Armina Stone is a poorly, run unpleasant company that doesn’t stand behind their work whatsoever. I live in the Bakery Village townhomes in East Liberty and Armina was contracted by Infinity Custom Homes (the builder) to do our countertops. Within months the quartz rail in front of our cooktop cracked on either side and fell. Armina pushed back as much as possible (no, I don’t sit, lean, or stand on a 1” wide piece of countertop, thanks for asking) before agreeing to do the repair. They first sent an installer out on the wrong day and lied when confronted with that (I had camera footage). The repair was completed with jagged seams that didn’t match the previous clean look at all, and the cooktop was left uncaulked to move around in the hole. The scheduler raised her voice to me when I called to ask about that.A few months after the initial repair the quartz rail behind the cooktop also started to crack and fall, followed by the front one they’d just “fixed”. Due to the pandemic we weren’t able to have them come fix it, so as soon as things became less restricted we reached out to see what could be done. Now they’re saying we’re out of warranty for something that broke almost immediately (clearly it was a sloppy job) and our poor builder is stuck taking time out of his busy schedule to advocate for us in hopes they’ll make it right this time. I wouldn’t wish my experience with this company on my worst enemy. Avoid if at all possible.

Fabulous from start to finish, our salesman was knowledgeable, personable, no pressure and kind--thanks Daniel. The installers and finishers were focused, tidy, efficient and worked with surgical precision--they know their business. Oh! The cost was so much lower than we expected AND our countertop is gorgeous!!!

In our 54 years of marriage and dealing with many businesses we have to say this company should have 10 stars. From the start of project, Sue called and set up Pat to come and take measurements and within a day or two we gotThe call when they would come and put our Quartz in. Nick and helper came and did a great job. Follow up calls to make sure everythingwas good. I can’t say enough of their work ethics, how everyone that I came in contact with did their job 100%. If you want your job done correct and on time DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.During the first install of my countertop one piece was cut to small and did not fit. They scheduled the return visit in 2 weeks. On the second attempt, my scheduled time slot was 12:00 - 5:00pm. I called twice to get an updated time and both times I was told they would check with the installer and call me back but I never received a return call.No one showed or called so at 5:45 I left and drove the 1/2 home. At 6:45 I get a call that they are on their way. I meet them there and this time the piece is to large and wont fit!!!For third attempt to install the final piece I was given a time slot of 12:00-5:00 and the installer showed up at 10:30 and I could not leave work at that time. Now they have pushed me back another 2 weeks and I have tenants moving in 4 days later and the backsplash still needs to be completed.If you want the job done correct and on time DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

After waiting for 6 weeks for install, these guys never showed up on the scheduled day. No communication.. cheswick schedule managers screwed up as per their local store sales and its not the first time, as per them. I was expecting such goof ups from subcontract resources, but when Armina employs thier own employees, the possibility of standing up customer without notice did not cross my mind.I had to spend additional 1K for the plumber to reconnect and disconnect or stay without a functional kitchen until these guys have me on their schedule.Will never recommend Armina even though their sales did a good job...

Always a pleasure at either location! Great service, great staff, clear communication, and amazing product! The Robinson location provides easier access for those located on the west side of Pittsburgh, with a smaller selection of stoned to choose from, and the staff is amazing! The Cheswick location holds their main inventory and boasts a huge selection of stone (anything from neutral to crazy!). Hands down the best place to go for all your countertop needs.

I was very impressed with the great selection of high quality stone this location had. I was also very impressed with Josh who was very knowledgeable and so helpful in answering all of my questions and was willing to go above and beyond to make sure my experience throughout this process was a great one. I highly recommend Armina Stone for all of your stone needs!!!

Armina Stone did a beautiful job on my parents kitchen! Installers were very professional and full of knowledge. Job was done with in 10 days from picking the stone to installation and sales staff made it so easy and helped my parents through the whole process. Great job Armina Stone!

