The prices were WAY better than we’d expected.We asked for a rush installation, and this is where they REALLY came through. They were able to get installation done less than 2 weeks from our sales consultation! We were waiting on the install to finish moving in, so this was a huge help.The installers were professional, pleasant, quick and efficient. They did a superb job, and left the place spotless. Our tile for the kitchen backsplash came in and was ready to be installed in January but the wrong tile was delivered. Josh super awesome, re-ordered the correct tile. Im glad I decided to stop in at North Hills Molyneaux. They had a great selection of carpets. Rob Celedonia, our design consultant, was a nice guy and helped us out letting us take home some samples of their carpets to see how they would look in our house. He also gave us advice on how he thought the carpet runner would look best on our stairs.Everything turned out perfect! The installation went smooth and our new carpet runner looks great.We will definitely be using North Hills Molyneaux in the future to get new carpets upstairs. They get the job done right.

Mike Cruz at Molyneaux was a pleasure to work with, he was able to come out to our house the day we called and give us a quote. I chose Molyneaux because I thought that they would do the best job. Mike was very professional the whole time, and really made me feel like he knew what he was doing, unlike another company we had consulted. He was very courteous as we had had a trauma in our house, and he knew we needed the carpet replaced ASAP. He even told us to call if we hadnt heard from the  installers by a certain date. They are great to work with and have the best installers--which is the most important part of the process to me. They worked around the issues in our older house and have done multiple projects for us over the last 5+ years. The old stuff still looks great and as good as the new. After a few years of thinking about getting new floors and carpet, we finally decided we were going to start looking.  Our first stop was Molyneaux, we both heard that they have an Excellent Reputation and thought that they would be a good start. From the time we walked through the door we had a great experience.  We spoke to Design Consultant, Mike Cruz, who was incredibly knowledgeable of all of Molyneaux products, he wasnt pushy like some sales people can be.  He was friendly and respectful, and after talking to him for maybe 20 minutes we decided that we werent going anywhere else, we are going to deal with this gentleman for our floors.  My husband and I can be very particular and sometimes a hard sell.  But, with no pressure, we found beautiful carpet for our bedroom, steps and hallway, and vinyl floors for our whole first floor.  Mike came to our house and measured and took pictures and gave us a price that fit right into our budget (and with 0% financing we couldnt beat it).  Soon after, the floors were being put into our home.  The installers were both prompt and  professional with both the flooring and the carpet.  Not only did they do an excellent job with the installation, the job was done sooner than they expected.  The vinyl floors are absolutely gorgeous and easy to clean, and the carpet is plush and beautiful.  So in saying this... Four years ago, we had Molyneaux install carpeting in our family room and they did a beautiful job. So now that we wanted carpeting for two of our bedrooms, they were our first choice. We needed carpet for a room and decided to go with Molyneaux after a family member had a positive experience. Joe Horinka was really helpful in picking out a carpet that would match our furniture but also work with a dog and baby. Molyneaux has products that are excellent in quality and reasonably priced. Our Design Consultant, Michael C., gives special attention to detail. We wanted area rugs. He came to our home with the patterns we choose. He measured and when he priced them, they were not in our budget. We made an appointment to meet with him at the McKnight Road store. He had some patterns picked out that matched our furniture perfectly. The rugs had to be cut to our specifications, so he said they may be delivered 2-3 weeks. We wanted them delivered to our home, but that would add to the expense. So Michael said he would have them delivered to the store and he would bring them to our home and help us move things around to lay the rugs down. Hows that for excellent customer service!

Joe was helpful and very pleasant. He made picking out new carpet easy. The installers were kind and on time. They didn’t wear their masks even though we asked them too. They have great product we are very happy with the carpet.

We had a wonderful experience all around with Molyneaux. Our design consultant Renee Rozzi was amazing and helped us locate flooring that matched up with our walls/ kitchen. The install team (David Recendiz) was great and did an amazing job. If i needed any other floors again i would use him for sure. Only minor hiccup was he was not given all of the caulking for the floor around our stone walls. So they sent another installer out to finish this off, however is caulking does not look as nice as David did. It had to do since we needed to move into the house that week. All around great people to work with. We will not hesitate to call Renee again, and have David be our man again!

