A nice, although young and inexperienced young lady was working the counter, with a senior worker giving her the product info prior to picks. The older gentleman behaved like I was wasting his time to get my supplies, and questioned my purchases (some various j-boxes, cut ins, outlets, MC parts, etc), challenging how I intended to do what he thought I was doing with some items Id requested knowing nothing about the installations, then dumped it on the dock, closing the roll-up door before I could even pull around. Cardello is a far more professional counter on the Northside.

Called ahead to see if they had some specific conduit elbows I was looking for. When I arrived, guy at the counter was extremely slow to acknowledge me (I was the only person in the room and came right up to the counter) and then said they dont carry what Im looking for.

Guy that answers the phone is rude, almost as if he didn’t want my business. Poor customer service, took my business elsewhere.

Called ahead to make sure they had parts in stock and I had to call twice to get through to someone and he was rude. We have a corporate account I may look elsewhere to do our business if it continues like this
