The installers did a great job installing and carpeted the entire house in one day. Expectations exceeded! Jack and Jeff were thorough and provided excellent communication from day one. There were no hidden agendas/fees, complete transparency with what I should expect, and provided quality work. We replaced all the flooring throughout our main floor (carpet and LVP) and re-carpeted one set of stairs, and everything was done in two days. Anything minor the installers couldnt fix, Jeff came by personally to make sure everything was in good shape and touched up to our standards, also encouraging us to reach out if theres anything else we find that wasnt done to our expectations. I will definitely be calling them first for anymore flooring in the future!

Fellow consumers, if you want new carpeting, or hardwood floors, this is the business to hire! I couldnt have been more impressed from the beginning. Jack was our salesperson and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My wife and I had received quotes from several companies prior to sitting down with Jack. He brought things to our attention that other sales personnel never even entertained. His attention to detail at the very beginning of this process saved us money in the end. There were no surprise costs, as he covered everything!! We had hardwood floors replaced in 3 bedrooms, our dining room, hallway, and closets (with baseboards). The work done by TJ and Chris was impeccable. I kept looking for flaws and found none (which is unbelievable for a big project like this). I cannot say enough about their expertise and attention to detail. They were also patient fellows, as we had 3 kids running around the entire time and a beagle that would snatch their breakfast/lunch throughout the week. My dog really misses you guys! The carpeting also turned out great, as they covered the living room, hallway, and office. As we continue our quest to update our home, the hardwood floor is currently the star of the show! Jeff knows his stuff! I wanted a floor covering in the basement club rooms to replace musky smelling old rugs. I wanted something economical yet attractive without going overboard in cost as I was putting my home on the market. I thought vinyl might work for me so I called this company to see what they had to offer. Jeff has a good selection of samples and helped me select the best one for the job...and...what a job! Check it out! Can you tell from the picture that this is not wood despite the poor lighting? I love the grain and the distressed marks in the plankings that make it look like the real deal. Very happy with my new floors! Kathy Piccoli was so helpful to me when choosing my floors. She was patient and really knows her products! I had my kitchen, diningroom, livingroom, hallway and 2 bathrooms done! What a difference it made! Excellent workmanship. They went above and beyond in my opinion, because I know that I am very particular and not easy to please. I highly recommend them!

STEER CLEAR of FCI of Wexford, owned/operated by Andy and Kathy Piccoli! I made a major investment with them to install hardwood floors throughout my newly purchased house. They subcontracted the floor job to a team whom apparently had no clue what they were doing. The stain and poly application was so poor they had to resand, restain and repoly the floors multiple times to reach satisfaction. Upon inspection on multiple occassions, I had to turn around and leave the house for the quality was so atrocious. Because of the numerous rework efforts, I had to push back our move in date a few days just to allow the floors more time to dry. Fast forward about a year later, I start to observe ghosting (grey streaks) between the wood planks. Takes me another three months to realize its throughout the entire house and getting worse. I reach out to Andy and Kathy. No response (seems to be a trend with their customers). After many attempts to reach them (email, text, phone), they finally come out to inspect the floors a few months later. They first tried to suggest it was our cleaning practice that was creating the issue. We dismissed that (Ive had hardwood floors most of my life). They later had an expert come out to provide his opinion. He deduced the issue to be caused by not allowing enough time for the poly to dry between applications (made sense given rework and timeline crunch). I accepted this and looked to Andy and Kathy to resolve the situation. Instead, after a long pause, Andy and Kathy responded with your past your one year warranty... we will do nothing... youre on your own. The carpeting we put in five of our rooms has a 10 year warranty; but the new floors I put in throughout the rest of the house only have but a one year warranty--who knew, they never pointed that out. They have washed their hands of the situation. I contacted the FCI parent company to no avail. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to which the Piccolis responded with deceit and complete omission of the rework events. Im so very disappointed, truly sad, people like this exist, who have no integrity, no decency and no conscience. Shame on them. Steer clear of Andy and Kathy Piccoli and tell all your friends, neighbors and colleagues to do so as well. I experience a heart break everyday when I see my floors. No one should feel that way, especially after such an investment.
