to make sure everything was okay. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase a new or used car. Amy Armstrong in the finance department helped us with finding the best financing for our purchase as well as the warranties that would best fit our needs. I identified a used car I wanted to buy and came from out of state to get it. Jason Hudson and the team at Rohrich treated me like a lifelong customer. I am very pleased with the purchase and could not have asked for a better experience.
Pleasant service representatives, quick, easy check in for the Rohich Advantage oil and filter change and PA inspection. Waited in the comfortable customer lounge for about 1/2 hour, enjoyed cup of green tea (unfortunately there was no black tea available). After that took a walk up the W. Liberty St. hill to admire the plethora of auto dealerships. Stopped at the Dormont Library, sat in their outdoor bench (for reading their free books) for about another 1/2 hr. Then back down the hill to Rohrich Toyota back to P/U the refreshed RAV4. Only took about 2 hours total. Now, Im happy and the vehicle is happy, what more can I say!

Sales people are nice as any sales person you know when theyre using what you say to play the sale. The major thing that is a concern is location and from lot to sales desk is a very busy road and people speed . Having a family to decide on car and crossing the road is a big safty issue.
If you are trying to do the deal online and agree to a price be very sure you keep all communications. The financing department will try to swindle you(at least he tried with me) Also remember all those add on are independent and they are not required no matter how much they try to guilt you into buying. Going as low as saying toyota has service issues was the point where I had to tell the guy lay off the sarcasm and attitude. LASTLY, be sure to tell them what financial bank you use otherwise they run your credit multiple times (mine 4 times alone).The process which was nearly complete and only needing signatures which takes 20 minutes at most had been extended to nearly 90 minutes. They never even had decency to apologize or admit they failed to the right thing. That shows the true character and values of a dealership. Remember Toyota sells itself, its the dealership that can make or break the experience; in this experience they failed miserably.However, I am beyond satisfied and impressed with our 2021 Highlander Hybrid that Toyota built. So, I just recommend you find another dealer that can get you what you want without the hassle.
I had a very good experience at Rohrich Toyota! I was looking for a good second vehicle that can handle the roads in what will be my new home state of West Virginia. The road conditions can get pretty wild down there especially in the Winter months with snow and debris. I did some research and also wanted something that would be fun to drive and could handle anything thrown my way. I wanted a vehicle that was as unique as me! I couldn’t return to my last car review place as they just did not carry this sort of vehicle at this time. Rohrich delivered!!! The FJ Cruiser was my vehicle. They don’t make them anymore for the states so I was thrilled to find one with a more than fair price and lower mileage! YES IT IS FUN TO DRIVE THIS MACHINE! The staff was welcoming from the start. From the first gentleman who shook my boyfriends hand in the parking lot and knew anything about us, to the two sales ladies we encountered, to the appointment lady and onto the financial guy who helped me with the final paperwork. Everyone was approachable and they even recommended a place for us to grab a bite to eat. Although we chose to talk about cars instead! Point being is that they gave us time to walk away without pressure and I was able to evaluate my options. I needed to think about what was the best deal for me. I appreciate that and I am thoroughly satisfied with my off-roading built, black-on-black, childhood “TONKA” like vehicle come to life in THE FJ CRUISER! Im a first-time Toyota owner a recently purchased the 2013 4Runner it came with the airbag recall. So I decided to combine a couple Services the airbag recall and an inspection and the general look over the vehicle to make sure to Safe since I just purchased it. I was hearing in noise in the rear of the car and that was what was concerning me to get that looked at also. While speaking with service manager about noise in rear of truck, I showed him a copy of the previous inspection report where it was suspected that the noise was from a cupped tire.. He read report and said we are going to go with this that it could be a cupped tire as report stated. I was just looking for proof that it wasnt something mechanical. So I basically completed appoint and left with a not so safe feeling about driving my new to me Toyota..

These people are extremely rude. If you have any questions, they snap at you and they are extremely pushy when it comes to guilt tripping you over taking their extended warranty or loans through Toyota. Never again will we go here.

