Rather than locking the door, guilt tripped me into leaving after 5 minutes of browsing and and rudely forced me out from an inconvenient exit instead of the one I exited from. Closing @ 7 in this day and age? Really?Just tell me youre closed, dont let me in after closing, trash store.

As far as Rite Aids go, this one was large and had friendly service. Not the best for aesthetics, but a pharmacy is not exactly a place youd go to for that.

I have chronic health conditions and have gotten prescriptions filled monthly for years at various pharmacies around pittsburgh. I have NEVER had the kind of problems and issues at ANY pharmacy as I have had at this one and I have only been using it for three months. when I first went there with a prescription to fill they told me we dont have that medication. not - we can order it for you or anything like that just we dont have it and I had to ask what did they mean and push to be told they could/ would order it. Later, I was given dangerous and incorrect health information when I called to ask about some medication I may have taken incorrectly, which was such bad and potentially hazardous information that the poison control center had to call and reprimand the pharmacist. Then they seemed to arbitrarily decide that I needed to show ID for a medication that they had already given me 3 times with no ID and that I have NEVER at any other pharmacy including any other Rite Aid, had to show ID for. Not having the correct ID I then have to go a few days without my medication because I have to find another pharmacy that IS COMPETENT and RESPECTFUL and CONSISTENT and knows what customer service is. I dont know why I kept going back, it is dirty and the pharmacists and techs are horrible. The location was convenient I guess and I wanted to keep giving it the benefit of the doubt. Please beware when you go here that they have no problem giving you health advice that could potentially kill you or arbitrarily deciding they are just not going to give you your prescription on any given day and too bad if you needed it for your health. Disgusting.

Its a pretty standard rite aid drug and convenience store. But the staff is always helpful, the hours are good for even after work and given that they are consistently one of the busiest rite aids Ive ever been in, they do an amazing job of keeping it well stocked and clean

Nice little pharmacy and store. Always a long line during lunch hours. Use the 6th Street Entrance, its a lot clearer.

The customer service here is average but I dont mind that. I dont expect all of the employees to be jolly all the time. The lines are long during lunch hour but thats to be expected. I always find what Im looking for and the employees Ive spoken too are nice.

I am from VA and needed a medical supply. The sign said closed at 6pm Saturday however doors were locked at 5:46pm and no one came to the door when I knocked. I was SOOO disappointed and in distress. Shameful.

This store has horrible customer service. It’s dirty and the employees are just rude. You can tell the employees are overworked and mistreated. Horrible experience!!

Okay rite aid. Okay staff. Small store, not a lot of options. They should expand the store and add more options since this store is located downtown and gets a lot of traffic.

Everybody is great worker and great store but the young woman Jailene has a bad attitude that rubs off on workers and customers that isnt well, suggest it gets fixed before it makes store look bad

Please increase your staff. You are guaranteed to wait in line at least 10 minutes because only 1 cashier is working on either end and most of them are excruciatingly slow. I avoid this tore because of the unnecessarily long wait.

Its a place that will actually help the people.