Weve used Molyneaux Tile Carpet Wood for all of our carpeting needs since we moved into our home in 1996. They always do a nice job. We worked with Mike Cruz to select our carpet. He was very pleasant, not pushy and very responsive. The installation team of Mike and Steve did a very fast and beautiful job installing the new carpet on our three sets of stairs and hallway. They also did a great job removing the old carpet and cleaning up. They even left us a larger piece of leftover carpet and cut us a smaller piece for the bottom of our garage steps. We especially like the new tonal color of the carpet, which doesnt show the dirt or cat hair! :)

We purchased our home in October, 2019 and the only room we knew wed want interior work done in, would be the kitchen. The flooring was sheeted vinyl, circa 1980s maybe. We began the process of getting bids this past Feb. and March. Steve Porter came to our home for the initial visit with us quite certain we wanted ceramic flooring for the kitchen. Steve listened as we explained what we wanted and had several sample types with him. It was a good visit and he showed us some luxury vinyl tile that is very popular these days due to its realness and being able to provide the look of wood or stone and even with the textures of both. After his visit, we were sure we would go with LVT no matter which company we chose after receiving quotes.Then, along came the pandemic and everyone we contacted were forced to close. At least, that gave us further time to read about luxury vinyl. Once we went into the yellow phase of reopening, Steve didnt forget about us and called the day before reopening, to schedule another visit to move the process along. He was the only Representative to follow-up from the additional quotes we received. We were impressed. The second visit was short, Steve had brought LVT samples and we immediately saw what we wanted. Finally, our new floor was on the schedule!The Molyneaux office phoned about a week after Steves final visit. The materials would be delivered June 1st (They need a few days to acclimate to our home environment) and the installation would be June 4th. The materials were delivered on-time as promised but the real bonus was that the installation could be moved up a day to June 3rd due to a last minute opening.Our installers called promptly 30 minutes ahead around 7:30am on June 3rd. They arrived by 8am and got right to work. John and his partner (Unsure of his name) took over from there. They were very pleasant company and did a great job during the install. We were surprised how clean the install was as it was being completed and by 4pm, we had a new kitchen floor.It hasnt been quite a week since our floor was installed. We love it! LVT cleans up nicely and are so happy we did not choose ceramic tile in the kitchen. The whole process start to finish went great especially given that it fell over such a difficult, uncertain period. One plus for us, Molyneauxs pricing was already competitive but the reopening brought us additional rebates! Wed definitely recommend Molyneaux to anyone considering new flooring and if they are lucky, theyll get to work with Steve Porter!

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Molyneaux. My fiance and I bought a house and had an appointment with another company to have carpet installed in one of the rooms. The company told us last minute that they wouldnt make it to us before our deadline, so I contacted Molyneaux that (Sunday) evening. Monday morning I was contacted by Stephanie at Molyneaux, our measurement appt was scheduled for Tuesday Morning, and our carpet was installed Wednesday morning. Recently had Coretec Luxury Planking and Carpeting installed. Our sales consultant, Michael Cruz, went out of his way to obtain samples no longer in showroom. Entire project went off as planned. Molyneaux wasnt least expensive bid but was most thorough when measuring and explaining process. Would recommend .

Molyneaux installed Vinyl flooring in my Chiropractic office. Every aspect of my experience was 5 Stars! Mike Jackson did a great job consulting with us. In addition to doing the installation, George, Adam and Scipio went above and beyond to help me get rid of and move furniture as well as other little things that they werent responsible for. The floors look perfect! Every single patient that comes in compliments how nice they look. I would never hire anyone other than them to do carpet or floors in the future!

Excellent experience from start to finish! Highly recommend. We had a stair runner and bedroom carpeted. Our sales rep was knowledgeable and extremely helpful and the installation was seamless. All COVID safety precautions were taken very seriously. We will be repeat customers for sure.

Our Molyneaux experience was flawless, especially given the current pandemic. Scheduling an in home consultation on their website was easy and smooth. We were contacted within the time frame stated in the email for our in home consultation and worked with Stephanie Wagner. She asked for details for our project and what colors we were interested. Upon her arrival and during the consultation, she followed all the guidelines that have been recommended due to the pandemic, which we truly appreciated. She also brought several samples with different colors and styles. She was knowledgeable and understood our needs. Most of all, she was not pushy and respected that we needed time to decide. After agreeing to move forward, the installation scheduling went smoothly. The installers arrived and began promptly and work quickly. We have worked with numerous contractors and companies as we update our home and Molyneux has by far been a top company to work with for the entire process.

Molyneaux installed new carpet in our Family Room. Joe Horinka was very informative and brought all the right color samples for us to review. The consultation was quick and easy and he gave us a quote right there. We looked at a few other carpet stores but decided to go with Molyneaux. The carpet was installed a few weeks later. The install team was very professional and did a great job. The whole experience was excellent and painless. We would definitely use them for another flooring project.