I don’t know if all these 1 and 2 star went to the wrong dealership or what but they are wrong. I went in here 2 days before Fourth of July and got myself a 2014 1794 Toyota Tundra. The car was in perfect shape almost looked brand new on the inside. Jason H. from Sales did everything in his power to help me out on the deal, keep me updated on the car and made the whole close out process easy. Even went as far as recording a whole video of the underbody of the car after o requested it. If I drove 300+ miles from Virginia to Rohrich Toyota for a good deal and great service, that should clearly indicate how great they are.
I generally get great service, and I did again today...but, several young associates (not counter people) walked past me to get keys, etc. with their mask not covering their nose. Someone might want to remind them that some of the customers are older with conditions which make them susceptible to bad cases of Covid.
I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had to work 2 hours after my appointment time. They assured me that would be enough time. Not only was their price for that triple what I normally pay but it took 1 hour and 45 minutes!!!! For an oil change! I personally know it should not take more than 45 minutes. So you can imagine how upset I was being late for work . I will drive out to Washington where I purchased my car from now on.

Ok customer service for some, please be advised to be very clear of what youre looking for and the agent that you are dealing with is well knowledgeable, be aware that some of the agents especially their supervisors, well overlook your needs and wants be sure to know exactly what vehicle you have in mind and do your homework extensively. Other than that they will definitely put on a polite smile, the place is clean, bathrooms kept up pretty well, oh and they might offer you besides beverages food as well.
Bought a new RAV4 in 2016. They have honored the lifetime safety inspection, which I have been using every year since. The process is seamless and they have a nice, clean waiting area. Friendly people.

The building is a mess and the system by which service calls you is completely outdated and this dealership needs to move on from the 1990s. Put a simple screen with cars and mark them complete or waiting or in the works. However the parts guys were awesome.
Pretty much everyone I interacted with was wonderful and took the time to explain the warranties to me. I really appreciate the time they took to help me find the car I love so much!
Took my car here for its 20k check-up during covid19. Honestly my fave Toyota location of all time. Definitely going to keep going here as long as I live in Pittsburgh. Easy to book appointments online, easy and COVID-friendly check-in, great waiting area (that coffee lounge with wifi? AMAZING!), nice people and well-priced, and of course, great service on the car.

Even though things didn’t work out and I didn’t get the vehicle I had in mind - Mike Morris the sales guy was awesome - one of the best sales guys I ever had he was very helpful. I would recommend everyone to do business with him.
Kim was obviously very experienced. As soon as she walked in she told me about a great deal for me. She did not pressure me, but showed me different cars and was very informative. I felt like a true guest all day. I was never rushed or made to feel like a number. The finance person was also very helpful and knew her stuff. They both stayed after closing to finish the paperwork, but again, that just seemed normal. I really like the free oil/filter changes and feel like they will support me well as a customer. I would definitely recommend them.
Are there kind service advisors at any dealership? I needed my battery tested, I wanted to buy an oem battery if my current one was bad because I know Toyota uses interstate batteries and I trust interstate batteries. I knew I wasnt going to buy a battery from auto zone or advanced and I felt bad going to one of those places for the test knowing they werent going to receive my business. The service advisor at Rohrich Toyota asked if I could drop it off overnight for a test that takes less then 5 minutes? However I never said anything rude or mentioned the test takes 5 minutes. I was kind and polite on my end throughout the conversation but they were rude as can be to me. I definitely do not recommend Rohrich Toyotas service department. -5 stars if I could.

Everything is good. It is a long wait to get an appointment. But if you call in advance, it is fine.
My problem was fixed quickly and efficiently. My appointment was the next day which I did not expect.
Just purchased my first brand new vehicle! Alec was wonderful in helping me get something safe, reliable and affordable. He even moved all my work supplies from my old vehicle to the new one! Overall it was a great experience and I’m glad I chose Rohrich.

First strike was a very abrupt and short you need to make an appointment when all I wanted to know was about tire prices. I made an appointment in spite of the lack of options. I also scheduled a state inspection.2nd strike was partly my fault. I wasnt prepared. I gave them my other cars registration, and when my service writer called me at 4:15 to advise me of this, I said I would get him the correct one, and asked what time they closed, so I could prioritize it. He said 6. What he didnt tell me was that at 4:30 all the techs leave. So when I sent the correct registration over to him at 5, it was futile and I ended up having to wait an extra day to get my car.3rd strike was going back the next day to get my car, and seeing that I was billed incorrectly. The CSR fixed it, but it should have been correct to begin with.4th strike was driving away only to find out that not only did their balance machine scratch and chip all 4 of my rims, but that the 4 new tires I just bought were in various states of psi and one new tire was actually missing a valve cap.The 5th strike was calling the manager several times to discuss my issues, only to find out hours later that shes on vacation for the week. Not sure why when I called the desk and asked to speak to a manager, I was not transferred to her interim liaison.I will say this, the man who ultimately handled fixing part of this issue - making sure the tire pressure was uniform and the valve cap was added was super. But I shouldnt have had to come back in to get something fixed that should have been good to go, to begin with - especially since they had an extra day.This was not the first bad experience Ive had with the Rohrich family of dealerships. But they are my neighborhood dealership so I figured I would give them a 2nd chance. Their customer service is transactional at best and their techs are very rough with the vehicles. And getting answers tends to be difficult.

