Been going here for years. Donuts are great and the owner is always very pleasant. Our favorite donut is the glazed sour creme donut, it cant be beat! I have tried it at another donut connection location about 30 miles away near my work it was good but not nearly as good as here. This place by far the best!!!!

I live like a minute away and love this donut spot. It’s top tier way better than any donuts I’ve ever had in my life. No joke. 5 stars all day. PS. I WOULD LOVE TO SEE THIS PLACE GET A FACE LIFT, inside and out… it’s looked the same since I was practically born and Now it’s 25yrs later. Still the look of this outdated place doesn’t affect the great tasting food you get here. But it would be a much more welcoming environment if you get me.

For some reason the fact that I can buy QUALITY donuts and blunts in the same place (that isn’t a GetGo) just brings me peace and the girl in there is nice. 5 stars

Excellent customer service the little man running that place up there its just absolutely wonderful. Donuts are always fresh and infrastructurand if for some reason something wasnt freshly baked that day he is upfront and honest about it about it when making your selections. They also accept EB T which I think is a wonderful thing. Being a mom of 3 kids it actually was a it was a nice little relief hes released that I was able to use my EB T card instead of paying cashEspecially during these hard times this past year.

Best Donuts, Delicious Coffee, and great customer service, what more can you want! The staff here are some of the sweetest people around. Not much seating so we take our treats to go, still just as good when we get home though.

This is a great little place to stop for a coffee along your way. They can doll your drink up like a barista if thats what you like.I enjoy a good cup of coffee in the morning and I rarely find something to suit my taste when traveling. This option however was a pleasant surprise.As far as drinking from Styrofoam, I found that Donut Connection is better than most other grab-n-go and their prices are reasonable enough to make them an affordable part of a morning commute. (Obviously, nothing can replace home brew.)Finally, the off street parking is easy to get into and out of as well.

My dad works here so I gotta give a fresh 5 stars. Speaking of fresh, these donuts are fresh delicious. And the sandwhiches are SO GOOD. Dunkin Donuts is NOTHING compared to Donut Connection. Amazing prices and great service, too. The owner is also a very nice man. I highly recomend going here if youre nearby. Heck, Ill go across the country to taste these amazing donuts! 👍

Basically an off brand Dunkin Donuts, but the donuts lowkey might be better.

Good food and they are open early. They dont have all options as the competition but I would recomend this place and their prices are definitely lower than others.

Old-school coffee and donut joint outfitted in a classic Dunkin Donuts building with many yesteryear charms from the New England chain. Owner was very pleasant, donuts had a real, fresh-baked taste, very unlike Dunkin Donuts of today.

I should have thought to leave this place a 5 star review years ago! Great coffee & delicious sandwiches. But above all else AMAZING customer service. The owners/employees are consistently some of the nicest people I’ve ever encountered. My favorite place to get my morning coffee because they simply just brighten my day with their kindness. Everyone should try them out!!!

They have the freshest deli meats and will make up delicious Italian hoagies to order. So good. Customer service is excellent. Donuts baked on site .way way better than Dunkin donuts

The owner was so helpful and pleasant that it made the experience even better. I ended up not only buying the dozen donuts that I went in for, but also a 6 inch turkey hoagie (SO much fresher and better than anything at Subway) and I also purchased a hot chai tea and some snacks! Highly recommend!

Ive been a fan of this location for a long time. I used to live in the area and walk here frequently, but I moved away a couple years ago. Now I just visit whenever Im on this side of town, and the guy who runs the place still remembers me and asks how Im doing. I like that, I like knowing that hes still there doing his thing and that he cares who walks through his door.Also, the coffee is amazing and the blueberry donuts are incredible.

I go to donut connection just about every other day. Because they make the best mango and strawberry and banana smoothies. Besides the staff there are very wonderful people too, and dont forget that they do make good donuts and sandwiches there at a reasonable price I recommend it to everybody I have told all my friends to go there for the smoothies.

I love donut connection! Amazing sammiches, they make special requests. I got a BLT with an egg on a croissant. Best damn sandwich Ive bought in a hot minute. They have good coffee, awesome frappes, etc.

Really love the donuts here but more then that I love the employees. They are so nice and really care about their customers. He also sells lunch meat cheaper than anywhere else in the city and its really good! I would recommend this particular donut connection to everyone.

Coffee Donuts & crawlers are delicious. The atmosphere made you feel at home the employees were very professional, nice and kind. Even though I was in a neighborhood where they dont have many of my race I was treated with a smile and very friendly, 81 with a cane and they helped me. I will continue to go there even though Im not a sweets eater or a coffee drinker, I became one because of the delicious donuts and coffee.

Such a great establishment. If I could give it ten stars I would. The staff is friendly and always greet you when you stop in, I live across the street and take care of my elderly disabled mom and everytime I stop in they always ask how my mom is doing. The store is always clean too. In my opinion they have the best coffee in Pittsburgh. If youre in Carrick and want to have a quick bite in a warm inviting environment Donut Connection is the place for you.

I was told this location and one in New Castle are the only two remaining locations. This one had a sizable selection of donuts left for between 7&8 pm when I went in. They were pretty fresh I guess and they had a large menu board of sandwiches you could also order..The place was clean but very outdated inside. The worker was kind and very informative to us with our questions about the other locations..

Theyre not only a place to find some really goid donuts but they make fresh subs, lunch and breakfast sandwiches. You can eat there or just grab some coffee and hang out.I get my smokes there too. Theres a lot to like in this family owned donut shop.
