Garrett was very helpful order was completed when I needed it done for. Prices were good. Will be placing another order with Kaules Screen Works again. I would recommend Kaules Screen Works. I order t-shirts for my business. Multiple sizes and colors, youth and adult. There was even an issue with some of the text being slightly off center and Kaules replaced all affected shirts! A great local business!

We had company shirts printed and hats embroidered from Kaules Screen Works. Garrett was very knowledgeable and professional. The products were well executed and pricing was attractive. Delivered in a timely manner, I would recommend Kaules without hesitation. We will continue to send our custom print business to Kaules.

If you need a quality printed item, they can do that. If you are looking for quality customer service, go elsewhere. I had my first round of shirts printed here, it was a great experience so I went back for more business. The 2nd round, I had 3 separate dates where the shirts were supposed to be complete and they kept pushing the date back. To the point where instead of fixing the problem they simply refunded my money, essentially refusing my business. One thing I cannot tolerate is poor customer service. If I did not have a good experience initially this would have been 1 star review.

We have used Kaules Screen Works for two of our projects so far and could not be happier... Our first experience was having them do a run of tactical operator style caps... this was a first for them and they knocked it out of the park... This year I used Kaules to print shirt for a club I sponsor. Before going with Kaules, I had a bad experience with another screen printing business in the area. So, I looked up Kaules. I had a great experience working with them. Garrett was easy to work with and responded quickly to my questions. I got the design I wanted at a fair price. It may not have been the lowest price possible, but the service I got made up for the price differential. He was also very patient with me as I had to wait a good while to collect all the money from club members. Moreover, I realized after I picked up my order that I had left out a person from the order, and Garrett was able to get the shirt to me with no issues whatsoever. I highly recommend them and plan on using them again in the future.

I needed shirts and hoodies for a company Christmas party. I, of coarse, forgot to order them before thanksgiving so I knew I would be cutting it close with our Christmas party fast approaching.I sent several screen printing companies in the area a request for a quote of approximately what I needed. KSW not only got back to me the fastest, but they also gave me the most information, most professional quote, and were the most polite plus they had a great price. I was a big pain in the butt asking for 6 different quotes changing amounts and types and styles. Garrett was fantastic keeping all my information in order and trying his best to find me exactly what I wanted. After putzing around getting my boss to finalize a decision I signed my quote and off it went. 3 or 4 days later I realized that I had made a mistake and needed something different than the quote said and I called them about it.
