My first order custom with Underground printing went better than I honestly expected. After I submitted the design for all 3 custom hoodies, Underground matched the colors, font types, the font sizes, even the correct angle for two rows of fonts perfectly then replicated the logos I wanted for two of the hoodies better than I expected. When the three custom hoodies arrived - all three were beautiful. I have a few additional ideas for custom T shirts just as soon as I can put the designs together. Underground Printing was extremely responsive and unbelievably helpful. I worked with them to provide my student organization tshirts, and they were patient throughout the whole process. They even helped give suggestions to the design I made to make it better on the shirts and were able to lessen the cost by working with a graphic on the back to make it a single color. As someone who works in Oakland, the location was perfect. I ordered a few sweatshirts from them recently and worked with Ella who was absolutely wonderful! She answered all of my emails soon after I sent them and she was very thorough. The hoodies turned out great and my bridesmaid said the quality was on point. The online ordering process can be a bit overwhelming if you dont know what youre doing, but their team is welcoming even when you walk in! If I need to order custom prints again, I will be coming back to this location!

Im a student at the University of Pittsburgh. I ordered sweatshirts for my Mock Trial team through UGP. The website was incredibly easy to use to design what we wanted. Furthermore, the quick-quote is a lovely tool when comparing different options. I was contacted immediately by a representative after I asked for quotes to see if I needed assistance or wanted to continue the ordering process. The representative was incredibly helpful. He helped me keep the cost within my budget and walked me through every step of the process. They confirm each step with you once you order. We had to confirm the number of sizes and the artwork, which they provided a real look of what it will be like once it is finished, including the dimensions and location. You can even pick up your order in the store to avoid shipping costs! I will absolutely order from UGP again when I am in the market for more customer apparel!

I worked with Ella Wortman to create PittMed sweatshirts as a fundraiser for a student group. She went above and beyond and WANTED to help me and make sure my student group had the best experience. Thanks to her help, we were able to raise $2800 in net profits to fund medical school activities and sponsor community service events.I had a design pretty much ready and I tried (unsuccessfully) for months before to get this done with another vendor (Chas, the tent across the Cathedral of Learning). As soon as I started working with Ella from UGP, I was off to the races. I first got a few samples to perfect everything from the print color, design proportions, and placement. I paid for each sample as individual orders, and they came out to be $37 a pop. I am a nitpicker, and I had some concerns with some of the initial print colors/quality. UGP reprinted those and even accommodated for adjustments with proportions/placement. I even brought in the samples and talked about them with Ella through email, phone, and in person. She provided very helpful expert insight. UGP accommodated for my perfectionist, nit-picking tendencies at a minimal cost, and I ended up with the perfect design for the final sale order. They were not obligated to be this accommodating, and it speaks volumes to their service and professionalism.Ella provided me with updated quotes (including Pitt royalties/fees!) throughout the entire process of designing and collecting orders, and has been very transparent with the entire process. I ended up with an awesome wholesale price of $14.90 per sweatshirt for 213 sweatshirts. Order turnaround times are around 7 days after ordering, and includes an online artwork approval system.The final product had stellar print quality (far better than Chas across the Cathedral), and the sweatshirt product itself was nice (Gildan Heavy). There were a few sweatshirts that had minor smudges, and UGP replaced those for free and with expedited delivery. One sweatshirt even got stolen, and UGP replaced that for free as well.Our student group will be returning every year for our custom printing needs. UGP provides the best service and price, and they absolutely shine with their personal care and attitude. If you work with UGP, I definitely recommend working with Ella.

First off, let me start with saying, Steer Clear. Decided to give this business a try to print our tshirts, but made a mistake based off of the reviews. We met with one of the workers and once things started to get difficult with this company, they began to struggle and couldnt fulfill our demands and tried to blame us. Messed up our artwork more than 5 times, and took a long time to respond to emails. Will never try to work with them again.

My husband and I just got shirts for our business to advertise as walking billboards in the Pittsburgh metro area and I cant even tell you how happy we are! EXTREMELY satisfied and pleased with the shirts - quality, graphics, etc - as well as the service we received from Joey. Very attentive, very thorough and informative...not stingy with information whatsoever, very honest and straight forward and we actually received our merchandise earlier than the estimation we were given. Just all around good business.Side note: I cant tell you how SOOOOOO very happy I am that we decided not to do business with Embroid Me in Robinson Town Centre. They were very lazy, very unattentive, provided virtually no customer service and made it very, very clear that they have no desire to do or have our business. I plan to write them a letter explaining why they lost our business never to receive it again. EVER! There is an old saying that goes:You can have it good and cheap, but it wont be fast... fast and cheap, but it wont be good... or good and fast but it wont be cheap.I believed that to be true until I went to UGP where I got all 3. I had an image I was working on that I wanted printed on a small order of quality shirts, in a decent turn around time. I was shopping around across different states, and it came down to 2 different places which were UGP and this other place on ohio. They were both affordable and had the textiles I wanted. I ultimately went with UGP because their turnaround time was an unheard of 7 days. The other place wanted a month. I went back and forth between their in-house design dept until the image was perfect on the shirt, and they even beat the price of the other guys by a couple of bucks. I was impressed by this since I was a pretty small customer ordering less than 50 shirts printed. At UGP, you get walmart pricing with a mom and pop order. Thats whats up!-Pete
