I had a nice Persian run and an okay Chinese runner cleaned by WRG. They were a pleasure to work with. Everything was friendly and professional. I brought the rug to the store and they brought it back to my home. They fixed one corner of the Persian rug that was coming undone. Definitely recommend.

I purchased a beautiful rug from here recently and was pleased with everything about it. A month after i got the rug I spilled coffee on it. Took it back to the Woven Rug Gallery and they made it look brand new with the excellent cleaning they do there. The owner and people working here were very friendly. And the owner himself is very knowledgeable about rugs he is selling. Would not go anywhere else but here for a rug or a rug cleaning.

I recently took my white wool flokati rug to Woven Rug Gallery to be cleaned.I had it stored in a closet for the past 30 yrs. and over time the rug had yellowed. I hoped having it cleaned well would brighten up the fabric. Theydid a beautiful job with the cleaning. I was so pleased I brought in another area rug which they did a great job cleaning as well.
