This rating is only because there isnt a lessor one to provide, I NEVER want to see a business fail but with the AWFUL customer service, I told my wife theres no way this place can sustain itself not only because of cost of brick and mortar, the awful customer service is not helping matters either and farming out your orders to people from a 3rd party company who work from home made me nervous but youre giving them your credit card and personal order information.The store is closing but I will not miss it or even shop there as they liquidate the store.

My 5 year old son said this has got to be heaven for kids!!! That says it all. The store is very clean and the employees are always helpful. If they dont have a toy in stock, they will find it for you and give u options. Definitely recommend!

I have been coming to this store since I was a toddler. My mother and late father would bring me here as would my grandparents all the time. The store never updated or changed but it was still a nice location to shop. Hate to see it closing now. Was always a well stocked store and had a great selection. Will be missed dearly as I lose another part of my childhood and something that reminds me of my late dad.

Toys R Us is a place I remember going when I was a child and now take my children when its time to purchase toys. Theres always something that I stop and say, I want that! Funny. Im still a big kid at heart. Its a great place to find the most up-to-date toys and gifts.

This store has really gone down hill. You can tell that the staff gives it their best try, but the store needs a complete overhaul. We honestly only go there when we have a gift card.

I had a lot of great childhood memories here along with making new ones with my kids...sad to see it go.

Friendly staff, very helpful on choosing the right size bike for my daughter. They have an amazing selection on bikes, would definitely recommend.

Even know they are going out of business. The employees where very nice. The manager was very rude. Not polite yes they are losing there jobs but still for mothers going in to try and save a dollar and get help this is not the place to go. Find your sale somewhere else.

We love this Toys R Us. It has plenty of baby stuff and other kids games and toys. It seems just as good as other Toys R Us we have been to

Had to leave store after 15 min. They left child at the front of the store crying on floor for the whole time. Child was on its back kicking the wall. The childs mother left him there while she was somewhere in the store. You could hear the screaming in the whole store. The staff did not seem to be doing anything about it.

Great store for toys......also my sons love that they have a claw machine!!!! We visit frequently just to play the claw machine ♡♡♡

Good selection, but it seemed like there were only 3 people working on a Saturday night. I had to wait 15 minutes just to ask where a certain toy was.

The employees are very helpful and happy to greet you.

We went to look at bikes. They were put together poorly and were hazardous for the kids to try. Well go back to the Robinson toys r us.

Absolutely the worst toys r us store. The staff is incompetent and rude. They have repeatedly not stood behind their products. Do not have them build anything, if it doesnt work they tell you to deal with the manufacturer.

Store us very overpriced and has extremely limited types of toys for a toy store. Only ever one cashier open and that is at the returns for customer service area or at the computer game area. Cant get waited on.

I like this store for its consistency of some basic things yet it fails to carry some alternative, natural/organic basic things as well as keeping its prices in the reasonable range.