I would like to start off by saying that I will be recommending Armina Stone to everyone I know! I had a very excellent experience at the Armina Stone Warehouse in Robinson. The warehouse was more like an art museum!We met with Josh as our salesman, he was very responsive, and extremely helpful. He walked us around the showroom a few times (a lot of walking) until we decided on the perfect slab. 11 days, the entire process only took 11 days from the day that I placed my order, until the day the install was complete. My wife and I received outstanding service, there were amazing stone selections, and awesome staff to assist you in finding your perfect match!Thank you Armina Stone.

Professional company with good work culture. They also have a huge selection of marble and granite countertops, so if youre looking youll most likely find an attractive slab. Its good to see them expand in Pittsburgh.

We were disappointed with our service from Armina Stone (which was ordered through Home Depot). My husband stayed home from work on a Wednesday to have our counters and sink ripped out, and I stayed home from work the next day (Thursday) to have the new counters installed. Unfortunately, the countertop was all created in one piece, rather than having a seam under the sink, and the granite cracked before the men were able to install it.I certainly understand these things happen. The men who were there to install were very apologetic. However, we didnt hear from the Project Manager for almost 8 hours to determine when this would be fixed, and then had to go 5 additional days with no counters, sink, or the ability to use our dishwasher while we waited for new counters. My husband spoke with Armina Stone and Home Depot several times, and we were disappointed by the lack of concern or remorse they showed for our inconvenience.I must say, our counters are gorgeous and we are thrilled with the results, but were disappointed with the service we received along the way.

My fiancé and I are looking to remodel the kitchen in our house that we purchased last May, we have shopped around at a few locations & a friend suggested we stop at Armina Stone. We were greeted with such respect & enthusiasm which already made me want to finalize our purchase before even beginning. We sat down with Josh and showed him our layouts, he showed us what we were able to consider while staying within our price range. He also entertained our children which was awesome! The slabs are so unique & beautiful. Seeing the slabs all lined up it really gives you perspective as to what the finished product will look like! By far the best selections of natural stone that i have seen in the tri state area. My husband and i have been looking for quartzite for the last 6 months now. And finally we take one walk through Arminas Showroom and we feel in love. Are salesman Josh was so helpful and kind with us through the whole process. and it only took 2 weeks to install! also the install team was very polite and their workmanship was top notch, you can tell they have been doing this for a while.If you want or need a countertop, i will for ever recommendArmina Stone to everyone i know.thanks again guys!!

I had another amazing job done by Armina Stone today with beautiful Black beauty leathered granite ! Their new showroom in Robinson is top notch and a nice addition to their main location in Cheswick for my customers to make their stone selection. I have to say with my over 30 years in the Home building industry Armina Stone has been the easiest fabrication and installation shop that I have ever worked with! I have over 35 customer jobs done so far with them and no complains or problems and the two week turn around was unbelievable. I highly recommend that if you need stone counter tops stop in and check them out!

If there was a zero star rating, thats what they would getThey screwed up my island countertop 3 times. They never gave me a preliminary drawing the first time and installed a counter I did not want with a huge, noticeable seam in the middle. They did not polish the waterfall edges.When they did another one, they made sure they waited as long as they could before they installed the second countertop. This time, they did send a preliminary drawing BUT didnt drill the 3 holes that were supposed to be in it for the sink, soap dispenser and garbage disposal button. So, because of them not following their own prelim drawing, the plumber installed the garbage disposal on the wrong side. After being told several times, they finally came out and drilled the 3rd hole. At that point, the plumber had to remove the garbage disposal and button and place it on the correct side...causing some scratches and such to a brand new sink and disposal.Meanwhile, since the very start of this project, I requested that I get the sink cut out from the island. Every single time they came out, I never received the sink cut out...although I paid for that part of the island. I did not pay for the island top MINUS the sink cut out. After complaining several times and having my contractor complain to them, they finally gave me a piece of a countertop. It is small like a postage stamp. And they tried to pawn this off saying it was my sink cutout. My sink is a double bowl and the cutout is not even the size of one side of my sink. I would never ever, in a million years, recommend this company to anyone, The biggest mistake I ever made!