Molyneaux is perfect for any flooring project. Our Design Consultant, Michael Cruz, was very knowledgeable and professional. We talked with him in the MCKNIGHT store and he brought samples to our house. We ordered carpets for a living room and a bedroom. Our carpets were installed within 3 weeks, which we thought was very fast. The two installers, Jeremy and Chris, did a fantastic job. They moved furniture before they started and moved all furniture back after they were done. Would definitely recommend everyone to use Molyneaux and will chose Molyneaux for our next flooring project.

We were so excited that Molyneaux was opening just in time for us to get carpet for our remodel. I called to have someone come to our house to measure our area and they were able to send someone out the next day and he even brought carpet samples of the colors that we requested. The home visit made it so easy to get everything done in a snap without even leaving the house. The carpet was installed by a professional team and it looked beautiful. We would definitely purchase flooring again from this company and we were so thankful for Rick, our salesman for being so knowledgeable and on top of things.

Called Molyneaux to set up an in-home consultation. After discussing my project and what we were looking for on the phone, Joe Horinka, the design consultant, brought carpet samples to my home. When we didn’t find exactly what we were looking for, he offered to come back the next day with more samples, which he did. Both times he arrived on time (wearing a mask for COVID) and was very friendly and helpful. Once we decided on the carpet, the installation process went smoothly and we were very happy with the results. Even though it wasn’t a big project, everyone at Molyneaux was very friendly and professional and did a great job.

I wish that I could write two separate reviews: one for the sales and customer service experience and one for the install team (except the final time a crew was sent; that crew was amazing!). We contacted Molyneaux to have flooring and baseboards installed in two bedrooms and a hallway. Rob C. worked with us through our ever changing decisions-we went from having hardwood installed to having luxury vinyl plank installed and he was kind, patient, and understanding when I changed my mind prior to install. The install team came and completed the install in one day. I noticed issues immediately, such as open nail holes on the baseboards that werent caulked, no caulk above baseboards, no closet doors were reinstalled, and the floor in the hallway was spongey when you walked on it, flexing quite a bit. I brought this to the attention of the installers before they left to be told thats how its supposed to be. They went as far to tell me what caulk to buy and how to fill in the holes. When we tried to hang the closet doors back up ourselves, we realized the baseboards were installed in a way that would not accommodate the doors. We contacted our sales rep, Rob, who immediately had customer service contact us to send a crew out to fix the issues. They came out for a second time (I think the same guy who was here the first time) and were able to fix the baseboards around the closet doors, and caulked, however did a terrible job caulking. It appeared to have been globbed on and not wiped off, a piece of baseboard was installed cracked, and nothing was done with the spongey hallway flooring at that point. Sent pictures to customer service and a crew came out a third time. The hallway was fixed at this point which was great because the pieces, due to the flex, had disconnected. The man caulked and it looked a lot better, but still really globby and there was paint everywhere. The cracked baseboard was not fixed. Its a fine line between micromanaging and trusting someone to do their job and I wished I didnt have to micromanage. Its awkward to tell someone how to do their job when the same person told us thats how its supposed to be. Spoke with customer service again who agreed to give us a $700 refund (less than 10% but still better than nothing) for the inconvenience of having to have a crew return for a fourth time, and also offered to replace all the baseboards. The last crew came and did a fantastic job with the baseboards, the difference in craftsmanship was night and day. I wished they did the install the first time and this huge headache could have been avoided. Overall we are finally happy with the floors and baseboards that were initially installed in September. Its a real shame about the first three install crew experiences because I have only positive things to say about the sales and customer service staff.

Great experience with Susan Polaski. Susan has gone above and beyond having selections that were a great fit for our home. We picked out new carpeting for two rooms in our home. The process was clear and we are excited with the results! We have plan on using Molyneaux for more need upgrades in our home. We have also mentioned the experience with our friends.

Molyneaux knocks it out of the park. My design consultant was Stephany Wagner. She came right to my house with a pile of samples, and helped me find one that went well with my design style and budget. Installers did a great job, nice and quick, moved everything and left me with a beautiful new (feeling) home. I couldnt recommend more.

Like most family during this epidemic, my spouse and i decided to remodel a bed room.We needed carpeting after painting the room. We enlisted help from Renee Rozzi who is a in home consultant at the Molyneaux Mcknight store . Scheduling was easy and Renne was prompt calling us to state what day and time she was coming. She also was interested in our project and color scheme.Renee arrived promptly and had a nice assortment of carpet sample to review. We decided on a wall to wall carper in a light shade of gray. All paper work and payment was taken care of during the in home consultation. The entire process was very smooth.We would use this service again in the future.
