Super small inside, tight isle, no beer section, no public bathrooms, difficult location to get in and out of for gas.

The food was terrible. I got a BBQ quesadilla and it came with no BBQ sauce. Not even on the side, and the quesadilla was not good in the first place. Got some cheesesticks with marinara on the side, they were soft and wet. Then get this one, no marinara. I wouldnt have minded so much of the sticks were decent and I didnt pay extra for sauce. Wendys is right across the street, just go there. Lady behind the counter was sweet. The lady in the kitchen had no manners.

2 stars to the reviewers of this GetGo location, but 5 stars to the station itself. Im sorry but this is the cultural center of Lawrenceville whether you like it or not. Most representative cross section of the town, most colorful place. Its actually the most interesting place in Lawrenceville. If youre not up to anything else at 2:45 am and youre into interactive anthropology, come on down and mix and mingle. You wont be disappointed. Plus: they have gasoline and food. I dont know what else the reviewers are looking for. OK OK, so theyre out of stock for something or the coffee is stale? Thats Pittsburgh, thats the beauty of it. This living piece of art, this cultural heritage: she is a reflection our life itself. It works like that. GetGo is who we are.

Worst getgo in Pittsburgh. The hot food takes forever and it’s usually wrong. Don’t waste your money or time.

Not bad as far as Getgos go. Parking was pretty tight, but thats to be expected for the location. Selection was somewhat less than a larger store, but still good. Food order speed was good. Staff was not exactly friendly.

I often go to thia store its great.. weekends can be a little hectic as well you may see a fight and or its packed with drunks, either way its entertaining. The food is good they actually have a nice selection of hot food for a quick change from your normal fast food.

Just wanted a small thing of syrup with my food but it was impossible to get. The ‘cook’ said I had to get it from the cashier who didn’t have any and didn’t know how much it was, the cashier asked the cook for it so he could ring me up and the cook said “not right now” I ended up leaving without it. Cook is extremely rude to customers and his fellow staff

Do not waste your time here if you have a big tank. Extremely slow pumps - I timed them at about 23 seconds per gallon so itll take you about 7&1/2 minutes to fill a 20 gallon tank.

They have fuel. And a convenience store. Its a good place to get whatever you need to hit the road. I wonder why I comment on a gas station.

Its a well known fact around Pittsburgh that you should avoid this place at all costs. If thats the case then you would figure that corporate would clean house especially in an upcoming spot like Lawrenceville where people are starting to expect at the very least good quality. Unfortunately, I came here recently because I was low on gas and needed to eat before I went out. Ill skip over the part where I almost had to literally fight for one of the 4 gas pump spots and go right to the part about the food. The chick making it quickly threw it on the counter when she was done and just said here you go and disappeared. No number call (I was not the only one there). Apparently she also doesnt know how to toast a hoagie and she ALSO doesnt know when its appropriate to throw out CLEARLY bad food. I got jalapeno poppers that were undercooked (how thats possible with a fried item is beyond me, soggy and soft. Great. Thanks. I think Ill skip the food poisoning. If you arent convinced yet, Ill say it again, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I didnt think there could be a worse get go than the one on 18th St in South side. Boy was I wrong...

I go there to get fuel every night. In my employers vehicle.. And 99% of the time the printer is offline and I cant get a receipt for my fuel.

I’m a loyal customer of all Giant Eagle retail stores. That said I’ve been to many and this is the worst Getgo I have ever been. I am usually forced to use this location because it is the most convenient. This one only earns one star because of location and product selection. The MTO food: inconsistent, long wait times. It’s basically the same exact food at every location, but this one seems to take the same ingredients and instructions and just destroy them. The employees are fairy friendly but need a lesson in professionalism, have fun at work but your kikiing shouldn’t get in the way of serving the customer. There’s an obvious climate of: management is not here so rules are out the window, it’s very obvious when the boss is there. Uniforms are only ever on during busy mornings.Gas station: few pumps but small lot. The hand sanitizer at each pump station has been broken for some time. The first thing I look for when judging a store Getgo is if the sani pumps are looked after. I’ve seen multiple employees smoking cigarettes while trash overflows in the lot.

This location is at a pretty busy intersection and it only has 4 pumps, so it can get pretty congested with everyone trying to get in at the same time. The line to check out in the store can really get unnecessarily long in the mornings, mostly because people get checked out at such a slow pace for some reason.

I let the cashier know that the half and half at the coffee bar had spoiled. He took it from me and told me itll be awhile until someone can get to that. So, Ive left without coffee...or food. I feel like it was my fault, and the cashier talked down to me...poor customer service. Cashier wasnt wearing a name tag. Heard a customer refer to him as harpo. He was mid 40s with braids. Bad bad bad

Pumps are soooo slow. Line inside also soooo slow with one cashier. I spent a half an hour in this visit. Horrible.

Twas just stopping by to pick up some Made To Order, what I ordered they didnt have some specifics, but hey it happens right?

They have always been welcoming when I come in for anything I need.

Ive never experienced such terrible customer service as I did tonight here. I will never return to this location.

Employee insulted and almost fought a customer because her heels broke in the store and she couldnt wear them even though she was told she had to to be inside.

Never get a full tank of gas here because the tanks are on sloped ground, so dont use your full perks at this one.
