The best embroidery shop in Pittsburgh, excellent work, great pricing and the owners are a pleasure to deal with.. Highly recommend.

The first time I called this shop the person who answered was not that pleasant but when I went in on a weekend she was very pleasant, I do believe it was a different person working on the weekend. As a result of her accomodating style I decided to get my monogramming done here. The work is done well and usually in under a week and the prices are reasonable. I give them repeat business whenever I have the opportunity.

Ive worked with Monogram It on many projects... with much success. The shop has two regular woman... and both have been very helpful and polite, so Im not sure what the negative reviews are referring to? Perhaps the women were simply being honest about what is... or isnt feasible? Many dont like to hear that they have unrealistic expectations... and then interpert it as rudeness.

I have tried on multiple occasions to do business with these people, they are just so incredibly rude I dont understand! I am a small business owner also and they can never accommodate me in less than 2 weeks for anything. And even then, they really make me feel like I am putting them out or doing them a favor or something. I will never call them again.

They have a great selection of items for personalization. The staff is friendly and always helpful