Best dealership around as far as customer service. Kristen was very patient with me when I was buying my highlander. She made sure to find the exact one I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and easy. Also, Glenn is the man when it comes to taking care of our vehicles. He’s provided great service on three of them for the past 10 years! Wouldn’t shop or service my vehicles anywhere else! Thanks!

She made my car buying experience smooth but also fun, which I appreciated because I was very nervous going into it. Getting your car serviced or buying a car during the Covid Pandemic would have a lot of people on edge. Rohrich’s service department did a great job with my car and took great care with all the proper regulations as far as I could see. Now, last night, I had to pick up my car after hours and the dealership is open til 9, extremely convenient!I walk into the showroom to pick up my car and there’s a huge sign about practicing social distancing and wearing a mask while inside. Looking around, I was blown away.There was about 8 salespeople clustered in a glass box of an office which I would assume where the sales manager is. None of them wearing a mask. Maybe 1-2 had one on their chin which does absolutely nothing. Looking around further, there was one salesperson selling a car to two people and I think he had a mask on. The couple other salespeople who weren’t a part of the “sales manager’s ‘no mask groupies’” clustered together in the glass box office had their masks on their chin or not present at all.While the lady who brought my car around was very friendly, absolutely no mask present at all. It was very awkward explaining a situation where my sound system didn’t work and ended up just needing to reboot with her ~1 foot away from me showing no regard to my health.I work with the public. I understand being in your own office away from others pulling down your mask. I get people have allergies and health conditions. If this is her situation, there are other options than no mask at all.I have reached out and asked for a phone call from the Rohrich leadership and they have yet to reach out.Buyers beware. In my opinion, this place doesn’t seem to think this global pandemic is something to be taken seriously. I would not go into the showroom until they change their practices.
Terrible customer service. Spent almost $70,000 on a vehicle and it was sold to me with a major electrical issue. Corey, and Alec told me that the car was in excellent shape upon delivery it has been nothing but a total nightmare COREY AND ALEC will LIE straight to you’re face. When I asked for an explanation I was told I’m on my own. Now I’m stuck with a $70,000 paper weight. Buyer beware.
Ive always had good experiences when coming here! Rohrich Toyota is the only place that I take my car to be worked on. Jim Sugar is usually the one that works on my car and I never have any complaints! He makes sure I know what he did to my car,he fixes little odds and ends if I dont mention them to him first,very respectful and an amazing employee. I also have to shout out Thomas Fuchs. He is the service advisor at Rohrich Toyota,and he has always been super polite and accommodating while being there. He has always been able to answer all of the questions Ive ever had. You can tell that both Jim and Thomas love their jobs and are are proud of what they do!!! I would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family.
Everyone was very upfront about everything, including prices, alternatives, etc., in stark contrast to other dealerships. We didnt feel like we were being manipulated.

I got my 2019 Camry recently from Rohrich. it was my best experience for purchasing a car, they have a really good service. Since I’m a foreigner, there were a few issues and they helped me for 5 hours to solve everything. I bought the car from Carlie, she is super nice and helpful. Highly recommend if you want to a nice Toyota.
I high recommend skipping this this lot, they do not service the vehicles like they say they do. Sales manager-Corey will lie directly to you about work that has been completed salesperson Alec will lie about the price of the car completely disorganized unethical business I have ever encountered. If we could go back in time we would of saved ourselves a lot of hassle. Hopefully this review will help the public buyer beware.
I have had my car services at this dealership on several Occasions. From the service van to the technicians to the lot attendants everyone was friendly and kind and not overbearing. They did not try to oversell or push things on me I really didn’t want her couldn’t afford.I would and have recommended them to my family and friends and even strangers on the street I would’ve specially like to thank Thomas Fuchs for all the help he provided me thank you to everyone
