This place f@&$ing rocks. I met my first woman here. I also used to get Popcorn here but they took it away. I thought that was gross, but I still go sometimes. Honestly, I think Urban Air is better but I hate their clothes.

They always have a great selection of things I need and some (I dont] the store was full today and not just with people panic buying it was good to see that . The cashiers are always friendly which I know isnt always easy to be dealing with the different people out there. I also notice they have people going around and wiping the machines with Antiseptic wipes A important thing to do in the times we are living in. Way to go Target!

I found Cars adjustable toddler skates! Did not find them at Walmart, or anything close to it.Was actually looking for Buzz Lightyear themed skates but these will do!

They have the worst “drive up” in the Pittsburgh area. Older, short, red head is rude. Even though the drive up lanes have directional arrows, they let the idiots pull in any way that they want. Probably will not do pickup here again unless it’s the only option in Pittsburgh.

Trust... OK, Really now, My Target inside Target is Howard. Howard sold me a new cell phone & set it all up too. 1.5 hours it took, as usual, maybe, problems ? of course ! This, that, then that and this. Howard Never flinched, people in line, I know he felt bad but I was there first. He had no help. He didnt say that, I did though. Howard is Five Stars as Target is Yes. So Cool and Calm he was and is. I sure hope Target much appreciates Howard as I sure Appreciate Much what he did for me. This Guy is So Good !... Please Recognize Him For me, You Go Howard, Yea...!

I was a pain in the neck to your staff - I placed an order online and needed help getting it to my car due to my knee injury. I did everything wrong - apparently should have ordered by app to get the drive up service and instead placed a call to guest services. The staff member arranged to bring my order out to my car herself and was even cheerful about it!!! That is the kind of service that deserves to be rewarded.

Target is always fresh and clean and has all of the products I am looking for. Im never dissatisfied with Target when I go there.

Friendly service and product availability

This Target is fantastically positioned for travelers frequenting the nearby plethora of hotels. We had a few things we needed to pick up before continuing on our road trip the next day and the Target here was super convenient. Well done, although it could use an entrance facing the road to make it easier for pedestrians to enter.

They had real inventory when I placed the order. A crib and mattress was very important for my visiting granddaughter. The items were ready in a couple hours that same day.

They were fast and helpful and even loaded up the truck for us. Great for when you have your pregnant wife send you to pick up and online order of large stuff.

This Targets location is nice. Big parking area. Not too much traffic. Starbucks and small popcorn shop I side is nice feature. Good collection of kids toys and seasonal items. Price match, return, online order pick from store are available in this store as well. Other than their bathroom usage policy I normally like shopping with Target and overall like the store.

I scanned something with the app and it came up 15.00 and when I checked out it came up 25. I took it over to customer service and she returned it and matched the price.

Store conditions were ok. A lot of out of stocks and unorganized product. What makes this a 4 out of 5 is the friendly and helpful staff. Bailey the store manager went above and beyond to make my wife and I happy. He was great.

The manager Jerrod satisfied my expectations when I purchased a rare product in electronics. He went above and beyond in service. Jeremy and the Ladies from the Electronics Dept gave good service as well.

When I went through the self checkout, I used a gift card. I scanned the card like the instructions said to do. It asked to ENTER the security code. I could not read the numbers so I asked for assistance. The man came over and I told him what happened. He told me to scan the barcode to which I explained I did. He then said to me “You’re no too bright are you. You have to scan the little barcode as well”. I told him that the instructions were not clear to which he said again, “You’re not too bright are you”.

This is a nice store, like most other Target locations. Very clean and well organized, too. I like Target, and this store is no different from most of the others Ive been to. Worth the visit if youre in the area.

Stopped to buy some tee shirts, their shelves were almost empty so I went to the super center next door to spend my money. I ask, how hard is it to keep shelves stocked? Brick and mortar stores wonder why they lose business to online.

Good store overall. There are never enough cashiers though and waiting to checkout for at least 10 minutes is a constant. Needs a better cashier : customer ratio. Other than that, no problems.

I picked up a red phone and they promised helpful in 60 seconds. A young man came running up and asked what he could help me with and had time to spare. He then checked their inventory for the item off the bridal registry. They only had two in the back so he brought them both out gave me one and put the other on the shelf. You could not of asked for better service. My only regret is I did not take note of his name so he can get the credit.

I used to love going to Target but on recent trip, it just seemed a bit dumpy.....a lot of items out of stock, especially their name brand, shelves seemed half empty and in a disarray. Good store! They sell everything you need. They also have a restaurant and portrait studio. My husband and I came here to get our engagement photos taken before our wedding. The photos came out beautiful! The photo packages are $250, so I wouldnt do it unless you have a groupon!

Even though I went to the store to pick up the item near Christmas, the line at the Customer Service desk was short and it was a quick and easy process. The employees at Kohl’s were also very helpful and polite.

So, last week I went into Target. Unfortunately the cashier was new/inexperienced. I received a $10 giftcard but the cashier did not know how to use the coupons for my purchase. I was told by the cashier to go to customer service which I did. Cashier totalled my coupons and I received a giftcard for that amount. Tonight in Target I attempt to use the $10 giftcard and was told to call the number on the back with the code 726. Called customer support and was told that I needed to go back to Target with my old receipt in order to receive a new giftcard. This would be fine if I lived close but I dont. Listen Target I love the idea of hiring teenagers/young adults for Christmas help but can you at least train them properly before putting them on the floor/behind a cash register. Now, I was put on hold and customer support never picked up after holding for 17 minutes. This is not how you treat customers! Do better!

I was in the store today around 3 pm. What a mess! Womens and misses clothes in no order or fashion. Same with boys, infants and girls! And in the holiday section, things were strewn about, with quite a few items on the floor. It looked like a huge yard sale! Sooo disappointed. I am not used to Targets looking like this store!

This is in particular to the Target Store Website. I have a baby registry and I havent found all of the desired items Id like in-store. So I turned to the online registry and the website is TERRIBLE for registering. It presents with error messages because the page wont load and when browsing more items to add on to your registry, the item you click on will not load so that you can add it and read item details. Its extremely frustrating. I had to call the customer service helpline and they identified that its an IT issue with the website (not my computer, browser or network connection). I still have updating to do and my shower is at the end of this month. Im becoming frustrated. I registered at Target and Babies R Us, and I know that Target has better prices...but looks like Ill be adding more items to my Babies R Us registry because theirs actually WORKS!

Apparently there is no choice -- you must use self checkout at this store. Doesnt matter if items are awkward or if youre having trouble, Employees are totally unconcerned and unresponsive. I regret checking out at all. I should have set my basket down and left.
